This was definitely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. The room was very clean and spacious overall. The breakfast that was included was also very tasty and checking in and out was efficient.

It was clean, had plenty of parking. The breakfast was very good and the pool was open until 11pm.

i booked a patio room and at first, they tried to put me on an upper floor. I also didn’t realize breakfast was included, as they did not tell me that and it wasn’t listed in my reservation. In fairness it was a bit crazy as there were a lot of people there checking in and out, plus i had gotten an early check in because i was going to a concert, and the gates for the concert opened at what would have been the normal check in time, and the front desk clerk seemed a little flustered.

The location was nice, the staff were so friendly, it was clean! Breakfast was good.

The Internet was unstable. The listing mentioned a hot tub, there is no hot tub. The pool was clean but locked, needed to have the staff open it up.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Front staff didn’t give proper instructions for where room is & ended up lugging my things all over the building. There are 2 sides of building that don’t connect

What a great hotel! Gr4eat location and very comfortable. Nice pool and work out area. Both staff on arrival and departure were very professional and kind! I will definitely be back every time I am in the area for work.

We were told when we got to the hotel that we could not Checkin prior to 4pm because our rooms “were not cleaned yet” we arrived at 3:15pm. Another guest arrived at 2:45pm and didn’t pay for early check in and checked in no problem. This was frustrating. We checked in after seeing a show and going out for dinner after and arrived to a dirty bathroom. It was late at night so didn’t bother to call get a room change. There was hair on the bathroom floor and it was sticky. Gross. Also there were two different bath towels, one was plush hotel quality and the other looked like it was so old and thin. I took pictures. For over $300/night it is not unreasonable to be able to have a clean bathroom with hotel quality bath towels. This was terrible

A little confusing at first where to go to park and get near room. Only one room key worked. Booked four people and only gave us two towels, three pillows per bed instead of 4.

Everything, the location was perfect for the Xfinity center, rooms were clean and kept well, staff was nice. When I got there, their was an exceptionally long line to check in but the two men working handled it very well! Kudos to them!

Very hard to get in touch with the hotel The breakfast was a little disappointing, no juices! , but the only major complaint I had was I could not get in touch with the hotel directly. The number kept sending me to reservations, even the number from the exact website. It was very frustrating to try to ask for early check-in

This could have been a great stay, but there were a couple of problems. First, we paid for a king room with sofabed in advance, but they gave us a room with two queens without explaining why the switch. That's unacceptable. Second, while the room generally looks very nice and has everything you need, including a nice tv, fridge and microwave, you can tell the hotel does not care about keeping the rooms nice. The toilet seat has a huge crack in it so that upon sitting, anyone will get a nasty pinch or worse from the broken toilet seat. That's unacceptable. Why wouldn't they replace it? That should be a no brainer. If they fixed the issues, I'd stay again but I won't because these issues shouldn't have been there in the first place. It's unlikely they'll fix these issues, but I will certainly bring it to their attention tomorrow.

Location was convenient to the venue I was attending. Also close to food places

The initial staff we dealt with when arrived and during the first night were WONDERFUL. However by the following day and final days, not so much. They changed our room on us so when we got back from our venue at 1 in the morning we couldn’t get in and our things were locked inside!! I had to go all the way back downstairs to prove we belonged in the room, with the fear that our luggage was gone bc someone else might have already been assigned to the room (wtf?!?!), and try to get new keys. This same situation apparently happened to several other guests as well. We were all very disappointed, annoyed, and exhausted with whatever happened during this stay.

The pool temperature was WAY too hot! I own a hot tub and the pool felt nearly as warm as my tub. Apparently a worker forgot to turn off the pool heater.

El hotel esta muy limpio aunque el servicio de limpieza en la habitacion es por solicitud. El servicio fue muy amable, atento y atendieron agilmente.

Breakfast was fantastic location perfect. Hotel staff so friendly and accommodating. Rooms so nice and beds so comfy. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend.

Loved the vibe, decor and how friendly the day staff and bartender were.

The bathroom had no active fan/ventilation and the mini coffee maker only worked once and wouldn't for the second cup.

Kids screaming in pool area and taking up the pool for whole time. Very disrespectful family nothi g to do with hotel except no rules for pool or anyone to tell the families using it to calm down be respectful to other guest. We just didnt use it because of them

Cleanest, neatest, nicest motel/hotel of the entire four week trip. Great literate staff. Great breakfast selections, considerate and helpful staff-never too busy to help.Great woodsy setting, while not far from town and train stop to Boston. Parking spot right outside the window. Best value of the trip.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. It is a family friendly hotel, located just off 495. Easy to get to.

Great location just off the highway. Spacious rooms, clean and nice outdoor space to mingle and play. We were surprised it had a continental breakfast included, a nice surprise upon arrival!

Beds were more like full size and not queen. Breakfast was good but no milk for cereal other than skim being used for the coffee. Only one face washcloth for 4 ; I didn’t have energy to go to front desk to get more

The bar in the lobby remained open so after our concert we were able to hang out which was really great

The fridge didn’t work in room for vital medication. I told receptionist (who on first visit tried to charge me for stay, on second visit said they would fix the fridge while we were away and it was completely ignored. Nothing fixed for vital medication which could cause major health effects..shocking lack of service on reception from tall guy there..just not interested …others seemed ok.. at best

Prices were grossly exaggerated during the World Cup For the standard of hotel. Then had the cheek to charge for a bottle of water , after we paid $1000 USD for a night For that I would have at least expected free water . The guys on reception, not very welcoming for your first visit to the hotel.

The outside of the hotel is fine. Fine in that way that you dont really expect greatness but you at least expect it to be clean. Ita deceptive in that way. This hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and decorated extensively which was surprising. Almost a modern 70s thing going on which at first was a little overwhelming but it looked good. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best I think I've ever used. Hotel was easy to navigate. The hotel bar was really nice too. The bartender was phenomenal. The place felt safe and secure even when it was just 2 drunk girls wandering around at 2am (lol). My bestie and I had gone down for one night for a concert and anytime we go to another we will be staying at this hotel. Its worth every penny! Such an excellent nights sleep.

Billing upon checkout was a little confusing but not a big deal.

The rooms were quiet, the beds medium firm, and the bed pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The place is designed well with pleasing aesthetics. The bar makes good drinks. The gym is nice.

It isnt very walkable to anything but 1 restaurant. The breakfast was okay, sausages/potatoes/bagels good but pancakes syrup not very good. Coffee okay. My biggest complaint was the constant weed smoking on the 3rd floor. Even with a towel on the floor at the door, it still came in my room and I was at the very end. It was bothersome, but not sure how you stop it without going room to room.

Absolutely shocking experience. Arrived at 11am knowing we would not be able to check in, however we had plans to go to the Gillette Stadium, the staff at reception happily let us drop our bags and said we could check in when we returned. We returned just after 2am and it all went down hill from there. After a very long day we just wanted a bed for the night. We confirmed with the hotel that our room was for 3 people and headed to our room. On arrival to the room we noticed the 3rd bed had not been made up so I headed back down to ask about it to be handed a sheet and one pillow at this point I just wanted a bed for my young son, so I headed back up to the room to make the bed up myself. Once back in the room I discovered that the chair in the room did not fold into a bed. Back to reception I went. The man on reception did not have a clue what I was on about and after standing arguing with me for several minutes agreed to change us rooms. You can imagine my disappointment when I entered the 2nd room to be greeted once again to only one bed. However this one did have a sofa. Due to the late hour I made this into a bed for my son and went to bed.

Everything. This is the 1st time in Boston I can say the staff could not care less. Playing on there phones at reception rather that dealing with customers. Socking service!

Overall we were very impressed with the hotel and the location was great.

The breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs tasted funny and the hash browns were VERY salty so I left hungry.
