The hotel is a slightly longer but still very walkable distance from Margaretengürtel U-Bahn station. There are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for picking up drinks, snacks, or other necessities. The hotel is on a quiet one-way street, while a larger cross street just a block away has more restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that the hotel provides umbrellas for guests to borrow—a thoughtful touch, especially when the weather changes unexpectedly.

I wish there were a clothes-drying line in the bathroom and more ledges or shelf space for personal toiletries. The elevator can sometimes involve a long wait. Fortunately, using the stairs to go up and down was easy enough, so this wasn't a major issue for us.

Die Unterkunft war semi sauber, die Lage ist gut, würde aber als Frau nicht alleine draussen herumlaufen. Man wird von Bettlern angequatscht und belästigt.

Gute Lage nahe Zentrum, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, saubere Zimmer - übertrifft drei Sterne!

They clean regularly

The hotel is not conveniently located near any major sightseeing attractions, and it is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station. For me, traveling with two heavy suitcases, walking that distance to the hotel was very difficult, especially on a very hot and humid day. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of my stay was the treatment I received from the reception staff upon arrival. As soon as I arrived, the female receptionist was unfriendly and her behavior toward me was extremely disrespectful. After I checked in and provided the documents she requested, she gave me a form written in a language other than English. I had to ask her several questions to understand how to complete it correctly. When I then politely asked her about the hotel’s location and what tourist attractions were nearby, her tone suddenly became very harsh. She raised her voice, raised her eyebrows at me, and spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. I was shocked and very disappointed by her behavior. I told her that I did not feel welcomed as a guest and that her manner was inappropriate. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, she raised her voice even more and called one of two men who appeared to be hotel staff or security. When he came to the front desk, I tried to ask him why she was treating me this way, but he interrupted me and said in a deep, harsh voice, “Don’t justify.” I explained that I was not trying to justify anything. He then pointed toward the elevator and simply ordered me to go upstairs. I found the entire experience frightening, humiliating, and extremely insulting, especially as a solo traveler in a foreign country. After walking a long distance with heavy luggage in very hot and humid weather, the last thing I expected was to be treated this way when arriving at a hotel. I was exhausted and did not have the energy to cancel my stay and look for another hotel, so I stayed.

Accessability and the hotel is close to paid parking and the public transit. Can visit downtown Vienna in 10 mins from the location.

The reception staff manager was rude when I needed help with paid parking. Apart from that, we had a good stay at the hotel.

There were countless ants in our room. The staff offered no solution or compensation. All they said was, "we don't know how that happened."

A great hotel - the location is very good with a nearby U-Bahn station and tram stops, which can get you to Vienna city centre in approximately 10 minutes. There is plenty of space in the room to store belongings, and I found the bed to be very comfortable and the shower to have good pressure. Staff were very polite upon check-in, and spoke great English if that is something you require.

There were no charging points next to the bed and minor noise can be heard from the U-Bahn tracks outside (if facing them)

location was in a nice, quiet area, but very near a busy one. though a little bit of a walk to a metro station. room was just right sized except for its lack of kitchenette. bathroom was maybe the best bathroom i’ve used in a long time, shower was great

1 elevator to service the whole hotel is not great. no kitchenette means you’ll be spending a lot on eating out

in generale, è stata scelta giusta in termini prezzo- qualità, sapevo cosa aspettarmi conoscendo già la catena di alberghi. più o meno era quello che mi serviva per il mio viaggio. la stanza è standard, abbastanza pulita.

certe cose però nella struttura appaiono troppo consumate e richiederebbero un rinnovo, per il fatto che siano consumate c'è la sensazione di noncuranza generale. rispetto alla stessa struttura e allo stesso budget con il quali mi prenoto una stanza in Svizzera, mi aspettavo un livello leggermente più ben curato. gli asciugamani i primi giorni venivano cambiati, gli ultimi due invece no. un giorno ho visto le mie cose personali gettate al di fuori dal letto dove le ho lasciate, e non rimesse al loro posto. si percepiva l'atteggiamento diverso delle persone che venivano a sistemare la stanza.

Sehr nettes Personal,super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück.Der Zimmerservice und die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und ist auch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Bei geöffnetem Fenster war es zur Straßenseite leiter sehr laut.

I’ve stayed here before because of the convenient location for my meetings and the comfortable and affordable room.

This time I was surprised to find the shower surface dangerously slippery with an awkward step to get out of the shower. And the bed mattresses kept slipping off the frame. Both seem like accidents waiting to happen.

Frühstück war günstig und es konnte frei gewählt werden, ob man es wollte oder nicht.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert Der Haartrockner war halb zerschmolzen. Hat wohl einmal zuviel Hitze abbekommen

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was always cleaned daily. The location was ideal for our purposes with the underground system only 7mins walk. The breakfast offering was very good with the expected continental fare together with a cooked english style addition

Sehr freundliches Personal und vielfältiges Frühstück.

Trotz Klimaanlage war es sehr warm im Zimmer und wir mussten Nachts das Fenster öffnen (dadurch Straßen- und U-Bahn Lärm). Kopfkissen waren ungemütlich und im Endeffekt bestand die Matratze aus einem Topper.

Gute Lage zwischen zwei Stationen der U4. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kommt auch ohne Öffis über den Naschmarkt ins Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer absolut in Ordnung.

Der Preis fürs parken in der Hotelgarage ist mit 22 Euro pro Tag unverschämt. Wir sind auf ein Parkhaus um die Ecke ausgewichen, für den halben Preis. Schade, innerhalb von 4 Jahren hat sich der Preis verdoppelt. Das Frühstück ist bestimmt toll, aber für zwei Personen sind 30 Euro schon sportlich. Daher war der Bäcker um die Ecke die bessere Wahl.

Die Klimaanlage und das Frühstuck.

Der Umgang einer der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war leider unfreundlich. Als wir spät abends ins Hotel zurückkamen, wurden wir beim Betreten des Hotels sinngemäß gefragt, ob wir überhaupt eine Hotelkarte hätten. Das war sehr unangenehm und hat leider einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Gerade als ausländische Gäste hätten wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Respekt gewünscht.

Fiyat bu kalitedeki oteller için iyi. Bir çok kez kaldım ve her zaman temizdi bizim için. Personel de her zaman kibar Kahvaltıda yaptım bu sefer. İnancım gereği etli ürünleri yiyemedim ama diğerleri de iyi idi.

O da daki klimayı kapatmayı başaramadım. Off konumuna almama rtağmen devamlı sese geldi ve devamlı hava üfledi. PArk yeri oldukça pahalı. Üstelik garanti de değil yeri. Yanmi 3 gün kalsanız 3 gün siye ayırmıyorlar. Boşsa parkedip ödüyorsunuz. Doıluysa tek başınızasınız. Ben yakınlarda günlü 6 euro tutan bir park yerini kullanıyorumç

Per raggiungere la metro occorre camminare 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, il centro con la metro e' raggiungibile facilmente ma devi cambiare 2 linee, prima la verde poi la rossa, insomma un po' decentrato ma facilmente risolvibile, mancano le prese per caricare il telefono da entrambe i lati, c'era 1 sola....
