Geräumige, sehr saubere Zimmer mit Blick über ganz Surabaya. Wir haben den Clubzugang dazugebucht, was sich sehr gelohnt hat! Das Einkaufszentrum direkt beim Hotel bietet alles. Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel aber speziell noch im Club.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr grosszügig gestaltet, verträgt an einigen Stellen aber wieder einmal einen fresh-up.

Location was very convenient, you can walk straight into Tunjungan Plaza from the hotel. We made use of the tennis and basketball court outside, it was a lot of fun. The breakfast was the best! A lot of different choices and a lot of staff who will friendly serve you tea, coffee or fresh juice. They even asked if we had a special request for the breakfast for the upcoming morning :) Loved it!

The hotel was connected to TP. Thanks to chef Fitri that make our stay so special with good food and special menu for both of us, thanks to miss Nadia and team that serve us every morning that make us like part of a family, thanks to Ibu Seruni with team concierge that help us with our luggage, you guys are the best.

Staff were very attentive to your needs. Room was comfortable and clean. A good breakfast, valet parking at front door.excellent location abutting the shopping centre.

Only mishap was the coffee being charged at the buffet lunch, should have been advised prior. Also the prepayment system is confusing. If I prepay, it’s deducted from my card, so why have it pending.

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff were warm and gracious. Conceirge and door man were always warm, friendly and helpful. The service at Kafe Bormo was exceptional. My family and was very impressed by the warm hospitality of the service staff. Every morning, we were warmly greeted by Fitroh and ushered to comfrtable section to fit my big group. The excellent team was led by Ani. They remembered our preference, and always recommeding new item to be savoured. They made our breakfast on the last day extra memorable by making it special when they learnt that it was my children's birthday. Chef Fitri was active and seen recommending food selection and checking on meal satisfaction. Special recognition goes to Atik and Chef Junaidi for the high level of service which was consistent from day 1. Atik was proactive and displayed genuine smile care towards the guests. Chef Junaidi was willing to assist us even after his duty time when he noticed us at the pool area. All the service staff were very dedicated.

This was my first visit to Surabaya and I wanted to stay in a convenient location in the city center. I chose the Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers for that reason and was further enticed by the very reasonable price for a luxury hotel. The Sheraton is co-located with a large shopping mall which was an added benefit. I had a very pleasant 3 night stay, and enjoyed the hotel's large clean rooms, excellent gym, beautiful large pool, spacious lounge with live music every night, and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel and facilities were everything you expect from a Sheraton hotel. That also includes the customer service which was outstanding. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, I experienced and appreciated the friendly and professional support and service from all the staff members. Just one example of the customer focused service is at the breakfast. I received a warm welcome every morning as I am shown to my table by Risna and Wanda. They often ask what kind of coffee I would like even before I get to my table which is a nice touch. Aldo, the friendly barista at the coffee bar, surprisingly remembered the coffee that I liked, long black, from the day before! Cindy recommended that I try one of the Indonesian salads, pecel, that is a specialty and made fresh to order at one of the stations at the buffet. She was also thoughtful enough to go to the salad station to make one for me. It was really delicious and I'm glad Cindy recommended it or I would've missed the opportunity to try. The team at the Sheraton Surabaya surely makes you feel like a valued customer and special guest! I highly recommend the Sheraton Surabaya and will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Surabaya!

Located at the center of Surabaya City, it is best locations for business meeting and traveling. Room amenities are looking classy with perfect ambiance for leasure after hours of meeting. Atmospheric-wise, it is nice with great cleanliness and low noise level. Don't worry about the services, as theirs are top-notch and friendly.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my business trip. The location is very convenient, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).

receptionist was so helpful when we arrived before designated check in time (we arrived at 13:00), miss Janice was so warm to my kids when we checked out. My son lost his favorite toy in Bromo Resto and Mr. Dhika was so helpful in the effort to find it, even offered to send it to Jakarta. the decoration in the loby is mesmerizing, my daughter cant stop admiring and taking pictures in front of it. The music and ambience in Kawi Lounge were amazing, food and drink were delicious, it tasted just right.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a beautiful city view. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mrs. Tika from the Front Office. She was extremely warm, attentive, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. My favorite hotel in Surabaya. The staff are super friendly from entrance, reception (Ivan & Viki) to Breakast Bromo and Houskeeping. The staff make the effort to call you by name.

Overall, we had a very good stay at Sheraton. This was the first time I brought my family to stay here, and they were very happy with the experience. However, we were slightly disappointed because we were not informed at the time of reservation that the Club Lounge was under renovation, even though we booked a Club Lounge room. It would have been better to receive this information in advance to manage expectations. That said, the service from all the staff was truly beyond expectations — very warm, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to Hendika at the Lounge for his kindness and clear explanations. Aldi at breakfast was very attentive and personally assisted me and my family, which we truly appreciated. Darmawan at the pool area was also very helpful and responsive. the hospitality made our stay enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for taking good care of us.

We would also like to commend Duty Manager Delmar on 30 Dec 2025 for being extremely helpful and accommodating with our requests. His professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to assist made a big difference and were greatly appreciated. As constructive feedback, it would be great if the rooms could have more conveniently placed power sockets, as one side of the bed did not have access to a socket. Additionally, improving the blackout quality of the windows would enhance comfort, especially for guests who value a darker sleeping environment. Overall, a very pleasant stay with outstanding service. We look forward to returning and would gladly recommend Sheraton Surabaya for both leisure and business travelers.

I am at the NEW YEAR'S GALA DINNER. I am not staying here but at a Sheraton nearby. It was suggested I might check out this Gala Dinner at the Sheraton Towers Surabaya. 1.I am the only westerner here, but, that aside 1.the price is 2m IRh + alcohol (1mIRh+++) is overpriced because: (a)all the "hot" food was cold:- All meats, - lamb, duck, chicken, etc were medium rare (and cold! ) (b) only one choice of ice cream was vanilla (c) I had to ask for proper White wine glasses (d) staff "forgot" a table number until I insisted on one (57) (e)staff "forgot" the tables candles (when the lights dimmed all other tables had battery candles (I had asked them to put so many other basics in the table I couldn't be bothered to yet again remind them about tbe battery candles.) (f) franchised into local management - who apoear to have no concept of international Sheraton standards and quality (very sad!) (g) what saved the evening was the live on stage performance. I didn't understand a word -but I always know, note, and respect when professionals make the effort! They were superb! Leaving at 11.30 (1min) to return to my hotel - where I know the reception is A1 - 100% first class going into 2026. Happy New Year!

over the 7 days i stayed in the hotel 5 times i attempted to use the toilets in the lobby and each time the toilet did not flush. each time i reported to the receptionist but each time the fault was not fixed. very poor results considering we were staying at the club level.

Excellent service, the bed is very nice, with high quality linen. I slept very well, after long day work, n having bath salt, requested froom housekeeping. Breakfast also delicious with various healthy meals as well. I had hot soy lattee start my day. Thanks seraton, seruni and resti 💙
