Very nice hotel. Even though this is a 5-star hotel, there are a few things I would like to mention. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. In some hotels, you can see little marks or signs that the rooms have not been properly maintained, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The toilet was a big plus, by the way! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I have to say, this was definitely the highlight of our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere, and spending time by the pool was definitely not a punishment. It was actually one of my favourite parts of the stay.

I do have a couple of remarks. The menu, both food and drinks, was overall quite expensive compared to what you would expect from other 5 star hotels. I tried the Thai street food 1 for 1 option. The food itself was delicious, but the way it was presented was quite different from what I expected based on the menu. In the end, we often chose to eat outside the hotel because we could get similar food for a much better price elsewhere. The pool is nice and relaxing, but it could definitely use a little more maintenance and cleaning around the sides. Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cleanliness and friendly service are very important to us, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. Overall, I would definitely give it a 9/10!

Breakfast was very good, offering a large range of foods to cater for all cultures. The breakfast area has both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff are very friendly and always wanting to help their guests.

There is nothing that I could complain about.

Высокий уровень клиентоориентированности у всего персонала отеля, потрясающе вкусный ресторан в отеле, чистые, красивые номера. Чудесная территория с бассейнами, много зелени. Рядом с отелем есть небольшой уютный пляж))) Сначала нас заселили в номер, окна которого выходили на лес и там очень громко звучали цикады, мы сообщили персоналу и нас мгновенно переселили в другой номер, окна которого выходят на бассейн. И проблема решилась))) Ставлю максимальную оценку 10 баллов!

Very child friendly and Brit abroad hotel. Didn’t have the quality/ luxury feel I thought it would from the photos and the price. Did not like the location. The gym facility was poor for such a big hotel and the pools were not very nice.

The only complaint I have - My husband and I had a pool access room and we found the steps into the pool were very high. We are both in our late 60’s but both quite tall but still found these difficult to manage. We thought even handrails would have made it easier . This was a huge disappointment as everything else was beautiful.

The hotel is peaceful and close to Promthep Cape, Nai Harn Beach, Yanui Beach, and Laem Krathing, making it a great place to explore without getting bored. The hotel also offers activities like yoga and Muay Thai, which are fantastic, thanks to Heng Anif. There's also a kids' club, and the children loved Aung; she's kind, friendly, and provides lots of activities. I will definitely bring my family back here again.

Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The property gardens are well kept and the pools nice and clean. Swim up bar was great and they make very good cocktails. Staff were awesome, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good, well stocked and good variety.

The property does show some signs of wear which is surprising for a newer property. Location is a bit far from bars/nightlife/restaurants. There is a lovely beach which there is a shuttle service for.

The smell of mold in the room I think from the ventilation system. The draft has given us a lamp with aromatherapy but it didn’t help much

The floating breakfast was nicely arranged and tasted great. The room size was great for 2 people and we loved the pool access. The staff are very friendly at this hotel and the apple crumble on the menu is amazing.

The rooms are not sprayed to prevent mosquitos, so we got bitten every single night. Our floating breakfast tray remained in our room for 1 whole day without it being removed. We requested for the room to be cleaned and decorated as a birthday surprise while we were out and we arrived back to a dirty room. The WiFi cut out and the room service was not reachable for part of one of the days. Instead we had to order by walking up to reception due to this.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Taxi ist es relativ lang, da die Straßen voll sind. Roller macht es am meisten Sinn. Wenn man genauer hingeguckt hat, waren die Ecken schon etwas alt/schmutzig. Der Pool ist nicht gefliest, sondern verputzt, was kein angenehmes Gefühl an den Füßen ist. Wenn man in Haus 13 ist, geht man durch das Restaurant zum Pool oder man muss außen rum. Das ist etwas unangenehm.

Very pleasant stay at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket. The staff are friendly, the pools are great for swimming, and the hotel is very family friendly. There are hotel activities and a DJ in the evenings, and the atmosphere is calm and no loud party venues nearby. A supermarket is around the corner. AVO restaurant nearby is excellent with very kind staff. The hotel also has several restaurants, a bar with happy hour, and a spa offering great massages. Grab works well here and can also deliver food to the hotel. Breakfast is diverse and mostly freshly prepared. Coffee could be better, but that is also personal taste. The location is great if you want to swim, relax, and visit Nai Harn Beach.

However, if you need to be frequently on the other side of Phuket, travel times can be long due to traffic. It’s best to limit crossing the island. The airport is roughly 90 minutes away at minimum depending on traffic. Overall a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
