Sehr schönes Boutique Hotel ! Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und wirklich ruhig, was ich besonders toll fand, sehr modern, schön möbliert und farblich passend gestaltet und bot viel Platz, das Bad war auch sehr modern mit einer tollen grossen Dusche. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht, es ist sehr schön hergerichtet und frisch, auch die Qualität ist sehr gut, alles frische und regionale Köstlichkeiten, verschiedene Wurst und Käse, verschiedene Brotsorten und Gebäck, köstliche Kuchen, frisches Obst, Joghurt und Müslis, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt ! Man konnte auch frisch aus der Küche bestellen, zb Omlette oder Ham&Eggs, etc., es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft, und man konnte verschiedene Kaffees oder Tees bestellen. Einfach herrlich ! Elena und Lidia sind sehr freundlich und höflich, sprechen sehr gut englisch, und von Anfang an fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Auch bei Fragen zur Anreise, Restaurantempfehlungen und dergleichen bekam ich umgehend eine freundliche Rückmeldung, schon vorab per Nachrichten, und auch vorort als ich schon dort war. Alle sind äusserst hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie waren auch so lieb und haben für mich einen Tisch in ihrem Lieblingsrestaurant reserviert, wo ich am Abend meines Geburtstags ein hervorragendes Abendessen genießen konnte ! Vom Bahnhof ist das Hotel zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Brescia, alles ist schnell zu erreichen, Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, Boutiquen und Geschäfte, was man eben sehen möchte oder braucht. Ich war für ein Konzert in Brescia, das am Piazza della Loggia stattfand, und dafür war das Hotel perfekt gelegen, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Wenn ich wieder nach Brescia kommen sollte, ist dieses Hotel meine 1. Wahl ! Vielen Dank !

Es war alles super ! Es gab nichts was mir gefehlt hätte und falls man etwas braucht, helfen die netten Damen am Empfang umgehend weiter. Zusätzlich möchte ich noch das sehr gute WLAN erwähnen !

A brilliantly situated small hotel, right in the heart of the old town, and beautifully created within a medieval house. There is a communal terrace at the top with panoramic views. The room was very comfortable and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is run by two delightful, dedicated and welcoming women who created a very good atmosphere.

Excellent location and easy to get by metro. Delicious breakfast (highly recommend their omelette with veggies and cheese), friendly and attentive staff.

Everything was on top level: friendlly and helpful staff, superclean room, excellent breakfast, tranquillity, slow but nice lift, location ecc.

Posizione eccezionale, vicino al centro. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Camera grande, silenziosa, con un letto comodo e un bagno ampio e dotato di tutti i servizi. Bottiglie d'acqua offerte gratuitamente. Mi sono trovato davvero bene!

Compliqué de se garer avec un coffre de toit. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la ville très attractive, cela reste personnel, rien à voir avec l'hôtel.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage in einer Fußgängerzone und sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Wenn man mit dem Auto und viel Gepäck anreist ist es etwas umständlich. Das nächste Parkhaus ist zwar nicht so weit weg, aber teuer (21€ für eine Nacht).

The location in the middle of the old town was perfect, very close to the castle and the museums. The staff were very good with providing suggestions of things to do and information about the area. The breakfast at the hotel included freshly cooked eggs and bacon as well as fresh orange juice which is fairly unusual now so that was great.

We really had a great time there, despite the heat.

The location was very close to major sites and near the metro stop. The breakfast was amazing, room was spacious and nice, and staff was friendly. Also loved the AC in a heat wave!

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel. Her wurde an alles gedacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Die Herzlichkeit der Chefin hat uns sehr gefallen. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Unsere Fahrräder hatten eine abgeschlossene Garage, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer topp alles wie neu, Traumlage. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super nice location in the center of Brescia- rooms with standard, very clean and good bed. Small breakfast - with all you want and more - including omelette and scrambled egg - made freshly for you. As it is in the center - you can park 200m away in the public parking (16.80 euro - full day rate)

A little gem located in the heart of Brescia. Lidia was the perfect host and we enjoyed our 3 night stay. Our room was extremely comfortable with a lovely breakfast to start the day. Shops and local attractions all within a short walk.

A lovely well-serviced B&B over five floors in a thoroughly modernised old building accessed by a stately glass lift. Spacious bedrooms with wooden floors and ceilings and modern bathrooms. Breakfast excellent, muesli, yogurt, croissants etc., with scrambled egg and bacon on request. Here Elena and Alberto couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Loved everything, and location perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though we were only here for one night. The accommodation is located right next to one of the squares, with good restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the beds were spacious, and thanks to the windows facing the courtyard, it was quiet all night long. We’d like to praise the excellent breakfast, where they made us coffee that we ordered from the staff, and there was also the option to have hot breakfasts prepared right in the kitchen (no scooping from large containers). Everything available looked very high-quality at first glance. I also really appreciate, despite the Easter holidays, the option for self-check-in; everything was communicated to us in advance via WhatsApp, and the instructions were clear.

We have no complaints.

Warm and responsive hosts who really take care of their guests. Completely charming atmosphere, every detail thought through. Spotlessly clean, great shower. Delicious and generous breakfast included best omelette ever :). Fantastic location.

The municipality doesn’t allow hotels to turn on their AC until 14th April (typical of other Italian cities too) which is good for the environment…

Lydia was very helpful from the outset, with clear instructions to check in. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was superb it was very easy to discover the city from here, as the hotel is right next to the main sites

Very smooth communication with the owners, both very kind people. Breakfast was so vast I wanted to stay and eat for longer :D I was worried that the road/alley would be noisy during the night but our room was facing a small courtyard so absolutely no noises. The room was lovely decorated and there were free bath products/samples in the bathroom as well as free water in the fridge.

Only thing I didn't like was that we didn't stay for longer!

Super location. Room was very comfortable, the bed and shower amazing. Highlight is the breakfast, it was excellent. Lidia too, who made the trip. Her information was timely and excellent and made check in very easy indeed. I highly recommend.

There was no air conditioning. We were told it was not the right time of year for air to work. It was close to 80° each day we were there with the sun hitting the room most of the day and we were on the 4th floor. If air conditioning would have worked we could have kept windows closed to keep out the noise. But had to open up windows to try and get refreshing air to sleep. Unfortunately our room faced a busy pedestrian path and was noisy up until about 1 am each night. Street cleaners came about 6:30 am. I would imagine if we had a room facing the quiet side everything would have been fine. Though if a place advertises climate control it should really have it

El sitio en el centro. La habitación igual que en las fotos, muy bonita, grande y confortable. Los dueños, muy majos y serviciales. La cama, de 1,60, muy cómoda. Los geles de muy buena calidad. El desayuno, muy bueno, con un poco de todo. Muy fácil el check-in. Si volvemos a Brescia este será nuestro alojamiento.

Esto no quita ni una décima a la puntuación general: el horario del desayuno y del check-in un pelín pronto,aunque nos lo alargaron un poquito y pudimos dejar allí el equipaje.

Only 2 details. Water was not really hot late evening, not that it would be cold, but a bit more hot would be nice. Lift is really slow. If you live on the 5th floor, it can get annoying, but still manageable. Understand the reasons.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte: due adulti e una bambina di 3 anni. Si percepiscono pienamente l’amore, la passione e la cura per ogni dettaglio; ci è capitato raramente di sentirci così accolti. La struttura è molto bella, curata e nuova. Apprezzatissima l’idea di trovare in camera tre bottiglie d’acqua naturale e tre di acqua frizzante gratuite. Il kit a disposizione è completo e ben fornito: è davvero difficile trovare anche il minimo difetto. Anche la colazione è ricca e di ottima qualità; splendida l’idea di preparare i piatti caldi al momento. Tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato in struttura si sono dimostrate estremamente disponibili e cordiali.

The breakfast was maybe the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and the highest quality plus you could also order eggs and bacon, although I couldn’t imagine after all the other foods offered.

My room was above the kitchen and unfortunately when the prep for breakfast started , I could hear noise.

Tutto perfetto.

Ottima colazione, dolci fatti in casa e offerta anche di salato, omelette e toast preparati al momento, così come le spremute d’arancia. Camere silenziose e climatizzate, bagno piccolo ma funzionale con doccia ampia. Personale molto gentile. La Locanda si trova in pieno centro, in una zona pedonale a due passi da Piazza della Loggia.
