Everything was clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, kept clean and full. It was nice to be able to get coffee or tea to take up to my room upon returning from the hospital everyday.

The location

The sink on the bathroom did not drain, the bath tub was stained. Our check in was late and then once we were in our room. The door suddenly opens and another couple had been given the same room with their on keycard to open the door! The front desk was overwhelmed but they should have made sure to staff up since there was a football game that night which is always a popular event in Regina

The bed sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is outdated, the carpets are dirty. At breakfast time there was only one staff member that took care of refilling the food, additional pair of hands would have been great.

The room was very nice, and it had a comfortable bed. It was quite and clean> It was close to the venue that we were attending so it clicked all the important boxes. The in-house included breakfast was better than most, with reasonable variety and plenty of space so you felt you didn't have to eat and rush out. We had friends staying there as well so we were able to enjoy breakfast together at our leisure.

The only thing as that the hotel was undergoing some repainting around the entrance exterior so it made it harder to register as we had to use that entrance. After registration we had a key card so we could use the side entrance after that. Parking was also an additional $15.00/night.

Clogged bathroom sink, staff did their best to unclog and offered another room. Was only a 2 night stay so used tub faucet for the last morning.

Parkade was difficult to manage the door, elevator was slow (we stayed top floor) to come and go

The location of this facility was very close to our selected entertainment allowing for walking there.

The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is very yummy rooms are extremely clean and having a bottle of water in the room is an excellent idea especially being on the road for awhile.

the fact that i booked a two queen room and they sold it to someone else for no reason at all and made me and my buddies stay at another hotel's room for the night for way more money for the night than i booked and i had to sleep on the floor because that room only had one bed. Very disappointing

The don't mentioned a fee for parking on premises , if you get there late you pretty much are obligated to pay it. Besides the fee they charge is higher from the daily fee that is advertised in the parking location

If you stay on the Broad street side bring a white noise machine. We could hear traffic and some guy’s partying in the alley until 1:30 am.

Check in was easy. The room was nice & spacious. We didn’t have any towels but the front desk quickly had some brought to us. We checked in around 4 pm and laundry was not quite done. We had to pay to park but since it was downtown, it was nice to have covered parking. The price was very reasonable. The room was very clean and the chairs were very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they had hot & cold options. I would stay there again.

Breakfast wasn’t out at 7, we had to wait for everything to be put out. Not a big deal but we were in a hurry.

Where should I start! From the moment that I entered through the front doors you could smell the heavy musty order in the air. Upon entering the suite, the order was different, stronger and it made it hard to both at the space was clean. There were stains on the carpet, thank goodness I had slippers. In the morning the smell continued and it then it dawned on me that that the smell i could not escape was urine.

The TV in our room didn’t work. However we were given a different room so that was ok. Also, we only found out after booking that e had to pay an extra $15 for parking. We should have been given that information before booking a room.

We wanted to make sure our vehicle was safe and it was. The property was very clean which made it more pleasant. The parkade was more comfort to us knowing that our vehicle was secured.

Location is great. Rooms are quite larger as compared to other hotels in Regina. Staff is friendly and very welcoming.

The location. Across from the hotel was a bus shelter with sketchy characters occupying it. The parking lot had only one way out and there were people approaching our vehicle.

It was very clean. Although clearly a little bit older. It was very close to everything in the city.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. Although, I never got around to telling the anyone. A lot of junkies in the parking lot. It’s just the nature of the location, but i definitely chose to park in their locked garage.

Location and breakfast

Fact that even though we paid for parking through hotel in Impark lot behind hotel we along with most people parked in lot woke up to $98 parking tickets. Shortly after getting to our room door opens and it was housekeeping bringing toilet paper which we didnt ask for. No knock just entered. About an hour later someone was trying to open door and said he thought it was his room. He was given our room number. His key envelope did have same room no as ours on it so he went down to get his toom straighten out. We got back from game and a group of 4 were trying to get into their room. The hotel latch was flipped keeping them from getting into their room. Very distresding for them. Front desk gave them some sort of tool to try get in but said he was by himself so couldnt leave front to help. They eventually got it open but were locked out for over an hour. We have stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions this past month but doubtful we will stay again. Previous to these stays it had been a couple years that we stayed here. Dont know if it is new management or what but it is not the same

강아지가 사용할 수 있는 객실이었는데 들어설 때 냄새가 없어서 좋았어요. 가족 3명이 이용했는데 의자가 많아서 좋았어요. 전체적으로 깔끔했고 카펫이 아니라 더 좋았어요. 에어컨, 히터 원하는 걸 모두 사용 가능했어요. 침대도 푹신했어요. 평일이라 숙박객이 적어서 그럴수도 있지만 소음도 없었어요. 조식을 이용하지 못하는 가족들이 있었는데 요거트와 우유가 개별 포장이 되어 있는 제품 이어서 객실로 가져 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 로비에는 커피, 차, 비스킷..등등 서비스가 좋았어요. 생수를 제공하지 않는 곳이 많은데 원하는 만큼 제공해 주어 좋았어요. 직원분들 친절하셨고요. 다음에 다시 머무르고 싶은 곳이었어요. 가성비 좋아요!!

딱 하나! 주차비가 있어요.ㅜㅜ 보안 주차가 있고 일반주차가 있는데 보안주차장을 이용하지 않으면 없는 줄 알았는데 일반주차도 15불이 청구 됐어요.

Location was close to downtown, but a bit outside of the action. Breakfast was decent. Overall, the stay was comfortable and easy.

It felt a bit like a budget hotel despite the price. The gym had minimal equipment.

1. Interior entrance was very welcoming; 2. Spacious room; 3. Very reasonably priced as we needed a last-minute hotel.

1. The exterior entrance needs better signage (is this the main door??); 2. Car park signage (does this belong to the hotel or your building?); 3. Front staff could be more friendly; 4. Exterior windows need washing; 5. I eat most things easily but the eggs were tasteless and rubbery (were they powdered?) and the sausage patties looked very unappealing—sausages or bacon might be a better choice.

Good breakfast, lots of options. Really good for the price you pay! I would definitely go back.

Located on a busy, noisy intersection. The worst breakfast in Regina. Extremely cold coffee, super dried up scrambled eggs. I have to request to get the room cleaned and the bathroom floods each time I use the shower because there's no shower curtain to stop the spraying of water from the shower head.

I liked the location.

Parking was a nightmare There were stains in the carpet and bed skirt which made it feel dirty even if it wasn’t. The tub and shower curtain were not in good shape also made it feel less clean. One of the common areas by elevator didn’t look cleaned

The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful to deal with an unexpected room problem We ended up changing our room twice once due to an unresolvable plumbing issue and due to the second room being unclean. We were upgraded to a better room which was clean, quiet and comfortable.
