Clean, good reception, easy quick check-in.
Regina's one way streets hindered access.
Location,
The room have kitchen cooking oil smell, i think it was coming from close by restaurant exhaust fan outlet. Breakfast is frozen, wrap and go, I think service staffs should let client know ahead, or pre-heat to delivery, otherwise client have already check out, driving away and then realized that they need microwave to want it.
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Downtown in Regina, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. To start, most of the electrical outlets in our room were out of order, the AC unit wasn't working, and there was even a hole in the jacuzzi tub. While those issues were certainly a bummer, they weren't the end of the world for us. However, the major issue was finding a bed bug in our bed. For any hotel, having bed bugs is completely inexcusable. To make matters worse, there was a total lack of compensation—the hotel was unable to provide a refund on the spot or move us to another room, which was extremely frustrating. I do want to give credit to Dana, the employee working at the time, who was very kind and did what he could to help us given the circumstances. That said, we are still waiting to hear back from the manager regarding a full refund for our room and how they plan to make things right. I hope management reaches out soon to resolve this.
Did not expect the rooms but to be so big
Nothing we liked everything
Place is clean.
The internet is slow. I booked this because my mom has online citizenship ceremony. In the middle of ceremony our internet became slower. The zoom meeting logged out by itself.
Overall, the stay could be improved in terms of food quality and room maintenance. There were no vegetarian breakfast options, while the non-vegetarian breakfast was repetitive, with the same items served daily and appearing to be frozen. Additionally, the AC fins were not properly cleaned, and the restroom exhaust fan was not working. Better breakfast variety, cleanliness, and timely maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.
The staff was good, especially priyanka
The breakfast could’ve been… more
The breakfast was generous. I really liked the coffee/tea in the lobby.
There were homeless people in the parking lot. I understand the issues but it does cause some concern when I leave my vehicle there.
After traveling 4 hours we did arrive a bit early, asked if we could check in earlier, was told we would have to pay an extra $ amount.... Okay but no thanks! Air conditioner in room did not work great at all, barely kept room cool No continental breakfast
room facilities, location
the breakfast offering was a big deception, it was only on the go offering, not healthy and complete breakfast
They were racist because I was first nation they wouldn't open the door
The staff was good and friendly.
The location was really rough, homeless people in parking lot. The lobby smelled like Indian food 24/7.
Je ne suis pas rendu footing on fait erreur adresse ce soir j étais à Regina Saskatchewan j aimerais avoir mon remboursement
Staff was very nice The room was very clean
Bed was kind of soft ( personal preference is a form mattress)
직원들이 친절했고 객실은 청결함
주차요금이 부담됨
Was very good. 2 hashbrowns and a sauage and egger on english muffin with coffee
Sketchy part of town parking lot had cameras though but had to take everything out
Location downtown was good
Temp in room wouldn’t go above 18. TV only had one channel
nothing special, just an average hotel
extra cost for parking!
Bad management and stuff
Breakfast was adequate. The location was central and convenient.
Cleaning the room every three days is a bit to long. Every two days would be better. Late night staff could have been nicer

Location
No hot water
Nothing at all...
That we couldn't get a room with a Koho Credit card & didn't get our room money back on Christmas day... maybe put that in your information next time..
The location and the services that was available for the price Loved that check out was for 12 o’clock Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property
Very friendly staff. Very clean. The heating was a bit of issue. It was the old fashioned box heater attached to the wall. Without a thermostat attached, it runs non stop and gets very warm. The past two nights, I woke up at 2:30am to shut off th heat. However, a few hours later, it was cold so I had to get out of bed and put the heat back on. The lights in the room are very dim. Perhaps due to the fact that the hotel is very old, it may not have enough amps. But overall, no complaints. The staff was exceptionally nice
See above
Everything great staff great room comfy bed
Nothing wrong with the property
When we got to the hotel we had to wait outside in the freezing cold there was no one at the desk your front desk staff is useless
Hire a Canadian citizen
The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel was clean. The building is locked at night for security reasons, which I appreciated and I felt safe.
The tub stopper didn't work, so you couldn't use the bath tub. When you turned the water on the shower leaked like crazy, so I got soaked just trying to start the water. The parking at the property is terrible - there is all kinds of construction going on and you have to walk at least a block carrying your luggage to check in. Even getting close to the hotel right now is a challenge - it would have been nice if there were instructions given on the best way to get to the hotel during construction.
Staff is not acccomdating
My stay was excellent. Wonderful and clean room with new furniture and new bathroom. Excellent location. I enjoyed it. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the breakfast which was under expectations, I did not eat it because it was not fresh and with a couple of choices only. So I used my voucher only once and did not go for breakfast anymore.
Breakfast should be better
Comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff, especially ReiyanKa. Just abt 15 min by car to wherever you want to go in Regina.
Old property with dirty bathrooms. Breakfast included is coffee, and bacon-egg-cheese muffin. Want something else, you have to pay. Unfortunately the hotell seams to be next to an area with a lot of homeless people.
Nothing
Musty moldy smell, odd smell in the room. I feel for the staff as it must be an impossible task staying on top of the cleanliness
Good, clean, comfortable
Qualité prix
Confort et propreté. Petits déjeuners pratiques et à emporter.
Parking is extra. Construction on
Overall friendly staff. Fresh cooked breakfast sandwiches. Snacks available for purchase. No issues with stay but hotel needs refresh.
Paying for parking.
Clean room staff was very friendly and quickly checked us in no problem
Disturbing and unfair
The hotel and room were satisfactory, the front desk employee was great - had to call him to find out how to get to the hotel because due to construction the gps directions did not work - we had to go down a back alley to get there. Expedia did not list that there is a $15.00 charge for parking so the pricing was not accurate. There was no hair dryer in the room. The bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good (choice of breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and coffee or water - no juices or milk) I will not book with them again due to the location and the charge for parking - we have never stayed at a hotel that charges their guests to park their vehicle - not sure how many "walk in" guests they get - most, if not all, are travelling by vehicle!
Wasn’t clean and friendly staff
Worst expirence ever
Hotel staff were awesome. I had problems getting to hotel ( construction everywhere). Room was immaculate. I would have liked hand rails in the shower for my husband. I’m am peeved that parking wasn’t included with my stay. After I booked I was informed that parking would be extra. If I had known that I might have gone elsewhere. But I will say this. The parking was very convenient, right at back door, with a ramp.
Location is right downtown. The staff was very freindly and helpful.
The hotel was surrounded by a construction site. Having mobility issues with lugagges : I had to be dropped 250m away from the door (construction site). The breakfast : very basic. not even a juice available.
Over all decent. Lots of construction so getting to hotel was abit of an issue & parking but it all worked out.
When I booked online there was no mention of additional parking charge of $15 a day This is not right...
The staff is kind and very helpful. Great experience
Location, price and front desk personnel.
Outdated and very dark rooms with questionnable rug cleanliness. Included breakfast is only an Egg McMuffin-like sandwich. No housekeeping for 3 days.
Nice staff, nice room
Plastic cups 💩 shouts cheapness
I only
Dreary but the staff is lovely.
Great location.
Pretty dated and the beds are back wrenching.
Parking not easy. Road work
Nothing, terrible customer service, had driven 20 hours that day and got refused a room from Scott at the counter. Did absolutely nothing to help me out
Scott at the counter refused to let me use my debit MasterCard for the security deposit, even though i had paid for the room online.Dont have a credit card anymore, Lost my money and had no room to stay for the night. Worst customer service experience
Got kicked out, didnt even use the room... regina residents arent allowed to get a hptel there
Got kicked out, didnt even use the room... regina residents arent allowed to get a hptel there
Breakfast was cute
I paid for one night at 142, decided to extend as i had no other options, 228. We got kicked out after paying for our room due to regina residents not being able to stay at a hotel. Im inbetween moves at the moment. Staff treated me like shit. Was rude and inconsiderate. And threatened to call the police due to her stupidity.
Did not stay there, cancelled booking, felt unsafe with allclosires of streets d/t construction and many homeless natives in the area
The street is under construction, the ‘on-site parking’ in the description is actually an uncovered ungated public parking lot one block away in Regina downtown. It is impossible to sleep tight when thinking your vehicle could be broken-in in any minute during the night. I made the reservation then drove to the hotel, discovered the situation and ask for cancellation. They refuse to refund the reservation I made just 20 minutes ago. Don’t recommend at all if you drive a car.
Tammy who was on duty when we arrived was awesome. However the road construction near the hotel made it near impossible to find! We had to pay an additional 15 bucks for parking, was not happy about that. breakfast choices were limited to an egg mcmuffin and a coffee. The room was decent and clean and staff was great..Tammy as I said was excellent and should be offered every opportunity to advance wherever she wants in the Choice hotel chain!
Terrible hotel, no sheets for pullout couch, unfriendly front desk workers, our ironing board was broken, blinds fell out of the wall and to top it off the A/C was terrible on a +30 degree weekend. Only thing that was good it was so close to the casino.
Good
Great stay!
With construction in the area some roads are blocked off. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The little restaurant was excellent and the staff were great.
No criticism of the hotel, but the City has closed and excavated the main access. It would have been helpful to have been notified about this with the usual confirmation from the hotel.
Very inconvenient due to the construction going on in front of the hotel and the back only access is the parking I found the back Total by itself is nice and clean inside and staff his friendly
The initial room was dirty and smelled of mildew. The fridge had the prior guests leftover food in it along with stains, and the floor was soaking wet (from carpet shampoo between guests?). The lovely staff promptly moved us to a new room, which was appreciated. However, this room also smelled of mildew. The water pressure was terrible. The roads around the hotel were under construction, so that made navigating a bit complicated. I will say that the breakfast was decent- the restaurant off of the hotel made breakfast sandwiches that were tasty, and the staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful.
issues with paid parking outside the establishment causing confusion and ticketed vehicle
Was quiet
This Hotel is located downtown Regina and unfortunately in he midst of a the city's large infrastructure project.
