Best Western Plus Metro Clark

Good location

The breakfast selection was quite disappointing. We stayed for four nights, but the food choices were almost the same every day, with very little variety. The hotel also needs better maintenance. We experienced several issues during our stay, including water dripping from the air-conditioning unit and problems with the room door. These details should be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

Not much choices on food wise but ok

Your air con fan makes lots of noise ,i had to change room ,would have not been able to sleep

服務很好 很安靜

The staff were all helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived.

Some of the rooms had no view

Convenient location

Staffs are friendly.

A solid hotel, in the right location, close by family, friends and places to eat.

The hotel meets expectations.

The location was perfectly located everything was within walking distance and the Breakfast was Amazing! I've been to multiple hotel breakfasts but you all do it Different and on a whole level over there in the Philippines it's to be Experienced to understand

My stay was way too short I didn't have enough time to experience everything. But what I did experience made me want to book my next vacation and come back Same Hotel Same Environment

Beautiful, quiet rooms with a wonderful view Exceptional, attentive service Prime location close to great dining and local sights. We can't wait to come back!

Breakfast just fine. Location accessible to many shops and red street.

Nothing that I don't like.

Location was great and not far from great eateries.

We really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Everything felt organized, and you could tell they genuinely cared about giving guests a great experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well kept, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The only downside during our stay was the breakfast buffet. The food itself was good, but the service in the restaurant could be improved. We noticed that some guests seemed to receive more attention than others. For example, some were served dishes directly at their tables that weren't available at the buffet, while the rest of us had to line up for what was offered. It made the service feel a bit inconsistent. There were also times when some buffet items ran out and weren't replenished right away unless guests asked. Lastly, the dining area became quite crowded, especially from around 8:00 AM onwards, making it feel cramped and less enjoyable. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay, but improving the breakfast service and managing the dining area during peak hours would make the experience even better.

The breakfast had a good variety of Philipno dishes. However the international (continantal) dishes were very basci (only omlette bar). Adding cheese variety and some sliced meats would be better.

I stayed in all kinds of Hotels all over the world. Howeve this hotel was the only one to ask me to pay in cash up-fornt a security deposit for the room. They asked for 2000 pesos (PER NIGHT). They said it would be refunded, but I have not seen this practice in any of the normal hotels any place in the world, let alone a well knonw chain like best Western. When I simply clarified why, they redcued the total amount to 2000 pesos, The other thing happened upon check out when I came to the reception and handed my card key, they would not refund the amount until one of their staff went up and phyisically checked the room, I did infact received my deposit back 10 minutes after, but I did NOT like at all the treatment of paying a secirity deposit up-front, then getting room inspected upon departure.

a cockroach fell down from the ventilator while I sat down on the toilet, I panic, that was the second time I saw the roach in the bath room. I never have seen roaches in the rooms while traveling, I travel very often in various countries, but this trip is one of the worst memorable one for me...... And the shower booth's smell was really bad, it was not properly cleaned that stinks from the sewer was coming up constantly, it was a torture in the booth.

We like the hotel

We were not satisfied with the attendant of the pool, he was rude.

Spacious hotel and room. Beautiful bathroom. Good choice of places to eat and the food was very good. Service was very attentive. Very clean.

The location is on the main highway which is very noisy but we weren’t affected as our room was on the 12th floor.

Great staff, clean location secluded from the busy area.

We enjoyed our stay, but couldnt help but to see cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. Facilities came and took care of it right away, but it seems that we keep seeing them and we believe they were coming up from the drain in that bathroom. Other than this concern, the room was great. Wifi worked great and rooms were very spacious and nice

Clean and smells good. Also, the whole building is secured.

Area is not as good as inside the Clark area, but manageable.

Wonderful pleasant staff!

Pool area and breakfast

Noisy nightclub nearby

Prima plek om na lange vlucht een nachtje te verblijven.

Veel geluid van het verkeer in de kamer en klein zwembad zonder parasols bij de bedjes.

I like everything about this hotel , the staff are excellent, very helpful and always treat you with a smile . The breakfast buffet is excellent we have different food everyday. The staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think I’m just a bit disappointed with the massage facilities because the aircon it’s not on when we came there for massage and no one was there to attend us for any help required other than that I have no issue of staying here .

Nothing

Toilet didn't flush, aircon didn't work properly. I called front desk to change room but nothing happened. I had to go to another room at night to use the toilet. When I left the hotel the toilet was full of excrement because it wouldn't flush and the room had a bad smell. It was a terrible experience.

The place was clean, staff were courteous and helpful, good location

性價比高 櫃檯人員友善

房間不斷出現蟑螂,且有異味 在booking上傳送訊息給飯店沒有回覆 房間冷氣運轉非常大聲,即便調高溫度還是非常冷 早餐多樣性非常少

Staff was very nice. Hotel itself wasn't as modern feeling as I expected. Room quality was just okay, not bad but not as nice as I expected. Overall it was okay.

I did not like that the gym closed at 10pm each night. It should be open 24/7 as people have different schedules.

It all depends on the staff especially in the restaurant

Everything was very Good.

The Traffic trying to come the hotel location.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful and plentiful which made for a nice start to the stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the one decent reason why I would come back. Beds were comfortable too.

Breakfast wasn't anything special for a hotel of this standard and definitely an area where the hotel could improve, options were limited or empty or lacked freshness. The bar also was disappointing, I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink and the only other people in the bar were my 2 friends who also had a wait for their drinks, then at the end after waiting 20 minutes for my bill I ended up leaving money on the table because the bill hadn't arrived.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

I only stayed one night as we had a flight layover, but the accommodation was clean and tidy, perfect for a quick stop over.

The bed was a bit too firm.

we were there just for one night to take a plane at crk airport

the room were really noisy, facing directly the highway couldn't sleep without earplug.

Great hotel. Polite staff, clean and well presented rooms. Quiet rooms. Pool is very nice with a serviced bar 🍸 also a Cafe ground floor
