The tub was amazing in the loft! Big enough for two people comfortably, and lights were a pleasant surprise. Two TVs available (one in the main living area, another conveniently for us at the main bed). The washer (dryer combo) was a game changer. Thankful for an elevator (unique shape!) and luggage storage available for some extra exploring before departing to our next city. Nice location with short walks to everywhere we wanted to go!

AC unit pointed down at the main living area but did not hit the main bedroom, had to rely on a fan that was very noisy and had only fast settings. Shower seemed to have a drainage problem, and there were a few flies in the room.

La situation vraiment très bien, l’accès l’appartement ainsi que l’équipement est vraiment très bien.

Ça sentait la fumée venant de la terrasse de la boulangerie située juste au-dessous du balcon. Une fois la fenêtre ouverte. Le parking soi-disant inclus avec l’appartement et à proximité, ( indiqué lors de la réservation sur Booking) n’est vraisemblablement ce pas le cas. Le parking le plus proche ( hors ZTL) est à 15 minutes à pied ( parking de la gare), moins cher que celui qui est à 6 minutes à pied mais dans la zone ZTL.

Pros: The shower is the BEST! 1000% perfect. Great flow, strength and temperature. Bathroom was modern and clean. There is an elevator in the building which is helpful if needed. The bed is very comfortable and there were extra pillows (yes!). The host responds very fast and will work to solve any problem.

Cons: There are many repairs needed in this apt. (The company that owns this apt owns other in the same building.They are not located in Italy.) 2 of the cupboard doors were broken and falling off their hinges when we arrived. The balcony had no light bulb, which made it useless at night time. The lights over the vanity in the bathroom also do not work -- when you turn them on they become strobe lights (obviously broken). We ran out of trash bags (only 1 provided) and dishwashing soap. The washing machine broke and would not spin and then locked our clothes in for 2 hours. Finally got the door opened and had to hand wring the clothes. The host said I was suppose to call if there were problems. My response was why the cleaning lady did not inform the home office that there were several things broken in the apt when she cleaned and set up the apt, and when she came mid-week to clean. Why doesn't the cleaning lady check the lights in the apt and fixed ones that are broken? The problems were obvious. Is it really my responsibility to get items fixed in the apt I'm renting? The cleaning lady never did give us dish soap, even during her mid-week cleaning. It is to be also noted that the balcony over looks a patio for the coffee shop below. You can literally see and hear every one on the patio 8 feet below and they can see you. It is a busy patio and is never quite except after 8 PM when it closes, but then there is no light bulb so the balcony is useless again. The balcony has no privacy and also over looks the back of the building, not a street. The pictures are misleading to that fact. You can do better than this place in Bologna -- keep looking and pass this up.

The location and facilities, however, were outstanding.

The air conditioning was a bit weak.

Well located in the heart of Bologna. Clear instructions for check in and apartment was clean and air-conditioned. For those who purchase a ZTL pass, plenty of “blue” parking in the area.

We enquired about how ZTL worked and whether we could charge our electric rental car and we were only given an automated response. Not great. The bathroom also had a sewer smell coming out of it.

Die Lage war hervorragend, nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und am nahegelegenen Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig), sowie an sämtlichen Restaurants und Bars. Es gab einen aufzug sowie ein sehr komfortables Bad und einen sehr angenehmen Balkon mit (ich hatte es überlesen) Whirlpool. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Wie in ganz Italien muss man leider darauf achten, dass einen googlemaps nicht in die Innenstadt-Zone lotzt mit dem Auto. Der Parkplatz liegt jedoch am Rande der Zone und ist zu Fuß in 4 bis 5 Minuten gut erreichbar.

The central location was great. The AC came in handy on the hot days. We loved the bakery next door.

Stanze e bagno poco puliti.

sehr zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Bäcker gleich unten im Haus.Gute Restaurants gleich nebenan.Gute Raumaufteilung. Parkgarage in 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Die Einrichtund und Ausstattung ist prinzipiell in Ordnung, allerdings teilweise schon desolat. (Kasterltüren nicht schließbar, hängen, nicht schneidende Messer.......... Aufgrund dessen der Preis zu hoch.

Posizione ottima, appartamento bellissimo e molto confortevole.

L’appartamento è isolato molto bene rispetto all esterno ma per tutta la notte sì è sentito il rumore di uno scarico interno al palazzo. Da notare che il deposito bagagli ha un codice di ingresso ma è incustodito.

My wife and I are traveling from the States (US). Danny, Philipo, and the entire staff were wonderful. We enjoyed an enchanting evening at the winery and were treated to a lovely breakfast. We highly recommend this unique and historic villa.

Floors were not clean. My husband had to removes dentist from bed when going to bathroom. No milk available to have with coffee.

We thought the accommodation would be of a higher standard judging from the photos. They made the apartment look more sophisticated. But we ended up with a studio flat with little privacy. So would advise greater scrutiny of the confirmation. I think I might not have paid attention to what was allocated to us. The kitchen sink had a foul smell.

Bardzo precyzyjne instrukcje wejścia, świetna lokalizacja - samo historyczne centrum, na dole przy wejściu 3 restauracje, blisko sklepik z podstawowymi produktami długo czynny ( do 22.00), dobre wyposażenie. Także blisko ( ok 10 min piechotą) do stacji kolejowej Bologna Centrale ( stamtąd jechaliśmy do Florencji). Ważne, że w wielkie upały w apartamencie była komfortowa temperatura. 3 piętro, sprawna winda, żadnych problemów. Okolica bezpieczna ! Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Néhány dolgot meg lehetne javítani a szobában (zuhany és konyha szekrény ajtók). A kihúzható kanapén nem teljesértékű ágy és nem is kényelmes még a gyerekeknek sem.

Muy bien situado y es de agradecer que tuvieran un locker para dejar las maletas antes y después del check-in sin cargo alguno. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos y es amplio aunque es un apartamento para 4 adultos. Buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado y camas cómodas

Fin lejlighed, ville dog foretrække en lidt højere i bygningen, vi var på første sal. God seng, god sovesofa og fint stort badeværelse. Køkken med det mest nødvendige - og velfungerende aircon. Ligger i gågade med bageri og tre restauranter, meget hyggeligt.

Ikke så god udsigt fra 1. sals lejligheden.

Fantastic apartment with a great location.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. The bathroom was luxurious and the bath on the terrace was perfect to cool down in hot weather. Bakery downstairs is an added bonus.

Central location, everything you could need in the room

Great location. Bed was good but sofa bed not that comfortable. Clean and tidy, everything worked as it should do.

Luggage storage area was unlocked/open upon our return to collect our bags. I know it's at the travellers risk hence while I'm mentioning it to other travellers.

When the washing machine didn't work, the manager offered to have the staff pick up our laundry and wash it themselves. This was all organized very efficiently on WhatsApp. I couldn't have been more delighted with the personal service.

Excellent location, loved the spa in the room and the balcony is perfect for if you wanted to drink a bottle with friends after a day of walking around. Excellent place

Great location, in walking distance from everything, right above a pastry shop. Spacious, clean and professional apartment. Internet was reliable.

The keys were not in the safe box. Thankfully the cleaning crew had the key.

Near restaurants and bakers downstairs. Very relaxing place to stay. Hot tub on balcony. Comfortable bed. Washing machine was very useful with drying done outside on rack. Nice not to be disturbed by housekeeping.

Only 2 normal towels. Strange little square sheets instead of hand towels. Couldn’t find any washing powder or dishwasher tablets. Although in theory not far from station it took a while with luggage.

The property was clean and very well equipped. It was in an excellent location and the option to leave your luggage at check in and check out was very helpful.

The room has poor sound proofing therefore you could hear every noise coming from the other apartments however this isn’t the hosts fault and wouldn’t stop me from booking this apartment again.

The apartment was extremely easy to access, thanks to some very clear directions from the hosts. The apartment’s location was also very central and convenient. The elevator was a big plus because of my heavy luggage.

My apartment faced the street, which could get very noisy and resonant at times, especially around 2-4 AM. I was woken up by noisy, rowdy people almost every night. Also, this apartment should have a proper ironing board, rather than the puny one it has. It made ironing a real chore, unfortunately.

Our stay at this apartment was a wonderful surprise during our vacation in Italy. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old city center, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had specifically booked a place with a balcony for our last night in Italy, but discovering the hot tub on the balcony was an amazing bonus and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. This place truly feels like a hidden gem. Another huge advantage was the elevator, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and more convenient. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

La posizione in centro e l'arredo.

La vasca ha lo sfogo (a pressione) dove si posiziona il sedere. Quindi bisogna stare attenti a non premerlo. Inoltre mancava lo shampoo per la vasca (per la doccia c'era ma era integrato al suo interno).

The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old town and very close to a large 24-hour public parking garage located just outside the ZTL area, which was very convenient when arriving by car. There was also a bakery and a restaurant directly beneath the room, making it easy to grab breakfast or dinner nearby. Even with the restaurants downstairs, the area was quiet during the night since they closed at a reasonable time. The room had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, and having an elevator in the building was also very convenient.

There is honestly not much negative to mention. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Skøn beliggenhed med gåafstand til de vigtigste attraktioner. Vi havde vores spædbarn og klapvogn med, så det var et stort plus, at der var elevator. Vi benyttede os af den gratis opbevaring af kufferter og det var super nemt.

Rengøringen kunne godt have været en smule bedre. Der var flere små sorte hår rundt omkring på bl.a. gulvet.

Si sente un po' di rumore la sera, dai ristoranti sotto, ma non dura tutta la notte.

Posizione centrale. Appartamento comodo, come da aspettative. Apprezzata l'opzione di lasciare i bagagli nel seminterrato.

Procedura di check-in fai da te lunga in cui bisogna mandare foto dei passaporti e degli ospiti (cosa che inizialmente non volevo fare per ragioni di privacy ma non ci sono alternative), perché in tutto il soggiorno non si vedrà nessuno delle persone che gestiscono la struttura. Il contatto via WhatsApp è esclusivamente con un chatbot AI, impersonale e il più delle volte pure una perdita di tempo. Non scrivete messaggi da booking che tanto non risponde nessuno e dovete riscrivere tutto da capo al loro chatbot su WhatsApp. Informazioni su booking non sempre chiare (ad esempio non era chiaro per nulla che aggiungere la culletta comportava costi aggiuntivi e quando l'ho fatto presente non mi è stata data nessuna risposta in merito, solo un link per pagare e la richiesta di mandare uno screenshot a pagamento completato). L'appartamento è ben insonorizzato verso l'esterno ma non verso l'interno, si sentivano altre persone camminare e parlare da altri appartamenti, fortunatamente durante il nostro soggiorno gli altri ospiti erano persone rispettose e silenziose ma comunque si sentivano i rumori molto chiaramente.

Posizione splendida ed affaccio interno silenzioso. Letti comodi e confort complessivo notevole.

Super Lage und die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber und riesig. Über drei Stockwerke verteilt jnd verwinkelt, das Bad im Dachgiebel das Highlight mit Whirlpoolwanne :) Direkt neben dem Eingang super Bäckerei zum Frühstücken für 5€ = 2x cornetto + 2x cappucino

Communication was virtually nonexistent. They insisted on a third party online check in service that didn’t work. An Italian speaking friend called ahead the day before and confirmed our stay and we gave them the time we would arrive. We arrived exactly on time but the door was locked and nobody answered when we rang the bell. Eventually a waitress from the restaurant across the street was able to help us and a cleaning lady let us in. It took another half hour to get access to our room. The room itself, apart from the spectacular bathroom, was a soulless mish -mash . When I went to get cups from a cupboard a shelf fell on my head. No injury.
