Room was cold at night. I informed font desk and they said they turn on the heat in my room ( I didn't know that hotel controls heating and cooling for each individual room). After all these my nights were all cold and miserable and I had to pay for it.

Good central location, decent gym facilities, comfy beds and spacious room. Warm cookies on arrival was a nice touch.

Fairly basic chain hotel

Horrible service. Right from reception to restaurant the staff were lying! Refused our complimentary breakfast mentioning kitchen is busy and later lied about it. We requested a call back when a charging spot is free for our car. Never got a call back and later was again lied saying they called. NEVER expected this service from a Hilton property! Save your money and don’t book.

The hotel did not have our booking in their system. After seeing out booking confirmation, Abhimanyu took it upon himself to locate a room and check us in. His professionalism was exceptional.

Good location. Parking on-site for a fee. Bright, spacious double queen room for a family of 4. Reception welcome was good. Small pool and hot tub on the roof.

Restaurant for breakfast: 30 minutes when only 3 other tables were occupied. The chef forgot to put avocado on the avocado toast 🙈. There was little apology when this was highlighted. Only 2 water bottles for 4 people. Only 3 towels for 4 people.

Totally overpriced, for being a hotel in Kamloops. Had to pay for parking, but parking facilities for terrible. Service at the restaurant was incredibly slow. AC did not work properly

Wayyyyyyyy over priced. On top of charging way too much per night, they drop a $14 per night parking fee! Come on at these prices the hotel needs to eat the parking charges.

Only stayed one night as we were on a road trip. Quick efficient checkin with hot cookies provided on arrival & the were gorgeous! Decent room with coffee making facilities & a nice bathroom. Lovely staff.

No bar or restaurant service. As part if the Mountaineer train journey we arrived at Kamloops at about 9pm. Most people were ready for a snack or meal but unfortunately the restaurant was closed. We asked about a bar but again told this was closed but there was a liquor store next to the hotel. Considering that 2 coaches of people arrived at the hotel after the rail tour I believe this lack of refreshments for the large number of hotel customers was disgraceful. This hotel clearly is happy to recieve guests from the Mountaineer train (lots of money) but not will to provide any service. Very poor indeed.

Loved our view. Beds were very comfortable. And room was very clean.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also loved the warm cookies upon arrival-nice touch.

There was no breakfast included nor was there an opportunity to buy breakfast before we left. The restaurant was also not open during the day -only available after 5. We ended up going elsewhere for early supper. Also not happy that they tried to charge extra for parking which was not indicated in our pre-booked reservation through Booking.com.

Great location downtown in Kamloops easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

Room service is non existent no one answers the phone and the restaurant at the hotel is understaffed with the food not worth the wait and effort required to get it. The hotel cannot provide an invoice if booked via booking.com so don’t stay here for work.

The hotel was very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable room.

The restaurant was a disappointment. I checked their online menu before I booked our room the day before we arrived and the menu had changed, we ate supper there but we were not impressed and didn't even bother trying the breakfast.

This is downtown Kamloops best accomodations provider. Closer to all facilities and restaurants.

I called to see if they offered anything special in the room for birthdays, they said they were going to put a gift basket in the room, but never did! Still a lovely stay though.

Hotel is in a good location, clean and staff friendly. Parking good and safe. Kamloops is Fine and plenty to do..restaurant's etc . Rooms perfect and bed comfy. Would recommend

Breakfast terrible....Go out and get breakfast instead ( Go to 'Hello Toast' ) just down the road ( Walk ) Don't know about dinner at the Hotel - didn't chance it....

Warm welcome cookie as good as always. Room and beds clean and comfortable, some nice restaurants within easy walking distance.

Bathroom was very small. Breakfast in the restaurant was average.

The 'accessible' bathroom grab bars must have been installed by someone with zero knowledge of accessibility. Shampoo container was installed too close to the grab bar for it to be used. Toilet grab bars were inappropriate for the location of the toilet. See pictures. The shower curtain was 6 inches too short, resulting in water from the shower pooling on the bathroom floor. Absolutely useless and potentially dangerous.

Parking was tight for larger vehicles and the downtown area clearly homes many who are struggling making it unpleasant to go anywhere on foot with young children.

The downside at this hotel is that you have to pay for parking and no breakfast. There is a restaurant onsite, a bit pricey.

Staff were great but the hotel is old and needs some care! Our room was loud with old Aircon, an ice machine outside. The shower was awful and I couldn't get hot water in the sink. Overall it's seen better days and the parking should be free. But the staff went above and beyond

Night staff wasnt helpful with the noise complaints ive made, there was a party in the room next to mine and went on till 4am

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy that we hardly slept at all. Such a shame as we found the staff great, the room comfortable and the location ideal but so glad we only stayed one night as not having any sleep due to the air conditioning repeatedly switching on and off in the night means that I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Only stayed one night as a stop over on the rocky mountaineer train . A big group of people but this hotel was very well organised. The room was very big, 2 queen beds and plenty of room for our massive cases. Extremely clean. Highly recommended

You can check in thru the Hilton app by I still approached the receptionist as I preferred key cards over digital access. Receptionist was nice and gave free cookies. The room was good, not that great. The shower was very small, minimal toiletries such as lack of toothbrush and toothpaste. The temperature is a little irritating as vents keep on sounding on and off even though we were not adjusting the room temperature. Parking is a little tricky as it is very limited. Checkout was smooth as I used the app to checkout.
