Cleanliness
5.5/10Multiple guests reported cleanliness problems: old/dirty carpets, torn/very worn towels, musty/closed-in odors in rooms and corridors, and even cockroaches in at least one room.
Service
9.2/10Generally praised for punctual airport shuttle and many polite staff members; however a few reports of rude front-desk interactions lowered consistency slightly.
Location
10/10Consistently cited as a major positive: very close to the airport, convenient parking and excellent location for transit.
Room Quality
7.5/10Rooms are frequently described as spacious and comfortable but several reviews note maintenance issues (hard beds on some stays, noisy or non-working AC, water drainage problems).
Amenities
6/10Amenities are limited or inconsistent: gym/pool were reported closed on some stays, toiletries are basic, some rooms lacked hair dryer or had non-working electrical outlets, and elevator outages were mentioned.
Value for Money
8.9/10Many guests find the hotel good value for the price (good price-quality and location), though a few felt the price did not match the condition of the property.
Food and Beverage
6.3/10Mixed to negative comments: some breakfasts acceptable but others complained about poor quality (cold hotcakes, unappetizing dinner), limited vegetarian options and low variety.
Overall Experience
9.8/10Overall stays are frequently described as pleasant, safe and convenient (especially for airport transfers); the hotel is recommended by many despite maintenance and cleanliness issues.
