Sehr gut gefallen, sehr zentrale Lage , braucht man nicht unbedingt Bus oder Metro , du erreichst alles bis zum Porto zu Fuß.

Die Organisation mit Parkplatz, hat einen link geschickt und ich muss selber suchen, weil die eigene für ihre Gäste schon voll waren.Es gib aber überall in der Stadt welche.

Location was brilliant and staff very helpful.

I didn't like the way the parking was advertised only to find out it was full after I booked. We were on a long drive with a car full of bags so that was important to us.

De locatie is perfect. De kamer is klein maar comfortabel, het bed is heerlijk en de douche perfect. Lift is piepklein en bij uitchecken best lang wachten. Parkeren kan bij hotel maar moet je ver van te voren reserveren anders is er geen plek. De openbare parkeergarage is gelukkig dichtbij en goed te doen. Hou er rekening mee dat het straatje van hotel moeilijk te bereiken is met auto dus als je veel koffers hebt om uit te laden is het handig dat je goed kunt manoeuvreren met de auto. Anders auto parkeren en met koffer naar hotel lopen.

Airco maakt veel lawaai. Maar dat is om toch iets te noemen.

At breakfast they were very professional handling the gluten intolerance of a celiac person. Breakfast was rich and had plenty of healthy options.

I expected in a 4 stars hotel to have complimentary amenities like a vanity kit with cotton swabs/pads, a good shampoo and lotion, and a daily bottle of water. The rest was good and comfortable however.

Qué buena experiencia, estuve dos días y me hubiera quedado más solo por el personal y la amabilidad de todos. El hotel está super céntrico, a dos minutos de todo. Con tiendas, restaurantes, supermercados... no hay ruido, todo increíble. El personal es una maravilla, sobre todo Danielle, en recepción, el mundo necesita más gente así, en serio. Tenía un problema de salud y hasta que no me ayudaron a solucionarlo, no paró. La habitación muy cómoda, tranquila, y acogedora. Para repetir seguro. Gracias de verdad. Hicieron que mi estancia fuera de 10.

No hay nada que no me gustara.

Hotel muy centrico. Es un hotel que va pidiendo una pequeña renovación. Desayuno bueno, camas confortables. Al estar las puertas ubicadas muy cerca unas de otras, en los pasillos, si los huéspedes no van con un poco de cuidado se nota la falta de insonorización. Sin embargo no se oye ningún ruido del exterior, al estar prácticamente en una calle peatonal.

Disponen de un parking muy reducido y no tenían plazas cuando llegamos, aunque te dan opciones de parking muy cercanas.

Niets. Het was nu niet druk maar als het hotel vol zit zullen de piepkleine liften niet voldoende capaciteit hebben.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, selection even for people with intolerancies, very good situated. Beds are super comfy, shower is big enough. Used towels are changed daily.

A/C is too much, every day we came after all day like into freezer. Floor could be cleaned daily as well.

Albergo pulito, ottima posizione, camera singola abbastanza grande, colazione abbondante. Nell' hotel c'è anche un ottimo ristorante ("Pesciolino").

Gli arredi sono un po' datati. La mia camera singola dava su un palazzo di uffici, quindi per avere privacy si dovevano sempre tenere giù le tapparelle. A colazione i croissant erano un po' mosci.

War auf unserer Rundreise das beste. Die Ausstattung war super. Das wurde sicher von Angestellten geparkt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war hervorragend zentral. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig.

The location is very convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was top quality and a great way to start the day. Plus, all spaces have airco, which is needed for summer.

Die Lage war super. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Hafen und bei der Metro. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Hafen war herrlich.

Die Dusche war sehr sehr eng und nicht dicht.

La chambre est jolie et le lit très confortable. Je remercie particulièrement le monsieur qui a fait la nuit du 19 au 20 août afin que notre bébé de 7 mois soit pris en charge aux urgences. Nous ne le remercierons jamais assez, il a été génial !!

3eme étage sans ascenseur avec 28 marches par étage, alors c’était difficile avec la valise. Mauvaise odeur dans les toilettes, ça sent les égouts. La pièce mansardée alors,j’ai cru m’étouffer.

We had one room for 3 adults and a 12 years child. The bunk bad - the bottom bed was too close to the floor. That was the only inconvenience.

Unser Aufenthalt im Best Western Plus City Hotel war rundum perfekt. Preis-Leistung stimmen auf ganzer Linie. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet für jeden etwas. Würden wir das Hotel nochmals buchen? Auf jeden Fall!

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Genua. Parkeren voor de deur, je auto wordt in de naastgelegen parking gestald. Ruime kamers met airco, goede bedden en genoeg kastruimte. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader voor een paar dagen Genua.

In principe niets. Wat je een minpuntje zou kunnen noemen is de kleine douchecel, maar dat stoorde mij niet.

Etwas laut in der Nacht

The location was perfect, close to everything. A 2-minute walk to the Piazza De Ferrari. Right by the piazza is the stunning (Church of Jesus) definitely worth seeing. We booked the King Jr. Suite with City View. Comfortable king bed, large bathroom, no noise. The large balcony and view was absolutely gorgeous, however, the room needed to be repainted, a disappointment considering the high price we paid for the room. There were dirt marks and chips on most of the walls. The breakfast buffet was excellent; hot & cold foods, smoked salmon, fruits, pastries, etc. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

I was disappointed. The room wasn't to my standards. One of the pillows smelled like pee. They did not honor my request to have late checkout that was pre reserved. It wasn't up to the best western standards.

Très grande chambre avec immense terrasse en rooftop avec vue sur Gênes, emplacement proche de la ville historique, receveur de douche anti dérapant, voiture garée à l'intérieur.

Poussière sous les lits, présence de poissons d'argent dans la salle de bains, clim ne se réglant pas, mise sur 24 et pourtant ne devait pas faire plus de 18. Froid horrible.

Zimmer sehr dunkel, da die gegenüberliegende Häuserwand nur 1 Meter entfernt war. Nervig war die Geräuschkulisse von der Querstraße mit der Bodenschwelle die in der Gasse die ganze Nacht hallte
