The ones we ordered were wrong the staff were rude. There was no cleaning of the rooms three times we had to change the key card because they got it wrong. They were rude to my wife at reception. Where are the tasting menu in the roof? Restaurant? spent a fortune that were asked to leave because we were laughing and somebody allegedly was offended security escorts out my wife quite question and gave her a bin and then they threw us out of the hotel we never finished our meal even though we’re booked him for another day. I couldn’t speak to the manager. The whole experience was awful. They don’t believe the customer is right or has an opinion. I cannot recommend this place for mature couples who like to travel and be treated well, it say supermarket hotel.

Location is great with daily close access to light rail system. Breakfast was good too. Heated bathroom floors also a plus. Staff was very friendly.

It is designed to be a modern by the rooms are small with no closets. The bathroom has literally no storage or shelving to store supplies. The main elevator did not work for our entire stay.

Plaza hotel ligger mitt i centrum. Härifrån är det gångavstånd till det mesta. Hotellet är lyxigt och sängarna mycket sköna.

Det var lite varmt i rummet men fixar man lätt genom att ändra temp och fläkt innan man lägger sig.

للاسف كان ليلة لا تليق بفندق رادنسون بلو المكيف لا يعمل الا بعد الساعة 6 صباحا وقبل ذلك الغرفة حارة فقط مروحة هوا وشياك صغير يفتح جزاء منه .. لا يوجد حمل امتعة اخدم نفسك بنفسك مثل الشقق المفروشة .. لا يوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق توقف في باركن مجاور بقيمة 200 ريال سعودي لليوم الواحد

Sehr schönes Zimmer, toller Pool und Fitnessraum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben.

Das Hotel war super. Es fehlte an nichts. Angemessene, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, danke der netten Dame für die kompetenten Auskünfte... Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet war enorm und wunderbar. Besten Dank wir kommen wieder!!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Renovation wäre angebracht.

The room was lovely but unfortunately I requested 2 single beds and 1 bed was provided. The location was good with easy access to the bus and train station. Reception staff were very friendly, couldn’t praise them enough. Baggage services were very helpful and attentive. Room was clean and bathroom was a particular highlight.

Sometimes noisy with construction happening opposite the building. The top terrace bar experience was very poor. The restaurant was extremely cold to the point I almost left. It felt like staff situated us far away from everyone else so the experience was quite isolating. The steak (most expensive dish on menu to bare in mind) was good and cooked to a high standard but everything else that came with the dish was terrible, charcoaled asparagus, a whole lemon and whole tomato’s accompanied the steak. The fries were also cold. For over £100 total, it was a terrible experience. I paid for breakfast the morning after, and have to say the selection and quality was sub par, definitely not worth the £35 per person extra.

Queue to check in whether you'd done it before arrival or not. Lack of facilities after checkout. No shower facility ahead of late flight. No flexibility.The entrance was in the middle of the building site outside. Not good value. Room view was more of trams than of Fjord despite the additional room charge for upgrade

Zum (winzigen) Pool musste man 2 Stockwerke hoch- und noch einige mehr wieder runter laufen (falls man kein Business Gast war), um überhaupt wieder Zugang zum Lift zu bekommen, ausserdem war es als "Nicht Business Gast" noch nicht mal gegen Gebühr möglich, einen Bademantel auszuleihen, Lage zwar zentral aber ansonsten katastrophal, Eingang schlecht zu finden wenn man mit dem ÖV anreist, viel Lärm ausserhalb wegen Baustelle, alles mega eng gebaut in diesem Viertel

Mye mas med masse turistgjester. Måtte vente veldig lenge for alt. Heis, mat, resepsjon. Heiskort sluttet å virke og jeg kom for sent til møte for jeg måtte stå i kø i resepsjon for å ordne det og så i kø i heis til 31 etg. Og absolutt ingen veganske muligheter ved frokost - Som jeg tok som en selvfølge på et slikt hotell.

Veldig bra hotell, og når det var trangt ved frokosten reserverte personalet bord til oss med rullestol. Veldig bra beliggenhet med tanke på Oslo Sentralstasjon. Kjempefin toppbar og terrassebar.

Alt for trangt og masse folk ved heisene. Heisanretningen med å trykke på hvor du skulle før du gikk inn i heisen var en fiffig løsning, men fungerte dårlig når det var mye folk. For mye kø i resepsjonen. Ikke greit at det ikke finnes rom for tre personer som er tilgjengelig for rullestolbrukere. Heller ikke tilgjengelig til bassenget, med trapp opp. Dessverre var det mye bygningsarbeid og bråk rett utenfor hotellinngangen.

Early check-in is expensive, at start of official check-in there is a long cue because reception can not cover the flow. Flexibility or more staffing at opening hour would be smart. A lot of civil works around the hotel, make it less accessible.

Beautiful and conformable room.

The breakfast was under my expectations, it was good but I was hoping for more.

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, wenn man Oslo zu Fuss erkunden möchte. Auch die Verbindung zum Bahnhof ist ideal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 21. Stockwerk mit Blick auf die Bucht, von der man leider nicht allzuviel sieht, weil zu weit entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig. Wenn man den Kühlschrank geöffnet hat, ohne daraus zu konsumieren, sollte man das unbedingt beim Check-Out melden. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Momentan wird auf der Seite des Haupteingangs ein neuen Hochhaus gebaut, entsprechend ist die Sicht und womöglich der Lärm. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich umfangreich, aber teilweise von schlechter Qualität. Das Hotel scheint sehr beliebt zu sein, um Touristen von Kreuzfahrtschiffen unterzubringen. Dementsprechend ist die Atmosphäre. Uns wenn man sieht, wie viele Lebensmittel andere Gäste einfach verschwenden und stehen lassen, dann wundert man sich nicht, dass bei der Qualität Abstriche gemacht werden. Schade nur für diejenigen Gäste, die z.B. auf ein gutes Stück Brot Wert legen und sich einen halb vertrockneten Karton zwischen die Zähne schieben müssen.

Lost and found service oli nopea ja tehokas. Paras mitä olen kokenut. Heille kiitos! Huone oli rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Vahinko, että saimme pitää sen vai puolet oleskelusta.

Jouduimme vaihtamaan hotellia kuninkaan hautajaisten takia 5.-7. 9. Radissonin suoraan tarjoama hotelli oli kaupungin ulkopuolella eikä missään nimessä sopiva. Varasimme itse toisen Radissonin keskustassa, sen sijainti oli hyvä, mutta huone ankea.

Rent, god frokost.

Veldig lang ventetid ved inn og utsjekking. Mye styr med heisene da man ikke kan trykke direkte på etasjene inne i heisene. Etter å ha brukt bassenget måtte vi dra ned i lobbyen for så å kunne dra til vår etasje.

Alt, utenom en som jobbet ser og var avvisende og nærmest jaget meg bort fra hotellet da politi sperringene ende var der fra begravelse av kong harald og politiet var kjempe snille i forhold og ikke fikk eg ha koffert på hotellet

Det var litt kaldt vann I bassenget. Og bassenget var stengt på morgenen p.g.a at hotellet skulle stenges. Det fikk vi ikke noe beskjed om. Det syns jeg var negativ.

The bathroom had a step. We also stayed for 11nights. First 4 nights nobody cleaned the room and the bedding was not changed. Outside the hotel there was also a permanent homeless person sleeping and construction outside was very noisy..

Great location, wonderful view from roof top bar.

If you had back pain and need hard mattress this is not hotel for you. They are too soft and ready to be changed. Also, on breakfast you can eat Salomon only if you are in right time on right place. Returning from the pool also is mission impossible. I love Radisson hotels but this is my worst choice.

Close to train station.

Hotel felt tired and very aged. Badly need of an interior and exterior renovation. All sidewalks fronting hotel are broken and difficult to navigate with luggage. So much nearby construction is not ideal, while out of their control. Food was not good including buffet. A mediocre experience.

A localização e fantástica, perto de tudo, transporte, atrações e pontos de interesse. Hotel moderno, com um belíssimo lobby e restaurante. O quarto amplo e confortável com comodidades.

Chegamos no hotel próximo das 14 horas, e não teve jeito de anteciparem o check in. Vejo como um absurdo esses check ins serem as 15 horas, com check out as 11 horas.
