Bathroom had a narrow bath with shower over which didn’t have a non slip mat, horrible clingy shower curtain. No English speaking tv channel in the room.

Das Hotel Bristol ist ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Gebäude und hat mit seinem besonderen Charme und den eindrucksvollen Treppen sehr viel Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war gut und hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

we are always staying in Bristol Palace hotel when go to Genova, location the best, walking distance to opera theatre, historical center, good restaurant and shopping streets. hotel itself is historical beautiful building renovated and it is always pleasure to be there.

La struttura è vecchia, mal tenuta, non pulita. Il letto è scomodissimo. Le stanze assolutamente non insonorizzate. La ristorazione è mediocre, sia il ristorante che la colazione.

Hotel Bristol Palace is a classic hotel , more than 100 years, but in very good condition and with a lot of charm. Location is perfect in central Genoa.

Unfortunately, we could not sleep. The air con was noisy and sounded like It was going to take off! The room was not soundproofed and the bedding was not appropriate for summer.

Voi miten kaunis hotelli! Kuin koru. Tulimme autolla ja automme haettiin hotellin edestä ja vietiin turvalliseen parkkipaikkaan kohtuuhinnalla. Todella mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Huone oli kauniisti sisustettu vanhoilla huonekaluilla ja upealla kattokruunulla. Koiramme olivat tervetulleita. Emme syöneet aamiaista hotelillilla, mutta lounasta kylläkin. Lounas täytti odotukset. Ilta drinksut otimme baarissa. Erittäin hyvä lista. Hotelli oli lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia eli loistava sijainti. Tulemme tänne uudestaan myös seuraavalla kerralla!

the breakfast was amazing, with many different choices and delicious food. the staff were really friendly. the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect, in the centre of the city so it was easy to move around.

the room was small and the facilities are old. the bed sheets had stains unfortunately but the bathroom was clean. appreciate they want to preserve the style of the hotel but the rooms could do with a little renovation so you dont hear the plumbing etc.

The hotel was in the perfect location by the beautiful fountains and shopping. The inside of the hotel is spectacular with the spiral staircase. They have a fabulous breakfast buffet! The staff was incredible Matteo and the rest helped us with a driver at the last minute. They went above what was necessary. Don’t miss this hotel

Superbe hôtel, escalier majestueux. Personnel très sympathique. Lits confortables, taille de chambre des plus confortable. Arrivée avec animal sans souci. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner en terrasse. Service voiturier impeccable et enfin , emplacement au top !

Osoblje je bilo predivno!Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada.Iznimno čist,sobe velike i prostrane.Klima super funkcionira.Pogled na grad,posteljina čista i kvalitetna.

S obzirom da je bilo puno recenzija o udobnih krevetima,iskreno me razočarao naš krevet.Loše sam spavala jer su madraci mekani i kvrgavi.Na kraju sam zadnju večer spavala na pomoćnom ležaju koji je bio najbolji od sva 3 kreveta.Treba poraditi na ponudi za goste jer ipak je to hotel sa 5 zvjezdica.Podovi su drveni pa se naviknite na škripanje ali s obzirom da spavate u "muzeju to daje svoju čar.U svakom slučaju omjer cijene i kvalitete je dobar.Najviše zasluga i najviše pohvala ide predivnom osoblju od vratara,recepcije,konobara na doručku,sobarica koje nismo vidjeli ali je soba uvijek bila čista!

Otelin konumu muhteşemdi yüksek tavan odalar gerçekten kendimizi çok özel hissettirdi zengin kahvaltı menüsü çok iyiydi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü otopark için vale hizmetinin olması güzeldi ama fiyatı biraz pahalıydı yine de cadde otoparkına bıraksanız ancak arada yedi Euro fark oluyordu bu nedenle tercih ettik aracımız kapının önünden alındı kapının önüne getirildi çok rahat ettik.

We had a wonderful stay

everyone was super nice and helpful -- gave us lots of good restaurant and touring recommendations. Our 12 year old daughter loved everything about the hotel and can't wait to return. Breakfast was very good -- the best was the barman. Ivan was outstanding -- his negroni and smoked negroni were unlike anything I had seen before. Excellent!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Bristol in Genoa. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly loved the beautiful, royal-style interiors, both in the hotel and in our room. They give the property a very special and elegant atmosphere.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. We were disappointed with the bar, which was not always open. Since the hotel does not offer many other entertainment options, we would have appreciated having a pleasant bar area available throughout the day and evening. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and interior of the bar felt rather poor and uninviting, so we did not really enjoy spending time there. The parking situation was also inconvenient. The parking is located quite far from the hotel, and you need to request your car around 20 minutes in advance. It is also not available 24 hours a day, which can be inconvenient if you need your car late at night.

El personal de recepción, esperé 20 mins para poder pedir agua por la noche solo para que me dijeran que no era ahí. Por la noche una cosa del techo se cayó, lo cual nos espantó a mi esposa y a mí.

L'hotel è storico e meraviglioso! Abbiamo usufruito di un'offerta sul booking, ma ci saremmo andati ugualmente. Ne vale la pena, ci siamo sentiti trattati da principi, dall'accoglienza alla concierge, quella scala meravigliosa, la camera, stupenda, grande con ogni comfort, il bagno grande, con vasca e doccia, con ogni sorta di bagnoschiuma, creme, pantofole ed accappatoi e accessori vari, insomma il bagno che si vorrebbe a casa propria. Il letto comodissimo, il servizio due volte al giorno, macchina del caffè top! Per noi che soffriamo il caldo, la climatizzazione nell'hotel è stata una sorpresa perchè di solito nelle stanze quando si spegne si ha caldo, ma qui era fresco, piacevolissimo anche dopo ore ed ore .La colazione al mattino in una sala meravigliosa con stucchi ed affreschi, di tutto di più, dal dolce al salato, servizio eccellente. Coccolati alla grande. Da godere il tutto, da uscire poco per strada con il piacere di rimanere in hotel..Grazie, grazie, grazie, sono stati due giorni meravigliosi!

Es un edificio emblemático en pleno centro de Génova. El servicio de aparcacoches es muy bueno ya que te permite despreocuparte, dada la ubicación céntrica del hotel. El desayuno es fantastico en la terraza abierta del hotel

La iluminación de la habitación: había una luz cenital excesiva (una lámpara de 10 bombillas) y muy poca aparte de esa. Las lámparas de las mesillas no daban luz adecuada para leer. La ventana de baño no cerraba bien.

Très belle chambre avec un lit confortable, le petit déjeuner était vraiment top dont le service a été impéccable , nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de même que le porteur de valise, emplacement central, c'est un très bel établissement, nous sommes déjà venus et nous reviendrons. Staff were great and went out of their way to show me other rooms when I found my original room too noisy with traffic noise. Comfortable bed and clean room and linens. Room was spacious and air con worked great. Fantastic location where everything was walkable.

Room was a little noisy especially in the morning when cleaning crew would start rolling their carts around between 8-8.30 so difficult to sleep in. It would have been nice to have the option via a door tag to not require cleaning every day. I did use the do not disturb sign in the morning but the cleaners were ready to rush into the room as soon as I stepped out of the door making me feel rushed in the mornings.

Charming traditional hotel in great location. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. We loved the bar - a huge shout out to cocktail magician barman Ivan.

We had a very comfortable stay in a historic building. The room was a good size, and I would especially like to mention the cleanliness, as our room was cleaned at least twice a day. The team was highly professional and more than helpful with everything we needed. I would particularly like to thank everyone who supported us when my wife became unwell during the night. They handled the situation professionally and supported us throughout every step of the process. There is no need to repeat what other guests have already said about the breakfast and the location. It is clear that this is a high-quality accommodation option right in the heart of the city.
