The pool water didn’t look clean it looked grey and so we didnt swim

Staff. No pool. They were so sooooo rude to me and my children. Awful bedding.

Very clean and comfortable room for a family of four. We especially loved the table that pulled out from underneath the desk, what a clever and practical idea! The space was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Late night staff is always friendly and helpful. ; I’ve stayed a few times and I arrive late and she’s great!

Location was great for our needs. The staff were friendly.

Smoking is permitted in the main entrance to the facility and this is unacceptable. Cigarette butts laying all over the place and smelt of old cigarettes. Main lobby floors were dirty and sticky.

The room was not very clean. There were crumbs in the pull out bed and the mattress pad was stained and gross. The person who came to clean it up seemed put out and wanted us to do it ourselves. There was also a party in the room next to us at 2 AM. It kept us awake for over an hour before they would quiet down. Not really the hotels fault; but it took several attempts for the staff to get them to quiet down.

The location to the soccer fields that we needed to go to.

The pool was out of use, the hotel had a shortage of pillows which was very strange, and the blanket that they provided for the pull out couch had rips in it. Very disappointed that these items were not looked at before putting them in the room.

The hotel facility and room size were good.

The room was not cleaned adequately .Several family members had places in their rooms that were not cleaned.My dog found a cheese ball under the bed.

The noise! We asked for a quiet room. What we got was noise; from above, from next door, from children playing in the corridor, from people returning at 3 am. The pool area smelt badly. We were staying for 4 nights, but checked out a day early. The hotel's only concern was that we understood there would be no refund.

Property was nice and in an easily accessible location to major attractions plus its pet friendly.

The staff was very nice and helpful. No complaints on them. Constantly trying to keep the main foyers clean.

The heated pool temps have been pretty chilly the past couple of years. The breakfast choices were not very good.

Good location for our needs and not too far from Boston. The staff was nice and they also let us check out an hour late with no charge.

Room wasn’t completely clean, hair all over the bathroom, food in the fridge, dishes unwashed in the dishwasher and the toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever had. Also the linen was clean but stained and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Hotel was good. Staff was polite. But residents in the hotel seems very racist and don't care about kids. We had to check out early. I also forgot stiff in my room but nobody seems to care if i find it or not

The room I stay had bed bugs and they would not give me another room till the 3rd day. I will never go back. I do not recommend to anyone.

Room was very spacious, breakfast was amazing. My only disappointments were: 1) some of the staff were very friendly (front desk staff), some were quite distant, not necessarily rude but definitely not friendly (primarily cleaning staff); 2) the bed seemed to slope down on both sides, very uncomfortable for someone with back issues. However, the choice of pillow softness/firmness was great.

I like the helpful receptionist at check-in. The room was adequate and clean. The shower floor could use a good whitening. I think the breakfast space could be cleaner between guests. It was a busy weekend but tables were not being wiped down between guests as they came and went. king bed was great! Pillows could use a refresh. Expensive due to the Pats game being on so I do not think it was fair price for value. Price was high due to game day. I think ponchos should be readily available for guests at any time during their stay given the proximity to Patriots Place and the tendency for rainy weather. We did not go into the indoor pool as the water looked greyish.

No train or shuttle service options to hotel. You must taxi or Uber so plan for that additional expense.

We were on the 3rd floor the hotel was quiet all day. Enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean. Breakfast is a little disorganized and all over the place as far as finding plates and getting what you want but it was good! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also very close to Gillette stadium.

It was perfect- good location a mile from Gillette Stadium, nice breakfast, comfy bed, functional kitchenette, big fridge, quiet, kind staff.

The room was not sound proof at all - we could hear a dog barking next door all the time. Although the staff was helpful they could not trace the occupants (looks like they left it in the room and had gone out). After that around 2 AM someone was dancing and singing, a big group was talking loudly and it was all audible. Would not recommend to stay here as the room and walls are just cookie cutter designed to just have someone park themselves, not "stay"
