No tienen agua para el huésped. Todo tienes que comprarlo. Fue el único hotel de todo Italia donde tenían agua de cortesía para los huéspedes. El personal de recepción fue bastante antipático y cero servicial. Ni saludaban!

Air conditioning in the room was temperamental. It worked some of the time. With very hot weather, sleeping became uncomfortable on couple of days. They managed to sort the problem over the last couple of days.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Wir haben uns im NH Genova Centro wohlgefühlt und konnten die Stadt von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber etwa drei Gehminuten entfernt gibt es eine bewachte Garage. Dort haben wir 29 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Location is a 10/10 for Genoa. Really short walk to centre but still out enough that it is quiet, safe and easily accessible. Breakfast was fantastic and staff are very friendly. Parts of Genoa are not the safest, but this is in a very safe location.
Parking is very good and efficient, but too expensive for what is essentially a public parking lot.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Alles sehenswerte ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Man bekommt auch gleich nebenan einen Parkplatz vermittelt, welcher zwar preisintensiv aber sicher ist.

Non c’era parcheggio come avevo letto su booking, bensì mi dicono che c’è una convenzione con un parcheggio adiacente all’albergo. Mi viene riferito che la convenzione fornisce solo il posto ma il prezzo non ha nessun sconto. Perciò, oltre a pagare la stanza mi ritrovo a dover dare 25 € al parcheggio. Staff per mia esperienza mi ha ricevuto in maniera non professionale. Dopo ore di viaggio ci si aspetta in un albergo, quattro stelle, un Personale più qualificato e sorridente. La prossima volta non mi farò illudere dal prezzo e dovrò chiedere ulteriormente se c’è un parcheggio disponibile, non come c’è scritto ripeto su booking.

La struttura elegante all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca ben ristrutturato propone oltre a tutti i servizi necessari camere spaziose ed accoglienti alcune con terrazzo e vista sul palazzo della provincia ed il vicino giardino . Il centro è a pochi minuti a piedi come le attrazioni sulla darsena quali il museo del mare o l'acquario si possono raggiungere in taxi o a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti

LA douche qui était trop petite (étroite) mais le jet d'eau était parfait.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Lage war hervorragend. Wir sind zuerst 3 Nächte geblieben und war alles bestens aber mussten wir noch eine Nacht bleiben, da es spät wurde. Letzte Nacht war aber Katastrofe. Lärm und ohne Frühstück. Sonst wäre sehr teuer.

Better than Marriott, Melia etc. it is clean, quiet, functional, nice staff, you can walk from the hotel to all the shopping areas, it is just perfect. It may not be a hotel to remember, it is just a hotel…but better this than something that wants to be what is not. This is simply good. Staff are friendly, efficient and kind. All is good.
Really nothing. It is not a luxury hotel but is a very good functional clean efficient hotel.

Ja que oferiu cafè soluble, haguéssim agraït llet en pols per poder fer un cafè amb llet. D’altra banda, el suavitzant pel cabell era poc suau…

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026• Posizione eccellente: l’hotel è molto comodo per visitare Genova a piedi, con le principali attrazioni del centro facilmente raggiungibili. • Colazione ottima: ampia scelta e qualità dei prodotti, sicuramente uno dei punti di forza del soggiorno. • Letto molto comodo: abbiamo dormito bene e il comfort del letto è stato sicuramente apprezzato. • Personale molto gentile: un plauso particolare ai receptionist, sempre disponibili, cordiali e pronti a venire incontro alle nostre richieste e a soddisfare ogni desiderio.
• Parcheggio: l’hotel non dispone di un parcheggio interno e bisogna utilizzare quello “convenzionato”, con un costo di 25 € al giorno. Per chi arriva in auto è sicuramente una spesa da mettere in conto. • Servizi: considerando che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più in termini di servizi e dotazioni. Alcuni servizi che riteniamo essenziali non erano presenti o non erano all’altezza della categoria dell’hotel. • Problemi nella camera: durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato alcune piccole problematiche di manutenzione, tra cui la serratura della finestra che non funzionava sempre correttamente e le tubature che scaricavano male. Non sono stati problemi tali da compromettere il soggiorno, ma sono aspetti che, in una struttura di questa categoria, sarebbe opportuno curare maggiormente.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec un petit balcon qui offrait un beau dégagement. L’hôtel très bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner royal et constamment refournit, chaque jour de nouvelles spécialités créatives.
La clim était un peu bruyante mais il faisait vraiment très chaud à l’extérieur

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral und dennoch nahe eines Parks. Trotz der Hitzewelle war das Raumklima sehr angenehm kühl und die Räume waren sehr ruhig. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal vervollständigten den ausgezeichneten Gesamteindruck. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich auch für spätere Teilnehmer. Das Hotel verfügt zwar über keine eigenen Parkplätze, hat aber offensichtlich eine Abmachung mit einem ein paar Meter entfernten Parkhaus, das auch dann noch Autos von Hotelgästen übernimmt, wenn es eigentlich schon voll ist und das zu einem Tagessatz von 25 €. Wir konnten die 5 Tage ohne Auto wunderbar genießen.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026They do not have their own parking spot. You have to go to a parking next to the hotel and pay 25 euro/night. When we arrived, we have called in order to ask about parking location and nobody answered. We approached the staff at the reception to which they were really mean and careless. I told her this was quite an issue for us because we had to make extra 4 km to come back to the same street to which she replied: "okay" after which she proceeded to check us in. Moreover, we have asked about a pharmacy close by due to an emergency and she was careless about that as well. The room was very small. The shower had black mold and the kettle was broken No coffee machine present as well. Another minus was the huge pillows that were super uncomfortable.

Je réserve une chambre de catégorie supérieure type XL et je reçois la clef d'une chambre de petite taille. Bien entendu je demande à modifier cette situation. Nous devons attendre 30 mn et l'hôtel fait passer cela pour un surclassement. Désolée ce n'est pas le cas car la réservation (et le tarif) était claire sur ce point.

Das umständliche Prozedere im Parkhaus: Bereits bei der Einfahrt kommen vier Mitarbeiter auf einen zu und erklären das Prozedere. Man muss seinen Wagenschlüssel abgeben und erhält dafür eine Papierquittung. Möchte man später sein Fahrzeug abholen, muss man mit dieser Quittung erneut zum Personal gehen, um ein Ticket für den Bezahlautomaten zu bekommen. Schrecklich umständlich, unnötig kompliziert und völlig aus der Zeit gefallen.

La porta del bagno era sporca, nella doccia ho trovato il tappino di uno shampoo del cliente prima, il rotolo della. carta igienica era bagnato e nell’armadio c’era della polvere. Quando ho cercato di aprire imm la letto per dormire, si sono sfilate anche le Coperte sotto. Cose che non mi aspettavo di trovare in un hotel a quattro stelle di un certo livello.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026We only stayed at NH Genova City Centre for one night, but it was a stay we won’t forget. The biggest reason was Paola at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such a warm smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to talk with us. As a lovely surprise, she upgraded us to a Junior Suite free of charge, which made our trip feel even more special. She also recommended places to visit in Santa Margherita and gave us great tips about the area. We followed her advice and ended up having one of the best days of our holiday. It really showed that she wanted us to have the best possible experience, not just at the hotel but during our trip as well. Thank you, Paola, for your kindness and for making us feel so welcome. People like you make all the difference. We truly hope to come back one day, and if we do, we hope to see you again!
