Endroit agréable et service amical

The staff were awesome to the Scotland supporters

Absolutely nothing

Close to stores and Patriot Place! Very clean room and super clean and crisp sheets !

Everything was great. The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful.

Breakfast was expensive.

The room was comfortable and clean

Nothing. It was great

Cleanliness

Lack of breakfast

It was very clean, the bathroom facilities were nice and the staff was courteous.

It was a little tough getting to rt 495 as it is not directly accessible for a graduation we were attending.

Great location for visiting Patriots Place and Gillette stadium. The room was clean and nice. WiFi worked without a problem. The staff was pleasant and professional. I was satisfied and would happily return.

Overall, my most recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Foxborough Patriot Place was great. The room was nice, clean, and had an amazing Gillette Stadium view. The location was excellent with a great food street nearby and plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Rooms were spacious, staff were extremely helpful.

Good quality

Nice accommodation

Location

Your gym was amazing and everyone was super friendly

There was nothing wrong with the property

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Great location and lots to eat and do around there.

We chose it for the location. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was expensive for basic hotel services but we did want that location.

BEST VIEW AND STAY!

NOTHING IT WAS GREAT!

Loved the location and convenience of the location! Easy in and out and so many things to do without leaving the property. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly!

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, Buffett breakfast was very expensive compared to other hotels and wasn’t advertised how much it was clearly. Some people were having a scoop of eggs and one sausage and had to pay 20 dollars for breakfast and seemed shocked.

The view was great. Night life was fun. Not having to drive home made the night stellar.

The checking was the quickest of anywhere ive ever been

You could not ask for a better location or parking for a facility so large.

The throw rugs at the entrance kept tripping up my walker that I use as an assisted device.

The location

Shower had black hairs it in.

Everything was beautiful and clean

Staff was excellent, very polite and helpful. Room was great, shower had fantastic pressure, comfortable bed, and decent window view. Location was perfect for our stay. ADA accessibility was spot on. 11am check out time was perfect!

Would appreciate a complimentary coffee in the morning

It was very clean

We had no cable tv and the included breakfast was $42.00

Proximity to everything. Sunrise views over Gillette Stadium

Right next to Gillette Stadium

Nothing bad to say

Breakfast was very good and plenty of it

No Buffet

The older woman that was the breakfast server on a Saturday morning was especially lovely and polite

Only thing was the front desk didn't tell me about the breakfast or pool and I had to inquire about it later

Convenience and nice room!

Wish breakfast was included.

My boyfriend and I were bit about 70x each on our bodies by beg bugs ( ankles and lower legs, my mid torso, my upper thigh and butt and his back and arms - all areas that were exposed while sleeping) I called the hotel to follow up and they disregarded my issue and concerns and said there was nothing they could do for us. No refund or apology was offered. I’m dealing with extremely uncomfortable bites on my body that appeared on both of us immediately after our stay at this Hilton location. Very disappointed at how it was handled by the hotel.

Room was very clean and spacious. The parking was also good.

Maybe a complimentary breakfast included with one night stay.

Great location for my event...staff was warm and welcoming and my room was spotless.

Hot breakfast is not what it used to be. Staff were great...food...not so much!

Everything. Loved the bathroom.

No complaints.

Very loud outdoors and you need darker curtains to many lights

No jacuzzi

Great location, clean

Liked it all

Close to all the restaurants

Nothing. It was great

I had a doctors appointment at Mass General Brigham in Foxboro and it is located right next to it so it was perfect and I got to do some shopping after work

I loved everything it was perfect

Good location, felt clean and spacious.

Many hotels will have a daily room make-up and offer the chance to reduce this to every second or 3rd day etc. The default here is every second day. I had no issue with that as I don’t need a daily clean. But it meant that water bottles were only given on every second day. Travelling long haul for work, I wanted to stay hydrated so hoped for a daily replenish of water. When I asked at reception for new bottles on the day the room wasn’t cleaned I was told I had to pay for them. This I felt poor. Hilton have signs in the room and all over the hotel saying - if something isn’t right, please say and we will make it right. Not sure I agree that the position on reception matched this philosophy. Having complementary water in the room on a daily basis is a norm in all other hotels.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Water in the room should not have a $1 fee, or there should be a filtered water dispenser on every floor.

Close to everything in Gillette

Friendly staff, rooms were clean and check in was simple. The only thought was that breakfast should have been included like many hotels do. Coffee was always available and there was a little snack shop with chips etc and other essential items. Would def stay there again !

Location, very modern and comfortable-

Great location walkable to dining and concert venue! Clean and great front desk staff..

Your staff should be able to do a little better, but the pricing online opposed to walk-ins

Great

The only thing was the shower leaked the whole time everytime we showered we would have to put towels under the shower door.

Perfect

Very Loud at night. Hard to sleep with the lights from the bar shining into the room. Beds were pretty uncomfortable.

The staff makes the place!! Lou is amazing at the Valet! We love him

Room very clean

Had an amazing time!
