Reviewed Sep 13, 2026무조건 조식 강추. 원도심 가려면 차량 이용해야 하지만, 걷는 것 즐기는 우리는 수원시청역 이용, 도보로 팔달문 등 원도심 방문. 체그아웃 후 자차 이용하여 수원을 맘껏 즐김. 에어컨 티비 냉장고 비데 열 수 있는 창문 헬스시설까지 이용했다. 연식은 있어 보이나 관리가 잘 되어 편하게 쉬었고, 특히 식당의 음식들은 최고였다. 특급 호텔 못지 않은 맛으로 맛나게 먹었다. 커피, 음료, 차. . 컵라면까지. 일부러 주방장에게 인사까지 할 정도. 가성비 굿!
아주 오랜만에 개선점 없는 만족한 숙소였다.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The room was clean, as were the bed linens. Each guest had two soft and comfortable pillows. The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of choices. The only downside was during the weekend, when breakfast was served in the banquet hall. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience because guests left tables, chairs, and the floor in a mess, while the staff could not keep up with cleaning. The biggest disappointment, however, was the reception staff. When I asked how to get to the airport, they were unable to provide any useful information. They showed neither practical knowledge of the city nor any willingness to find out and help a hotel guest. Another issue involved the laundry room. The machine charged me twice for detergent, and then the washing machine would not start. A receptionist came and managed to get it working, but I had to pay again. When I asked for a refund of the extra amount I had been charged, I was told that the issue had to be reported to the third-party company responsible for the laundry machines. What shocked me the most was that I was asked for my credit card, and the staff took photos of both the front and back of the card, including the CVV security code. They intended to send these photos to a third-party company. I find this completely unacceptable and a serious security risk. I refused to allow this, and the copies were destroyed. In my opinion, the reception staff need much better training, both in customer service and in basic payment card security. I would, however, like to praise the housekeeping staff, who were far more competent and helpful. At times, I honestly felt that the hotel would provide better service if the housekeeping staff worked at the reception desk and the receptionists were assigned to housekeeping instead.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026In the center of Suwon and quite near a subway station, this hotel is an excellent choice when you want to explore Suwon or just want to get away from touristy Seoul. Lots of restaurants around. Convenience store and a starbucks are located on the ground floor. Breakfast was good and offered lots of choices.
Furniture could use an update.

設備が古い。 カーテンのフックが外れていたり、洗面台のボウルの栓を開け閉めするバーがなく、手で栓開けました。 水回りにカビが多かったのも気になります。

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026A large hotel, in a good location near a subway station with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants etc. nearby. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The food choice at breakfast was surprisingly varied, good quality, and with different dishes everyday. Would happily stay there again.
It's a fair way from the main tourist areas in Suwon (which I was aware of when booking) and the room was a little bit in need of a refresh in terms of slightly scuffed furniture and just feeling a little dated.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025객실이 생각보다 커서 여유있게 활용할 수 있었습니다. 또한, 위치도 좋고 주변에 식당들도 많아서 이용하기에 매우 편리하였습니다. 전반적으로 만족하였으나 트윈룸 기준 침대 매트리스가 아주 편하지는 않은 느낌이 들었습니다. 조식은 간단하였지만 바쁜 아침 시간에 잠시 이용하기에 적절하였습니다.
