Terrible lumpy pillows, didn’t like that hotel set the temp and you couldn’t change the air con to make the room cooler. Could only make room hotter, when it was already a hot room. Couldn’t sleep well.

Reception staff were really helpful with parking for my car plus motorbike trailer. Secure parking a real bonus.

C’est un bel hôtel, avec des chambres spacieuses, propres et agréables. La piscine est également un vrai plus ! Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant, souriant et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Caen. Une très bonne expérience, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Rooms were unbearably hot. One fan was supplied but room temperature exceeded 30c. Also, someone unknown gained access to our room in the morning while we were still in the room.

Prima tussenstop plus dag extra voor bezienswaardigheden WW2, voordat we naar onze eindbestemming reden. Fijn een eigen parkeerplaats van het hotel achter slagbomen. Ook lekker een zwembadje aanwezig om na dagje museum met de kids in te plonzen.

Beetje vergane glorie wat betreft interieur. Tapijt in trappenhuis heeft bijna zijn beste tijd gehad en je ziet dat de afwerking overall beter kan. Diner in restaurant viel mij echt tegen en had beter gekund. Ik ben redelijk snel tevreden, maar de risotto kan je met de beste wil geen risotto noemen en heb de patatjes van de kids teruggestuurd omdat er nog rauwe slappe patat tussenzat

Good location for the ferry early in gthe morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool was great for the kids after a day travelling in the car. Restaurant had a simple menu with good food.

It’s close to everything

The receptionist is NoT helpful and friendly. The bathroom stinks when we enter so we need to close it always. The first two nights we sleep there we have bite from either mosquitos or bed bugs

Petit déjeuner était le seul et unique point positif de cet hôtel.

Absolument pas un 4 étoiles : trop cher et très bas de gamme et manque de service La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très chaude et sans climatiseur, juste avec un ventilateur portable. De plus il y avais une chaussette pendue au plafond!! La deuxième chambre avait une clime mais les toilettes sentaient terriblement mauvaise et la chasse d'eau coulait. Le petit frigo du minibar ne fonctionnait pas et n'a pas été réparé/échangé malgré notre signalement. Les aliments de mon enfant ont périmés. La boîte du mouchoir ainsi que la bouteille du gel douche dans la salle de bain étaient vides et n'ont pas été rechargé avant que je mette une note pour l femme de ménage. La piscine de l'extérieur était trop petite pour tant de monde. Le matelas du lit des parents trop mou et nous a fait mal au dos.

La qualité des chambres et de l’hôtel est parfaite et la gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel aussi la picine est un plus que j’ai apprécié et le buffet du petit déjeuner un moment de détente agréable une mention spéciale pour les œufs brouillé qui sont d’un moelleux incroyable ce qui denote un réel savoir-faire. pour finir j’ai apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel et je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner

J’ai pu parquer ma voiture dehors mais j’ai été un peu déçu de ne pouvoir le faire sur le parking qui était saturé samedi soir....mais je peux comprendre cette situation et le reste de la prestation a été tellement positive que vous méritez 10 étoiles 🌟

Good location but a bit dated.

Staff could have been better. Unpleasant interaction with one member of staff upon our arrival who got very fussy about his bar area not being open which was not obvious to us. Not a pleasant person. Other than that staff were pleasant.

The place is very approachable and the city center is a few minutes away. It sits at a location where you have an hour drive to beautiful locations like etratat and Mt. St. Michel. The breakfast had a lot of nice options and other facilities including the swimming pool were top notch. The staff is courteous and friendly and facilities on the premises are commendable, including car charging stations. Definitely recommended.

The entry to the hotel can be confusing. Its not very intuitive to drive on tram tracks while entering the hotel. If you follow maps well, this should be okay. The room size could be bigger considering it had to house a family with 2 kids.

There were very loud hammer noises at 8 in the morning, sounded like repairs in the room above ours. They lasted for at least 30 minutes.

Staff were very polite and helpful, the facilities were good. Breakfast was amazing, spoilt for choice. Pool was clean and tidy.

The hotel was clean , comfortable, staff great and accessibility to the town was a short tram ride. The tram stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and 5 ish stops to Caen centre .. would recommend the tram as a 20-30 min walk and hilly on the way home ! The hotel had great safe parking for a big 4x4 and free .. The pool is a big plus ! Cleaned every day we were there . Filtered Water , jugs and cups in the lobby plus a table football which was fun .. breakfast great, so much choice.. bacon , eggs , pastries , bread , condiments , several coffee machines and lots of juice choice . Great shower !!! Towels provided .. also Rituals body wash and shampoo ! Drinks selection good and priced well for a hotel Would recommend to stop to explore Caen

Venligt personale, stedet er meget børnevenlig og poolen er god for dem at slappe af i..

Vi oplevede at der var strømudfald 2 gange på værelset og at vores ac blev genstartet, men ikke noget der var generende, men nok noget man skal kigge på fremover

God beliggenhed, fine rene værelser, meget lækker morgenmad.

Aftensmaden kan man godt optimere på, måske gøre lidt mere ud af bl.a. salaten, så tilbehøret ikke kun er iceberg salat.

Eine grüne Oase inmitten einer versiegelten Stadt … der kleine Innenhof bietet ein Stück Natur mit Pool und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit: So bekamen wir ein warmes Abendessen, obwohl die Küche um 21.45 Uhr eigentlich schon zu hat. Die Zimmer sind funktional, sehr sauber und in heißen Tagen mit einer gut kühlenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Somit müssen die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden und der Lärm von der Autobahn bleibt draußen. Das Frühstück lässt keinen Wunsch mehr offen .

Wasn’t clean , and the staff when we arrived weren’t very helpful. They tried to charge us again after we’d already paid up front . And , the disappointing thing was that we’d paid for an upgrade , we challenged them about this and given a room virtually the same .

Situation géographique

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer voorzien van alle comfort, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ideaal hotel voor wie op doorreis is. Ruime, met slagboom, beveiligde gratis parking. Het hotel ligt buiten het centrum maar op wandelafstand (200m) is er een tramhalte en met tram 1 of 2 ben je in max 10 minuutjes in de stad. Het kasteel van Caen is zeker een bezoekje waard!

Goed hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Ontbijtkeuzes zijn beperkt.

We liked the close distance to the port. Our ferry arrived at 10pm and by 10:30 we were at the hotel. It was only 15 min drive. Super convenient.

We stayed for one night and didn’t really have time to find anything we didn’t like.
