As ever in Thailand friendly , smiley staff .

Three rooms in 24 hours . 5204 overbearing smell of mothball type chemical. Moved to 5104 smell faint . Woke to fine smell had forced my wife to sleep on the balcony couch outside . Shower head leaked when filling bath which we didn’t realise so puddle of water when went to fill bath . Started looking at other hotels nearby with a view to moving out . Then offered 6104 different building . Immediately ran bath and found diverter valve leaking . Maintenance on site to replace o ring seal for an hour . Next two days found shower head leaked when filling bath so draped inside bath as filled . Complete bath could move 6-8 cm as wasn’t fixed to the floor . But the drain didn’t leak . Failed totally to acknowledge the faults other than change the rooms . Hotel is built into hill as a series of building linked by sloped roadways and stairs and steps . Golf carts on site so you could be delivered and collected from rooms . Look at roofline of properties to see where the lift machinery spaces are to find where the lifts are in the different buildings

It’s close to the beach.

It’s old. There is construction everywhere. We asked for a refund be sure the AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Instead the moved us into a room and told us they needed to downgrade our room type because they had originally upgraded us. Who does that? That’s the worst customer service I’ve experienced. There are much better hotels that are way less expensive in this area of Phuket.

Un magnifique hôtel niché dans un écrin de verdure, offrant un cadre paisible et très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, la piscine est tout simplement superbe, petit déjeuner copieux. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la magnifique plage de Nai Harn, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la beauté des environs. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et attentionné. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

La nourriture est moyenne et particulièrement le petit déjeuner où le choix est limité au buffet. Le riz apporté dans une assiette devient froid très rapidement.

Everything

Our second stay at the Sunsuri. Everything was great again - the staff, location, pools, breakfast and size of the room. The only small thing was the air con which seemed to stop working overnight on the first couple of nights - this was mentioned to reception and rectified immediately. Would definitely return again 😊

The location to the beach was good and shuttle was provided hourly. Had a lovely restaurant with delicious food. Separate rooftop bar with a good variety of cocktails and drinks. Rooms were spacious with large walk-in showers. Furnished balcony. Clean throughout.

Didn’t like the steps to pool but can’t be avoided as most properties on a hill. Buggy’s help with getting to room from lobby

Séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel Sunsuri Phuket ! Tout était vraiment au top : personnel attentionné, chambres confortables et une atmosphère idéale pour se détendre. La plage a été un vrai plus durant notre séjour, d’autant plus qu’elle est facilement accessible grâce à la navette de l’hôtel, très pratique. Un endroit où l’on se sent bien du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Small pick up cars are not comfortable to travel upper floors. Buggy cars are much better.

Die Lage ist etwas ab vom ganzen aber ganz okay.

The hotel kindly gave us an upgrade when we arrived, and the room was beautiful with a fantastic, covered balcony with a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious - we enjoyed the variety of options. We only used the pool once but had a wonderful time! This hotel has a lot of hills and stairs, but they have a golf cart to shuttle you up and down - the ride up and down from your room is quite the adventure in the golf cart/truck. Just be prepared when you leave your room each time, a as it is a bit of a trek to go back if you forgot something.

We wish the shuttle coming from the beach would allow for those who wish to stay for the sunset (but the walk back is short). Some more shade at the pool (for in the water) would be nice, but the shaded seating areas were great. We also wished the smoking area at the pool was further away.

Helt fantastisk ställe och det som utmärkte det allra mest va den fantastiska personalen som var så vänlig och service minded. Personalen körde även med små bilar som man kunde åka upp till rummet med då de låg på en höjd och de hade även pick up stationer och tider där de körde ner en till stranden, super härligt! Utöver detta så va det fina rum, härlig stor balkong och fint badrum. Poolområdet va stort och det fanns något för alla - kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe!

Rummen låg på en höjd och ingen hiss fanns, för oss gjorde det inget men har man svårt att gå kan det bli lite svårt.

Sehr schön Resort in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant schmeckt gut. Zudem gibt es Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand, was ebenfalls sehr komfortabel ist.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist ziemlich laut. Wenn man kaputt vom Tag ist nicht weiter schlimm, aber wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist wäre das ein Manko. Außerdem ist der Sportbereich eher klein und wird mit zwei Leuten bereits knapp.

Максимум 3 звезды - старый, обшарпанный, темный отель без нормального вида на море, справа какая-то черная сетка натянута и за которой ничего не видно. Попасть в номера можно только на отельных машинках - отдельный кошмар, старые, облупленные туктуки с дверкой на задвижке. Ужасный серпантин и дороги, трясет как в камазе. Иногда и ждать их приходится. Номера большие но неуютные, ужасный цвет стен коричневый. Декор отсутствует. Кондиционер холоднее 25 номер не остужает. Завтрак скудный, также на 3 звезды. Не знаю откуда берутся хорошие отзывы - не портите себе отдых, лучше выбрать ближайший Wyndham, почти в 2 раза дешевле. Бонус - ремонт вокруг озера - не пешеходной дорожки, все вскрыто и натянуто сеткой.

המלון מאוד יפה ומטופח והצוות מאוד נחמד ושירותי וקיבלתי בצ׳ק אין מים קרים עם מגבת קרה ומרעננת עם ריח טוב וארטיק קוקוס טבעי,המלון מאוד נקי והחדר היה גדול ומרווח עם נוף לבריכה ולים , היו פעילות בבריכה שהיה מאוד נחמד אבל מעט מדי מיטות שיזוף .

מיקום קצת מרוחק אבל למי שעם אופנוע ורכב אפשר להסתדר , ארוחת הבוקר צריכה להיות עם יותר אופציות בעיניי כמו להוסיף פירות טריים חתוכים לקוביות קטנות לצד היוגורט ויותר אופציות מגוונות מערביות והמלון קצת יקר.

Очень любим этот отель и приезжаем сюда уже 4й раз. Отличный бассейн, комфортные зоны отдыха. Отдельно хочу отметить замечательный персонал, особенно Sport Team и команда бара у бассейна (Nun, Mooky, Noey, Bam, Ploy)!

Много лестниц, но для подвижной компании это не проблема.

Wir hatten als Familie eine Villa mit Privatpool im Sunsuri Phuket gebucht, da wir von einem echten Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis ausgingen – insbesondere bei dem Preis, den wir gezahlt haben.  Leider verlief unser Aufenthalt zunächst enttäuschend: Bei unserer Ankunft war der Pool außen stark mit Vogelkot verschmutzt und die Villa insgesamt nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Als wir das Hotel darauf ansprachen, wurde uns gesagt, dass man gegen die Vögel nichts ausrichten könne. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass es Villen mit mehr natürlichem Schatten gibt und dort weniger Probleme auftreten sollten, bot man uns an, eventuell am nächsten Tag eine andere Villa zu zeigen. Zunächst wurde uns eine alternative Villa gezeigt, die auch sauberer wirkte, doch kurz darauf hieß es, sie sei aufgrund von Arbeiten am Pool nicht verfügbar. So mussten wir erneut vertröstet werden und konnten erst am folgenden Tag in eine andere Villa umziehen, die dann tatsächlich in einem besseren Zustand war. Leider bedeutete das, dass wir fast zwei Tage lang keinen wirklich nutzbaren Pool hatten – trotz Aufpreis für die Villa mit privatem Pool. Auf unseren Wunsch nach einer angemessenen Erstattung für diese Zeit wurde zunächst nicht eingegangen. Letztendlich erhielten wir lediglich zwei Cocktail-Gutscheine als „Kulanz“, was in Anbetracht des Problems und des Preises aus unserer Sicht nicht ausreichend war. Der Rest der Anlage macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck und der Frühstücksbereich ist akzeptabel. Allerdings wirkt auch der allgemeine Zustand des Resorts insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders wenn man es mit dem Standard eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels vergleicht.  Fazit: Erfahrungsgemäß sind viele andere Gäste mit Service, Lage und Personal sehr zufrieden.  Für uns persönlich entsprach das Hotel jedoch nicht dem erwarteten Niveau eines Fünf-Sterne-Resorts, insbesondere in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und den Umgang mit berechtigten Anliegen.

I loved the breakfast, the views across the pool, the pool itself was stunning and so architecturally interesting. The water temp was great and lots of space which allowed my older father to swim his morning laps.

Having a 7-11 very close by is a bonus, they had one a short walk but closer always better. Main issue for us was that our rooms were right at the furthest point up the cliff of the hotel. Getting up and down to the room was a hassle. They did offer to take us up and back in a golf buggy but even that felt like a hassle. This was not ideal for my elderly parents.

Lovely stay with excellent friendly staff (Mookie deserves a mention). We had an ocean view room which was really nice. Very big with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was a nice size with a lovely shower and the complimentary shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were excellent. A very good breakfast with a lot of choices. We booked through Luxury Escapes and had a package of lunch or dinner included (quite a decent menu to choose from), one hour free drinks and two 45 minute massages each. I thought it was all very good. The pools were lovely and you could always get a sun lounger (the pool opened at 9am so it stopped an early rush for beds). The beach is about a 5 minute walk and the hotel offer a shuttle service. It’s a lovely beach with fairly limited sun loungers (200 TBH for two beds). They all go quite early (sunbeds open at 8am) but during the day people come and go so you can usually get a bed at some point. Food and drink cheap on the beach too. Only drawback to the hotel is there are a lot of steps. We were in block S1 so we had a lift but there was still a fair few steps in the heat. Overall it was a really excellent stay and everything in my view was really lovely.

This is a nice quiet resort. Its large. Lots of steps. Good gym. Great pool. Staff are so great. Ive had a really good time.

The missing 1 is for not having a very good cleaning for the room price itself, we expected for something clean overall as its kind of expensive and the buffet seems so basic for a 5 star hotel. The beach shuttle shows on their hard copy that it's every 40 minutes when they actually leave at every 30 minutes. The location is peaceful and its nearby the beaches. 5 star experience. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff that can’t do enough for you! Rooms are perfect, spacious and clean and lovely to look at. Other reviews mention the rooms being high up but we just used the Tuk tuk service which was very reliable so it didn’t bother us at all! Food is unbelievable and reasonable priced! Overall , a great experience for 2 adults and 2 children. Big thank you to Mang for my son’s Thai boxing lesson - he absolutely loved it!!! 5 min walk to the gorgeous nai harn beach and a Tuktuk service is avail to get you there and back each hour. A really perfect spot!!

I loved our stay at Sunsuri. We stayed in a villa suite with an infinity pool. It was prettier in person than in the pictures. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I thought the staff was really good. I also enjoyed lunch by the pool and thought that was good. Everything I cared about was up to my expectations. Housecleaning staff - wonderful! The bed was a little hard and I asked for a mattress topper. The shower pressure was good. Every time we left our room except to bring our luggage, we walked up the stairs to our room. This is not easy unless you are in decent shape. People with mobility issues might not want to rely on a buggy ride to and from their room. I was impressed with the Sunsuri and would recommend staying there.

An exceptional two weeks. Clare at breakfast was so welcoming and hospitable. Great food on offer. All the team were so nice and friendly. Bam, Mooky, Nooey in the pool bar were so nice and made our holiday feel special.

This is my and the husband second time here. It is so beautiful. It is calm and peaceful. The rooms are so luxurious and spacious. Having a private infinity pool is such a treat as well. From check in, to room service, room traveling var service and dining, it is a 5/5 experience. Both times we came for our wedding anniversary. Thank you Mai and Fair for the dining room experience.

We have enjoyed our time at the Sunsuri Hotel the staff at Reception were very helpful also all the other members staff at the hotel were polite and very helpful the hotel is nice and clean Breakfast was good, special thanks to all the staff especially Pond the Executive chief had a chat with him most days always smiling, also the staff in the restaurant and the cooks also Ginger who made my coffee every day which I enjoyed and Wear, and also Fair the trainee and the staff around the pool bar and our cleaners of 1204 Namwhan and Noey who done a fantastic job cleaning our room to a very high standard thank you all and good luck for the future. Lovely hotel very close to Bai Harn beach Concrete blocks luxurious rooms softened by trees and palm trees. Warm pools to swim in. Rooms are large and very comfortable with air conditioning, fridge, safe, rain water showers and hair dryer. Be warned there are lots and lots of steps down to breakfast as the hotel is on a hill but great views from the balcony. Breakfast was really good and the chef was very helpful with gluten free bread and cakes every morning. Lots of options to eat Free shuttle bus is offered to your room and regularly down to the beach as well although it is possible to easily walk there in a few minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Massages are available on the beach and are professional and clean. The beach is also clean and has trees on the shoreline offering shade. Lifeguards also patrol the beach and the sunset is stunning. Not a lot of night-time entertainment but great for a peaceful stay.

We are currently staying in this “ resort” . Purchased the most expensive package and staying in villa 9510. What can I say ? Travelled around the world and this is the worse experience!!! Accommodations - the villa is in good condition but accessible only by a resort shuttle. It’s a shame that after paying over 100,000 BTH for a week they will give you only two small bottles of water for “ free” ( nothing free is here. , we already prepaid for it) Every small necessity you asked to pay for !! This package included breakfast and dinner . Let me tell you - breakfast is included for everyone who is staying in this “ resort”,so restaurant is crowded and service stuff watching you like a hawks . Today I was trying to take a few tangerines with me and being stopped and shamed for that ! I can’t believe it!! Breakfast menu is generic and the same every morning, so by the day #3 you are already fed up with this “ sample” mediocre food. Dinner . Restaurant is empty every night as people didn’t want to pay for “ insanely” expensive meal. Dinner menu is also the sameevery night,) they are even laminated “ it as I think they never change .it. Menu is consistent on a few appetizers, few main dishes and 4 deserts . Can you imagine “ rotate” them day after day. Today is day #5 and I can’t wait for this “ vacation from hell “ to be over . The place is secluded from all main areas, so to get anywhere you must to pay transportation. Beach is very crowded by mostly loud Russians who are didn’t care about anyone around them. Beach looks like a big gypsy camp, ⛺️ no lounge chairs , no umbrellas . This very mediocre place hard to call the a “ resort”. We paid the highest price and expected the high quality service . For those who are looking for luxury vacation please Stay Away from this place.

Currently here for 2 weeks and the stand outs are: lovely and professional staff, notably on the front desk and housekeeping; the pools; high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel; the delicious and varied breakfasts; the comfortable room facilities; well equipped gym. Only noticeable small criticism is that the rooms need updating. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My wife and I stayed at the ocean view private pool villa for just a long weekend getaway. The room was amazing. The small touches is what set this hotel apart from the others like the attention to detail, and the genuine kindness of the staff. Particularly the staff was amazing friendly, kind and wonderful. Truly a great place.

Am Silvestertag hat das Personal ab 14 Uhr nicht mehr an der Bar gearbeitet. Keine Möglichkeit Essen oder Getränke zu bekommen. Personal insgesamt nicht besonders freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Poolanlage mit Plastikrasen. Viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste. Alle Liegen bereits vor dem Frühstück reserviert. Keine Mitarbeiter die sich darum kümmern. Animationen am Pool viel zu laut und sehr unangenehm. Keine Möglichkeit zu entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter sollten sich lieber um das Wohlergehen der Gäste kümmern. Zum bespiel dafür sorgen, dass Gäste eine Liege erhalten.

C'è poco da dire su questo resort: è semplicemente fantastico. Pur non essendo solitamente persone da 'dolce far niente' a bordo piscina o in spiaggia, al Sunsuri ci siamo goduti ogni singolo momento. Abbiamo adorato la camera, ma una menzione d'onore va al ristorante, davvero eccellente sia a pranzo che a cena (e con prezzi onesti). Lo staff è gentilissimo e la qualità dei servizi impeccabile. Comodissima la navetta che ogni ora porta alla vicina spiaggia di Nai Harn, che merita assolutamente una visita. Molto apprezzati anche gli eventi organizzati durante la settimana, che riescono a creare un bel senso di comunità tra gli ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sentiamo già la mancanza di questo posto; per il mio ragazzo era la seconda volta qui e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

la location del resort non è ottimale se si vogliono fare i tour in barca verso le vicine isole. All'interno dell'hotel è presente comunque un banchetto dove prenotare visite e tour ma a un prezzo maggiore rispetto a quelli disponibili online che però non avevano un pickup dalla zona del resort.

The hotel is quiet, private, enjoyable. 5 minutes walk to nin Han beach. All staffs are warm hearted and willing to help. Car service 24/7. Breakfast delicious, dishes various. Special thanks to Phu Clukre and Fari Khing.

Amazing experience, amazing staff, 3 pools, very clean so many facilities including gym and had room, happy hour twice a day, amazing cocktails, beer buckets, prices very accurate, you can’t even feel that there’s families around. Pool area amazing and really spacious

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, egal ob beim Frühstück hier sind vorallem die Trainees Awa und Fair zuerwähnen, in Restaurant, der Zimmerservice oder auch der Hol- und Bringdienst Gelegen wie im Paradies, am Hang und nicht weit weg vom Strand ( 500 m ) zu Fuß oder per Shuttle ..

Gab es nichts einzig die Klimaanlage ist zu laut im Zimmer und hält der Hitze nicht stand Nachts um Schlafen zu können war es zu warm wenn man die Klima ausmachte

Находится рядом с хорошим пляжем , правда до него надо идти вдоль дороги минут 5. Ну в целом нормально. Там все так ходят, не очень комфортно от проезжающего транспорта , тротуары не предусмотрены )) удобно заказывать еду в номер по куар коду. Завтраки обычные. Все есть. В обед мы заказывали в номер за отдельную плату. Все было очень вкусно. Такси можно вызвать на ресепшн. Не особо подходит наверно для семей с маленькими детьми. Территория не большая и отель на холме. В отель поднимаешься где-то на лифте , где-то по лестнице. Есть багги на ресепшн.

Нам дали номер, в котором была дверь в соседний номер. Типа конект-рум. Она конечно была закрыта , но слышимость соседей была , как-будто мы одна семья )))))) Менять нам было лень , собственно за что и поплатились.

The pool is the biggest reason for coming back 3 times in a row. So big and well maintained. Very safe for children and quite convenient for parents. The staff is very friendly and make an effort to make you feel at home. The recreation team was exceptional. Mr. Keay and his team took great effort with giving Muay Thai lessons and games around the play room. The gym is good and offers what I need from a hotel gym. Not extremely big, but sufficient. Would be even better if it was accessible 24/7. The bikes are amazing and available for free. So getting into town is easy. The Spa is very premium, so everything you would expect from a premium hotel, Nai Harn beach is probably the best beach I have seen in Thailand. So quite and convenient, yet all facilities are there. The restaurants are affordable and people quite friendly. Free shuttle service from and to the hotel, so not much more to desire.

Actually not a lot to mention here. We were so impressed with this hotel that we came back 3 times in a row.

What a great place. Staff can't do enough for you. The animation team with Keay the supervisor where so good. Keay helped both my friend and myself. Making sure we were happy. Pluem helped my friend who had hurt herself with the steps to the toilet and waited to help her down again. The spa massages were amazing. Only thing I could say is if for two weeks stay rotate the set menu and the clothes shop change that to a little store to buy water and soft drinks. The staff in the restaurant so polite. From the manager to the cleaners. We both agreed we have never been treated so kind and courteous as this hotel.

Hotel wymaga remontu. Personel bardzo słabo mówi po angielsku.

Aqua aerobics very good. Mang Nunu and Alan. We really enjoyed it. Thank you very much, so refreshing and entertaining.

Our third visit to Sunsuri. We love the hotel and the staff are so friendly. The hotel is ideal for local beaches in Nai Harn, Ya Nui and Rawai is also close by. It is a short walk to local bars and restaurants. The entertainment team are also great, special mentions to Mang and Fat who enjoyed volleyball as much as us and made our time very enjoyable.
