There was only one mirror in the apartment, and that was in the bathroom. A mirror is really required in each bedroom, and preferably full length as well. We were lucky as there were only 2 of us sharing a 2 bedroom apartment. We coped fine with one sofa and 2 dining chairs. However, if there had been 4 of us this could have been difficult. Our apartment was very noisy early in the morning (6am) for deliveries to the supermarket below. It would also be really useful to have practical information left in the apartment eg. waste information, taxi etc. Having said all of the above we did enjoy the apartment. Thank you.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was a good size with a washing machine which I wasn’t expecting!

The location of this property is fantastic! An easy 20min walk from the train/bus station, and walking distance to all the sights. The property was also very clean.

The wifi was a bit spotty in our apartment - it worked well in the kitchen, but not so well in the bedroom and lounge area.

The apartment was in a really great location, was very easy to find and get the keys with the information sent by the host. The flat was clean and well laid out and had everything you could need for a short break. The host was very helpful, answered all my questions and even provided information on things to do and places to eat. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for a city break.

The only thing I would say is needed in the flat is a mirror - only mirror is in the bathroom - a full length one somewhere would make a lot of difference.

Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, gut gekühlt, die Schlüsselübergabe hat mehr oder weniger problemfrei geklappt. Die Lage ist zentral und ja okay, man hört Lärm, aber mit Oropax ging's tiptop zum Schlafen, selbst als eher lärmempfindliche Person. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher mager, war aber für uns fürs Frühstück ausreichend. Für den Preis wars ein wahnsinnig guter Deal!

Una pared,justo la q estaba detrás del sofá cama donde dormía mi hijo, condensaba humedad y agua y caían gotas literales de agua. El techo del dormitorio también tenía manchas de humedad. El piso está bien pero de menaje está muy justo,la mampara del baño es hasta la mitad del plato de ducha y se sale todo el agua no contando el piso con una fregona. Bajo el sofá cama del salón también estaba lleno de pelusas.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the self check-in with the key was very convenient. The location is excellent—being so central meant we could easily come back during the day to rest before heading out again. The TV had apps like YouTube and Netflix, which was a nice bonus. There is also a supermarket right below the building and a taxi stand nearby, making everything very convenient.

There were, however, a few issues that should be addressed. The biggest problem was the shower drain, which was clogged. Every time we took a shower, the water overflowed and spread into the bathroom. This was by far the most significant issue during our stay. The toilet flush button also got stuck several times and had to be pressed repeatedly before the water stopped running. In addition, the plates and cutlery in the kitchen did not appear to be properly cleaned, so we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Lastly, the sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, the apartment has a great location and several convenient features. If the shower drain, toilet flush, and kitchen cleanliness are improved, it would provide a much better experience for future guests

The apt was super central and made walking everywhere very easy, even from the main train station with luggage. The apt is directly above a very well stocked grocery store for supplies.

The coffee machine accepted a very specific pod that you could only buy at a specific store and we ran out. Contacted the host and they kindly dropped some off for us. Would have preferred a moka pot.

Location was great, close to supermarket and market. Very clean, helpful staff. Compact unit.

Some local information would be good for people new to Bologna. Felt more corporate than for a tourist.

Gli appartamenti sono molto carini e spaziosi, probabilmente ristrutturati da poco. Il servizio di check-in automatico è molto comodo. Tuttavia lo staff è stato molto disponibile via whatsapp per ogni esigenza. Posizione centralissima e comoda per visitare Bologna.

Lokalizacja blisko statego miasta. Pod domem urocza cafeteria i sklep coop. Do dworca kolejowego 20 minut. Duży plus za to,że właściciel obiektu pozwolił nam zostać 2h dłużej niż kończyła się doba. To było bardzo uprzejme.

Jedyny mały minusik to brak kosmetyków w łazience. Na powitanie dostaliśmy po jednej małej szamponetce, a byliśmy późnym wieczorem. Brak płynu do naczyń w kuchni- kupiliśmy go sami- nie używaliśmy zmywarki z powodu małej ilości naczyń do mycia.

Ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο, στο κέντρο της πόλης, με άνετους χώρους. Υπήρχε άψογη επικοινωνία με την υπεύθυνη του καταλύματος και ήταν κατατοπιστική σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Επιπλέον, ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα στην κεντρική αγορά που έχει ωραία εναλλακτικά μαγαζιά για το βράδυ. Σίγουρα αν βρεθούμε ξανά στην πόλη θα το προτιμήσουμε!

Είναι πολύ κεντρικό, μοντέρνο και καθαρό. Όταν κάναμε check out μπορέσαμε να αφήσουμε σε ασφαλή χώρο τις βαλίτσες μας σε διπλανό κτήριο μέχρι να αναχωρήσουμε για το αεροδρόμιο. Είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο. Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα.

Το κρεβάτι - καναπές είναι οκ για παιδιά αλλά όχι πολύ άνετο για ενήλικες. Θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα σουρωτήρι για τα μακαρόνια, λίγο αλάτι πιπέρι και λίγο λάδι.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut spacerem od Piazza Maggiore. Apartament był czysty, cichy i dobrze wyposażony, a okna wychodziły na wewnętrzne podwórko, dzięki czemu było spokojnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Dużym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry, na wiadomości otrzymywaliśmy szybkie odpowiedzi. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

We liked the location of the property. This was excellent. The property was a very good size and bright. Ease of access. We could prepare food easily and make ourselves something to drink. We liked the Caffitaly coffee machine especially as we found a good range of capsules. Good support when needed

The property could do with a bit of TLC. The bathroom and utility room could do with more ventilation. Because of the climate being hot and humid, particular care should be taken to prevent mould from occurring. We found this in the washing machine tray. Also, in the bathroom, there was a problem of slow drainage.

Really helpful host, easy to find, great location, nice apartment!

The bed was hard. We had really uncomfortable and broken sleep because of it. Maybe a comfy mattress topper would help.

Location was excellent. Close to historical centre. All the amenities were there with a dishwasher and washing machine which was great. There is a supermarket underneath which was very convenient. Contactless check-in was convenient too.

Overall the property was good however there was mould in the shower which needs to be remediated. There were minimum supplies which I knew prior but a cloth in the kitchen and some dishwashing detergent for the smaller items would have been good.

Excellent location close to centre.

Bed was a bit too hard and it would be really easy to provide more shampoo and shower gel. It’s very cheap and avoids people bringing them.

В обеих квартирах были проблемы со сливом в раковине в санузлах. В душевых кабинах очень не хватает такой мелочи, как полочки для шампуня. Необходимо наличие предметов для легкой уборки - протереть кухонный стол, протереть пол возле душевой кабины и тому подобное.

Il serait bien de laisser un cahier d’instructions pour le lave-linge. Lorsque nous avons eu des difficultés à faire fonctionner le lave-linge, l’hôte a tenté de nous aider par What’s app. Nous avons finalement trouvé la solution par nous-même après une heure d’essais et erreurs. Il aurait été bien aussi d’avoir du savon liquide pour laver la vaisselle et davantage de papiers de toilette. Nous avons dû acheter ces produits pour la première fois en six semaines de voyage, car tous nos autres hébergements nous les fournissaient.

The location was perfect, in the historic center of the city.

Refrigerator compressor hummed almost constantly, makingit difficultto sleep.. A bad odor greeted me at the door the first day. I quickly bought some air refreshers to place around the apartment. The apartment was very cold when I arrived. It took heating overnight for the temperature to be comfortable. The management was not very responsive to my concerns.

Location was excellent. It is in a quiet building and is a modern apartment. Communications were excellent.

Little things like no cloth to wipe down the sink, no additional bin liners and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. When tourists are staying for 4 nights you shouldn’t have to go out to purchase these things.

Would stay here again! Location is superb, right in the middle of all the action (<5 min walk to the piazza Maggiore) but still quiet location (facing the inner courtyard and not the street). a very comfortable 15ish min walk to the main train station with flat pavement (good for luggage) and under all the Porticoes (protection from sun/rain). Directly next to a bus stop too. Taxi is like 7-10 euros from the main station. One separate bedroom with a bed, three towels each (body, hands, face), rolladen (the outside blackout blinds for pure darkness), air conditioning, laundry machine. Very clean, modern feeling. Slept well in the bed, personally didnt try the sofa bed but family didnt complain. Good communication with the host, very responsive and friendly.

Had everything we needed. Could use more stuff for the kitchen (as a tip for those who know they want to cook a lot), but we were enjoying the food Bologna has to offer anyway so it didn't bother us. We didnt get the room with the marble floors like in the picture, but its fine.

Z całego serca polecam pobyt w obiekcie Ugo Basi Aparents. Pomocni, kontaktowi właściciele / osoby obsługujące pobyt. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Obiekt czysty, zadbany, nowoczesny. Apartament bardzo przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja! Blisko do głównego placu, pod obiektem market, pyszna knajpka. Bardzo, bardzo, bardzo polecam! Jedyny minus to nieco niewygodny materac na rozkładanym łóżku w salonie.

Location is fantastic. A little tricky for taxis depending upon which direction they are coming from. The coop downstairs and fresh food market next door are great and make life easy

The fit out was minimalist. Only one rubbish bag, no salt and pepper or oil or any cooking accoutrements. No corkscrew etc. we were given a used sponge as our only kitchen cloth. No washing up liquid which meant using the dishwasher for very few items which is not eco friendly etc etc.

Location was great. Mostly comfortable.

Πολύ καλό σημείο και εύκολη συνεννόηση για τα διαδικαστικά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ ωραία ανακαινισμένο και διακοσμημένο.

Είχαμε από ένα μαξιλάρι ανά άτομο, ιδανικά θα θέλαμε από δύο. Κάποια απλά πράγματα στο μπάνιο ήταν άβολα, πχ δεν είχε κρεμάστρα για τις πετσέτες κοντά στο ντουζ και ραφάκι για τα σαμπουάν μέσα στο ντουζ.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral in der Nähe tolle Eisdiele Pizzeria und noch besser: direkt unten ist ein Coop für die kleinen Notwendigkeiten, die man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt

Very helpful and responsive staff. Everything worked (never mind the occasional noise of air conditioner. Great location, clean bed and clean towels. Easy instructions and easy self check- in. Great lighting in lounge and bedroom, helpful for reading and doing tasks after a long day, something that many places lack. My apartment faced an internal space with neighbours all around. So it was quiet. Natural light through windows in lounge and bedroom. Just enough to cheer you up yet keep the place cool and shady. There was a heat wave when i visited. So little darkness was appreciated. Hence it was great to have so many lighting options in lounge-kitchen. Very good size for me, one person. Felt very safe. Solo traveller.

Die Lage ist perfekt - ein paar Schritte und man ist mitten in Bologna (Piazza Maggiore oder Via Indepedenzia). Da wir mit der Bahn angekommen sind, kein Problem zu Fuß das Appartment zu erreichen (ca. 15-20 Min). Für den Check-In haben wir alle Instruktionen im Voraus erhalten und konnten ohne Probleme das Appartment beziehen. Das Appartment ist renoviert, sehr ruhig und hat alles, was für einen Städteurlaub gebraucht wird. Das Bad sehr sauber, bzw. das ganze Appartment ist sehr sauber. Da die Sonne die Wohnung nicht aufheizt, perfekt im Sommer, sind aber für Frühling und Herbst wärmere Decken im Schrank. Frieren muss hier keiner. Für den ersten Tag war Wasser im Kühlschrank und Cafe-Kps. für die Maschine vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Coop, in dem kann man alles kaufen. Er hat täglich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. und um die Ecke befindet sich der Mercado delle Erbe, ein Markt mit frischem Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch und Käse. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, da konnte man gut schlafen. Bologna ist toll, für 2 Tage zu schade, wir waren 5 Tage und haben jede Menge gesehen. Gut gegessen, tolle Lokale und Bars gesehen und erlebt und vor allem sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen. Vielen Dank für die besonders schönen Eindrücke!!!

Leider wird morgens gegen 7 Uhr der Coop beliefert, da hört man die Rollen der Wagen laufen. Im Bad wären vielleicht ein paar zusätzliche Haken ganz gut.

We took the lift to our 3rd floor apartment which has a secure door. There was a large modern kitchen/dining area with TV (no English speaking channels). A washing machine, iron and small ironing board were in the hall cupboard. The bathroom was a generous size with shower, bidet, toilet and basin, There was a large bedroom with 2 'deep' built-in wardrobes - big enough to put your suitcase inside. Modern light fittings and plenty of hanging space and coat hangers. There were plenty of restaurants and wine shops nearby and a supermarket next door. We went to La Bottega di via Monteegrappa and the charcuterie plate was excellent. A gelati bar with a huge range of flavours was close by. It is quite a walk from the train station but the buses were frequent or you could get a taxi.

There was no toaster but you could use the microwave. There was a bread knife but no cutting board. No cleaning equipment for dishes other than the dishwasher. There were translucent curtains in the bedroom but no blockout curtains so we woke early.
