The location is good, friendly staff, great breakfast, good size rooms.

The bathroom door is not private

A nice hotel a bit away from the city centre. The rooms and facilities were good. The staff were excellent. The hotel us expensive so value for mobey was not so good, but it is Switzerland where prices are eye watering.

The value for money e.g.being charged 10 Swiss francs for a botle of water.

Our room. We asked for inter connecting rooms which we got. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff was always very corteous

Die Bar hat leider viel von ihrem gemütlichen schweizer Charme eingebüsst. Kommunikation nur auf Englisch, da sehr viel (vorwiegend?) Asiatisches Publikum. "Hey, guys.." ist die generelle Begrüssung, die alteuropäische Höflichkeit bleibt auf der Strecke.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. A separate members breakfast room that was less crowded and much quieter than the other one

Someone trying to get into my room at 7:00 am. They kept trying to unlock the door but I had put the safety latch on so even if the key they were using unlocked the door, they couldn’t get in. I didn’t know why they said that it was their room number but I told them to go to reception

people at the reception were all helpful, responsive, and cheerful.

there was a residual smell of cigarette or something in the room and in the hall. maybe it was from the cleaning staff but still it was there. The breakfast buffet selection was poor. A staff at the end of breakfast time was quite rude quite ostentatiously making it clear that he wants us out.

The location was great. It's far enough out of the city centre that it is nice and quiet, but easily accessible to all the places we wanted to go. We could walk there or get several trams

The bathroom door was a little uncomfortable because it was a sliding door with an open hole as the handle. I personally prefer an actual door, but it wasn't a big problem. Other than that, it was a lovely room!

The room had a very unpleasant odour and the carpet was dirty. Our room was switched and was slightly better however no for the rate they charge.

The door to the toilet/shower is a frosted glass panel and does not completely close, leaving a 1cm gap and also does not lock leaving very little privacy.

Das Premium-Zimmer zum Innenhof ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet und vor allem ruhig. Das gute Frühstück mit Front cooking bietet viel Abwechslung.

I really liked how the decor of the hotel was layed out with the rooms and accessiblity to facilities, including the swimming pool, hot tub which was perfect as it was indoor with less people which made the experience much better. Chronis was also an amazing staff memeber who was lovely to talk to during our stay when we arrived.

I wasn't a fan of the room sizes as they were majorly small for my liking, especially there was less space to move around in, and the fact the bathrooms didn't have complete privacy, especially since it was a slider door without a lock and the material of the door is seethrough which really put me off.

Location is horrible. Spent $100.00 a day on taxis just to get to town. The outside appearance is weeded, and dirty Our room was too small to open suit cases. Generally the worst hotel I've stayed in,. In years and it's a,Crowne Plaza. Sad indeed! Avoid this place.

Duschen in der Badewanne, Einstieg mühsam. Glaswand ist unten nicht abgedichtet. Wasserdruck sehr unterschieden!

Nu este un hotel de patru stele , camere mici învechite, miros ciudat, mic dejun dezamăgitor-restaurant gen cantină de spital, aglomerat, mâncare de slabă calitate, legumele și fructele tăiate cu mult înainte, erau pălite, uscate, omletă nemancabila, cred ca era din praf de ou. Parcarea goală și f scumpă, departe de oraș. Un hotel supraevaluat care nu oferă nimic specific celor 4 stele.

The room first allicated to us seemed rather small as a twin room. The configuration of the room was unacceptable as one twin bed was located under the tv along the wall with the other located opposite with the full headboard the length of the bed.Neither bed had a headboard so unable to read in bed. There was no mirror above sockets placement if you were styling your hair with eg hair straighteners. Decor appeared dated and air con system noisy.

Kamer was schoon, zwembad en jacuzzi was top geregeld. Vriendelijk personeel.

Enigste minpunt was dat de wc deur slechts een glazen schuifdeur was die niet geheel dicht kon. Staat nergens vermeld tijdens het boeken wat betreft de kamer keuze

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially at the front desk and the breakfast area (including the chef making custom omelets). The service made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay.

,The breakfast was just average. During peak hours, it was quite hard to get food as items ran out quickly and refills were slow. Additionally, the vegetables didn't feel very fresh.

Very good location, close to tram station, as well center of the city. Hotel was full and yet very quiet. Breakfast also was good. Hotel staff were very helpful, especially with helping us with trips suggestions and payments. I noticed some guests complained about ac. Our ac was working very fine. Only complaint is room was small.
