Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Un lugar ideal para alojarse cerca del aeropuerto, adicionalmente si viajas por trabajo a los complejos industriales cercanos es una opción muy agradable. Buena ocpión de desayuno por la mañana antes de salir a cualquier actividad, los empleados son muy cordiales.
Debido a las obras cercanas al alojamiento durante mi estancia en los alrededores había mucho ruido, sin embargo, dentro de las habitaciones se alcanzaba a silenciar lo suficiente para descansar adecuadamente.

No me facturaron la estancia a pesar de que lo pedí desde mi llegada, me aseguraron que en el momento de cerrar mi estancia me facturarían y no lo hicieron, el argumento del personal de recepción no se hizo responsable y me mandó a la plataforma para hacerlo en línea, sin embargo tampoco me permite hacerlo la plataforma, estoy levantando una queja ante el SAT dado que es una falta grave

Rooms were clean, pool was clean, and the breakfast hit the spot! High marks from front desk to the gentleman that was the manager I encountered several times! It's also great proximity to everything you need.

Reviewed Feb 17, 2025Breakfast was mediocre. WiFi is free, but you only get extremely limited speed useful for checking emails. If you want faster internet, you have to pay for it... AC was bad and in desperate need of cleaning - couldn't keep it turned on because of bad smell. Very noisy environment and not very good soundproofing. I guess it's OK for one night, but definitely not suitable for longer stays.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025The hotel is a short 5 minute drive if even that from the airport. The hotel looks well kept, my room was up to date with a nice big screen TV and very clean, however there is an enclosed area behind the lobby that is shuttered off with leftover construction materials that could be used as a green space instead. The staff was excellent, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the airport shuttle was very convenient, breakfast was good, but the breakfast tacos looked more American than Mexican which I didn't like. Also, there is a Chilli's next door and several other nice restaurants, such as El Papalote, within walking distance. All in all side from the Taco Bell breakfast tacos I enjoyed my stay very much.

What i didnt like is the hall on my floor always smelled musty and my room always felt damp. The beds and pillows were comfy but I had to deal with feeling clammy all the time in the room.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2024The location is great! Super close to the airport. Breakfast was delicious! But we encountered a really dirty shower, it even had mold as well as the toilet not working properly. They did a quick fix in the restroom, but it was a loud stall. But the shower was just not clean at all. I found a beer metal cap on one of the dressers as well. “Private hairs” on the sink. I wish I could get a refund back for the inconvenience or at least a portion of the $145 we paid. But it is a great location to stay if you have a rush flight to take the next day.

I contacted the hotel directly they said that "someone canceled it" Obviously, the hotel overbooked. Needles to say, we didn't used this reservation, and the guests had an unpleasant time.
