Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Tres bel hotel dés l'entrée. Les chambres sont décorés avec gout, super vibes. Le petit déjeuner est excellentissime ! Enfin, très bonne situation géographique pour se balader dans la ville.
Nos chambres (001, 002 et 003) étaient à coté de l'entrée et la sortie du staff. Dommage qu'il soient si bruyant en arrivant au travail à 7:00am, portes qui claquent et discussion tresè fortes.

Завтрак однообразный, в номере полотенца меняли каждый день, но один раз дали банное с большой дырой. Чистота на 8 из 10.

Zuviel Schnickschnack wie künstliche Pflanzen und Fotos, Tapeten etc. Aber das ist einfach Geschmackssache. Es war alles super, die Lage, die Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück, die Sauberkeit....
Nicht so viel Schnickschnack-Deko, das war einfach zu viel.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The room was an excellent size and had a lovely little seating area which made a nice change from the desk you usually find in a hotel room. The breakfast was plentiful and, as a vegan, I really appreciated the fact that there was vegan spread and soya yoghurts. The flamingo theme throughout the hotel was fun and a nod to the zoo that was just across the square. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk from the central train station, so a great location. I managed to walk everywhere I wanted to go to in the city but there are tram stops right outside.
Service in the hotel bar in the evening was a bit slow but, otherwise, everything was great!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location was very convenient; I've seen reviews saying that the room was noisy due to the location but my experience was that my third floor room had excellent windows and whatever was going on outside was not intrusive. The room was comfortable, the staff was uniformly friendly, the breakfast was very good, security was appropriate for the location but not excessive and safety was not an issue... It was just a very enjoyable stay.
The only real complaint that I had was that the Belgian waffle maker made substandard, incompletely made waffles - which is disappointing when you're in Belgium. Having panhandlers doing their job while enjoying a beverage outside was not enjoyable but it wasn't threatening and that's not the job of the hotel to control.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Heel vriendelijke man achter de balie. Vlakbij het station. Cosy ontbijtruimte met mooi ontbijt. We hadden eerst de verkeerde kamer gekregen die nog niet gepoetst was en kregen hiervoor gratis drankje in de bar, mooi geregeld, goede klantenservice. We konden de valiezen achterlaten na de check out. Antwerpse handjes kunnen proeven op de kamer.
Tip; kamer 106 deur van de badkamer piept, met olie insmeren + iets voorzien aan de deur van de frigo kast zodat die niet zo hard toe klapt. Kamer aan de straat kant is lawaaierig maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026De sfeer in het hotel, veel kleur, modern. De locatie was top, op nog geen 5 min lopen van Antwerpen Centraal. Metro tegenover het hotel. De Meir is op 6 min afstand, dan loop je zo de winkelstraat in. De Zoo is schuin tegenover het hotel, dit is zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Ontbijt was prima in orde.

Het lawaai, wij hadden een kamer vooraan. Omdat er een café naast het hotel was snachts tot 3u veel lawaai en muziek. Vanaf 6u smorgens veel lawaai omdat ze dan het plein komen opkuisen met een blazer die heel veel lawaai maakt.

We had a connecting room so could hear our neigbours loud and clear both nights and mornings. We asked whether that could be fixed but the hotel was fully booked so nothing to be done. If you book here, ask for a non-connecting room (interesting that you need to specify that)
