Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Die Unterkunft liegt am Rand der Altstadt von Brescia. Die Zimmer sind gegen einen sehr hübschen Innenhof gerichtet. Der zu mietende Parklplatz für 10Euro am Tag ist im Innenhof des Klosters gelegen. Für das Auffinden haben wir ein sehr praktisches Video erhalten und haben den Platz auf Anhieb gefunden. Zu den Zimmern gibts eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit hübschem Aufenthaltsraum. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter gibt sogar am Sonntag prompt Antwort auf Whatsapp.
Die Brandmeldeanlage hat die ganze Nacht alle 30 Sekunden gepiept. Konnten aber gleichwohl gut schlafen.

Ho dimenticato di lasciare i contanti per la tassa di soggiorno, ma non sono riuscita a fare l'operazione dopo vari tentativi se non il giorno dopo il check out: mi sono sentita aggredita . Auspicherei in un po' più di fiducia e pazienza. il viaggio successivo è stato lungo e pieno di treni in sciopero: talvolta basta una frase gentile o una telefonata per aiutare il cliente a ricordare l'impegno. impegno che ammontava a 2.50 euro .forse sarebbe bene indicarlo subito all'atto della prenotazione o scrivere un biglietto in camera. La stanza era molto carina, ma gli ospiti a fianco hanno fatto molto rumore e chiacchierato ad alta voce fino a oltre mezzanotte. La coperta sul letto era un po' leggera per la notte fresca che si è prospettata, suggerisco di lasciarne una in più a disposizione.

Il giardinetto esterno molto carino. Personale gentilissimo!! Davvero molto solari e super disponibili!
Forse mancava anche solo un piccolo armadietto o un tavolino in cui appoggiare le cose. L'acqua del rubinetto del lavandino usciva un po' male.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal Capitolium e dal Museo di Santa Giulia. Molto vicino anche a Piazza della Loggia e a vari ristoranti e bar. La camera matrimoniale dà su un cortile interno molto tranquillo, e anche la "seconda camera"/soggiorno, pur stando sopra alla strada, non era molto rumorosa, con le finestre chiuse almeno. Ottimi tempi di risposta.
Una volta arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che i due letti singoli in realtà erano costituiti da due basse strutture di legno contenenti una sorta di futon, una sopra all'altra. Noi avevamo prenotato per tre, e la struttura ha inteso che due di noi avrebbero usato il matrimoniale, quindi uno dei due letti singoli non era stato preparato. Comunque si è risolto subito: contattata la struttura, hanno mandato il ragazzo che si occupa delle stanze a predisporre il secondo letto. La pulizia poteva essere un po' più profonda (ricordo una forcella di filo interdentale per terra sotto al termosifone), ma nel complesso non era male.

Personnel réactif et disponible via WhatsApp ou email, répondant rapidement. En raison de la grève des trains, j’ai prolongé mon séjour d’une nuit, et ils m’ont fait une proposition rapide.

In centro, però godendo del silenzio, tutto pulito e confortevole. Parcheggio abbastanza vicino. Sembrava appena ristrutturato, sotto casa un bar incantevole.

Inoltre, la camera aveva a disposizione tutti i comfort ch ti aspetti tra cui: condizionatore e cucina con frigo. Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Amazing location and super helpful staff! I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom and I liked that everything seemed clean and new and generally well-done. There was no AC in my room but the fan worked well. I appreciated the mini-fridge in my room and the garden outside so that I could enjoy my own simple breakfast. There's also a lovely cafe just next door to the hotel.
Sharing the bathroom isn't ideal but I didn't run into any problems. For a short-term stay I thought this was fine and the price was fair.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The location was perfect; central yet quiet. The location is not so easy to find but my phone map worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient and welcome. Very good restaurant just around the corner and a well equipped vending machine in the reception. Parking location is very good.
I'm not sure that vehicle access was made clear at the outset - the property is in a ZTL (restricted zone) and is subject to a €10 charge. This only became clear to me on the day of arrival (might have been my fault. Not sure). Directions to parking were a bit complicated, although the property can provide a video to email. However, satnav worked perfectly for the property and all that needs to be said is that access to parking is on the right just before Number 75.

Es verdad que al tener dos pisos la habitación con personas con movilidad reducida, el tramo de escaleras podria ser grande.

Correspondence with the provider was hard. Every english question was answered in italian, the rep did not understand most of my questions. The parking that you can book is actually quite far away with a long stairway in between, it is also almost impossible to find. You better don't have a large car either, our Opel Astra Touring hardly fit through it. The hotel uses a service provider for booking related things, their web application does not work on mobiles (Android) at all. You do want to have a notebook with Firefox installed with you to complete check-in, Chrome or Edge don't work either.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2025There was lots of space and it had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and lots of towels Staff were helpful finding the way there and to the parking as it was quite tricky in the car.
The property is older and has been renovated - but there is still damp Room (ground floor apartment) was quite noisy as it’s directly on the street and also residents for all other rooms have to pass the door to the apartment on the ground floor.
