Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Savršena lokacija, odlična komunikacija s vlasnicima, uredno, čisto, udobno. Posebno zgodno što smo mogli ostaviti prtljagu u pretincu. Uzeli smo apartman na vrhu sa prekrasnom terasom. Savršeno!!

Nel bagno e nell’ appartamento non ci sono appendi abiti e appendini per gli asciugamani

Schimmeliges Badezimmer. Küche kaum funktionsfähig: kein Tiefkühler, kein Geschirrspüler, keine Lagerfächer. Außerdem gibt es nur einen Mini-Kleiderschrank; 0 Stauraum; unmöglich den Koffer auszupacken. Nur 1 Handtuch und 1 Badetuch pro Person für die ganze Woche. Kein Wechsel. Es gibt kein lokales Personal. Alles per WhatsApp.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Esta bien ubicado en plana zona turística donde habian restaurantes, bares y cafés y por suerte no se escuchaba tanto ruido por la noche. Estuvo limpio y tenia sombrillas que nos permitio no quemarnos en la playa además, quien nos atendió fue muy amable.
No era tan bonito pero si funcional y nuestro balcon daba a la calle de atrás no al boulebard. Las toallas estaban muy gastadas y no había ascensor, nos costó un poco subir el equipaje al tercer piso y en la descripción decía cochera pero no había, tuvimos que parquear y pagar por el estacionamiento.

Overall, the location is excellent, but for us, the stairs, 3 floors lack of an elevator, problems with the safe, no Blankets only a sheet and poor communication we asked for help to use the safe no answer made the stay much less comfortable than we expected.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Najmocniejszą stroną tych apartamentów była lokalizacji - przy samej ulicy z grzybkami. Wszędzie blisko sklepy, restauracje, bary, plaża. Dodatkowo super, bo mieliśmy każdy swój apartament, a podróżowaliśmy rodzinami. Na samej górze znajduje się apartament z tarasem, gdzie można wypić kawę lub wieczornego drinka. Ręczniki, pościel - wszystko na plus. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem :) Plus również za dużą lodówkę!
Kiepskie wyposażenie kuchni. Kupiliśmy kieliszki do wina i dzbanek na sangrię, które zostawiliśmy w apartamencie. Czystość mogłaby być dużo lepsza. Taras po przyjeździe był brudny, zainterweniowaliśmy i ktoś podobno umył, ale nadal były kupy ptaków (i nie, nie robiły one tak często, jak siedzieliśmy to widzieliśmy ile ich przylatuje ;) ) Jeśli ktoś stawia na wypoczynek, to nie to miejsce, z racji lokalizacji jest głośno wieczorami, ale nam akurat to nie przeszkadzało.

Areas for improvement: - washing machine is must especially if you stay for a longer periods. It was missing. I would even replace a microwave with it if it's a question of electricity limitations. - slightly extend number of available furniture. It's always good to have as example small plates for olives and for espresso cups, a few Champagne glasses. - we had to buy a bucket and mop to clean up apartment time to time. It wasn't available by default.

Even though the property was generally clean there was still dust along the edges. The air con wasn’t responding to the remotes, we had to switch the batteries out from the TV remotes to make them work. This should have been checked before hand. Even though there are storage lockers downstairs, we found out that one key opens all the cupboards, so not fully secure.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Nice apparent in the centre of Alicante. The staff were helpful when they provided extra bedding and towels as my daughter was sick.
The listing said the appartment had an oven which is one of the reasons we chose it but when we arrived the oven had gone. I also thought there was a washing machine and dryer but these had been removed aswell. The listing needs to be updated so people know this is no longer available.

Geen warm water, lekkage in de badkamer. Gemeld bij Rosa, de verhuurder. Ze gaf aan dat ze begreep dat we compensatie zouden vragen. Haar diverse mails gestuurd,, ook via booking, maar ze heeft nooit meegewerkt aan die compensatie. Heel teleurstellend.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Il proprietario non ha risposto subito nel momento in cui avevamo bisogno ( ci ha dato il numero della stanza errrato rispetto al codice per aprirla). I divani letto non erano stati aperti nonostante sapesse il numero di ospiti e mancavano anche degli asciugamani. Rispetto al prezzo pagato la qualità percepita è stata molto più bassa. Inoltre il propritario parlava solo spagnolo. In questi tempi con un numero abilitato a Whatsapp avrebbe risolto facilmente i problemi comunicativi. Grazie al pensiero logico abbiamo risolto parte dei problemi da soli.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026El apartamento esta en pleno centro de Alicante, a 5 minutos de la Explanada y cerca de Luceros. Ideal para un fin de semana en Alicante. Equipado con cocina, aire acondicionado, frigorífico. Para aparcar a 5 minutos esta el parking Canalejas.

The water leaking through our bathroom ceiling. Don't think it was a one-off, either, as evidence on ceiling tiles confirmed this.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026It was a good location within walking distance of the waterfront and Old town. The apartment was clean and had the essentials.
The communication was not easy. Difficulty getting locker key for storage for early arrival. No staff to properly assist on site. The entrance/communal area was not well kept and dusty. There were very steep stairs to apt and no lift .. not good if you have heavy luggage or unable to do stairs. The air conditioning did not work very well and the pillows were hard.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Понравилось всё! Расположение, чисто, заселение можно подождать на диванчиках. В ванной есть мыло, шампунь и гель для душа. На кухне большая кастрюля , сковородки, посуда , моющее средство ,губка , одноразовые полотенца всё есть.
Стены нуждаются в покраске.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Lo único bueno fue la ubicación pero desde luego que no compensó.
Surgió un problema con el calentador y no pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente en nuestra estancia. Pero lo peor es que el alojamiento no llegó a un acuerdo con booking y nos ha hecho booking la devolución de 12 tristes euros. Sinceramente para una estancia de 101 por noche me parece poquísimo y me parece peor que el propio alojamiento no haya conseguido llegar a un acuerdo y devolverme parte del dinero.

Son 3 pisos por escalera, para personas mayores es algo duro.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Très bon emplacement. Proche de la mer et de toutes commodités. Bonne literie et très bien équipé. Sèche cheveux, serviettes, produits de bain, bouteille d'eau...Climatisation. Pas embêté avec des clés pour aller à la plage puisque c'est un code d'accès. . Nous avions un peu peur du bruit et ce n'est pas le cas.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement en plein centre ville qui est très pratique. L’appartement était propre et très bien équipé, il est parfait pour 2 personnes. Rosa est très sympa et réactive sur WhatsApp.
Canapé pas très confortable, le matelas est trop fin, et le ressort est trop bruyant. Peut-être prévoir un petit aspirateur c est plus pratique qu'1 balai quand on reste 1 semaine...

Reviewed May 28, 2026La ubicación es espectacular, en pleno centro pero sin nada de ruido en las habitaciones. La limpieza espectacular, estaba todo impecable, Rosa, la anfitriona nos llamó en cuanto tuvo preparada la habitación y era un amor, y siempre dispuesta para todo. Mientras tanto pudimos dejar las maletas en las consignas de abajo sin cargo extra ninguno. Todo perfecto, sin duda repetiremos.
