Fabulous location and facilities. The breakfast was the best we have had by far whilst travelling through Java. Catered very well for both Europeans and Asian tastes.

The service from the staff was excellent. The staff at front office, Mr Rizki handled our requests for early check in and late check out efficiently. He even made the arrangement with the restaurant for a mini birthday celebration for my husband. We would like to thanks all the restaurant employees whom had taken care of us the guests very well with their services to us the guests at breakfast meal. Our special thanks and appreciation especially to Lena and Amy. We also extend our thanks to the concierges, housekeeping and security for their good job handling the guests.

The Hospitallity is very good. A very welcome and assistance by the messhal crew. The food menu also very nice. I can even get the a cup of take a way tea.

Excellent location right next to Tunjungan Plaza. Love the cozy ambiance and clean rooms. There was a little noise, but it was very minor. Service was excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to Hera at the Front Desk, and Magdalena, Regi, and Endang at the restaurant for their warm and attentive hospitality.

Wat een mooi hotel naast een zeer groot winkelcentrum. Het begint al bij een vriendelijk ontvangst door de conciërge. De kamer is ruim, fijne bedden en een ruime schone badkamer. Elke dag schone handdoeken en flesjes water. Het zwembad is ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel is top! Vrolijk, gezellig en altijd in voor een praatje. Ze wisten gewoon onze voornamen waardoor wij elke keer persoonlijk begroet werden. Heru (chef-kok) maakte dagelijks iets echt Indonesisch wat we wij even moesten proeven. Lena, Valda, David en de anderen zorgden dat wij niks te kort kwamen. Je merkt ook duidelijk dat ze hygiëne belangrijk vinden. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Persoonlijk vinden wij dit een 5 sterren hotel!

A special appreciation goes to Ms. Lena, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. She was very friendly, attentive, responsive, and genuinely made me feel well taken care of. Her warm and professional attitude really reflects the high standard of hospitality at the hotel. Overall, we are very satisfied with my experience. Strategic location and very hospitality to all staff members

The service provided by the entire staff and management was exceptional. A special shout-out to Daud, Heru, and Shafiq for their remarkable hospitality. We truly felt their care and dedication during my girlfriend's birthday dinner. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had a great time, and will definitely return!

Unfortunately, my girlfriend experienced a mild case of food poisoning during our stay. However, the overall hospitality from the team was still top-notch.

I love all the staff here. They are always friendly, welcoming, and make me feel comfortable during my stay. I especially want to thank Kak Ros. When I had breakfast with my son, she made him feel very comfortable and happy. She is warm, friendly, and very talkative in a positive way, which made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank Kak Friska at the Front Office. She is always kind, helpful, and professional. She assisted us with a smile and made everything easy and convenient. I also appreciate all the security staff. They are polite, attentive, and always greet guests warmly. Their presence makes us feel safe and well taken care of. The staffs are helpfull and friendly. The food is great especially nasi goreng ayam 👍 One suggestion for improvement concerns the bathroom, which looks worn out. But overall we are having a great time staying in Four Points.

In an excellent location, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya is just next to a big mall. You can find almost everything you want in the mall. Hotel is pretty new and neat. Spacious room and complete amenities in the roo. Room is nice and clean, and is quiet for a nice layover. Friendly and courteous staff to help with checking in and out a breeze. Great place to stay.

Ik vond het geen leuke plek. Je kunt niet echt naar buiten behalve in de winkelcentra en kunt te voet ook niet goed verplaatsen daar.

Location is superb, breakfast buffet was great. This hotel offered everything with good value for a 4 star hotel. Me and my parents have been regularly staying here almost annually for our annual homecoming trip. Best part was of course that the hotel is directly connected to the huge mall next door so getting around and getting access to supplies was efficient as ever.

The location is superb, connected to Tunjungan Plaza mall, walking distance to Tunjungan. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was amazing. One of the waiters during breakfast, Daud, was very helpful, friendly and courteous. The concierge staffs were superb, handling our many luggages with patience and care. All the staffs made us feel very welcome.

Great place to stay, big room and good breakfast

I was assisted by a staff member named Friska. She was very informative about the hotel's promotions, and I ended up choosing the breakfast package and she also pays attention to guests to stay comfortable in their rooms while staying at this hotel.

My stay at Four Points Surabaya was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The hospitality here really stands out. Not only did they provide a selection of delicious pastries directly in the room, but I also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea setup at the lounge, complete with more tea and pastries. It’s these thoughtful extra touches that make a stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Very conveniently attached to one of the biggest mall in surabaya. Atmosphere reflects the luxurious and welcoming. Rooms are great for good sleep and clean. Service is always great, i stay here a lot of times and notice some staff change, but can see that they always try to maintain quality and give the best service. Very quick on action for requests and if any is late the staff will check and notice it. Thanks to mas Naufal(the one that noticed my coffee order was late) and mba Lena for the awesome service during breakfast. Overall great value! Thats why i suggest my company to have the corp / special rate here.

In general this is the best 4 star hotel i have ever experience, even better than some of 5 star hotel. Room : Very comfort with enough space for 2 person with baby. Amenities : Bath amenities and an iron + ironing board, excrllent! Staff : The most friendly and helpfull hotel staff i have ever experience, especially at the restourant. Perfect! Cleanliness : Good, everything is clean. Location : at the heart of the city. Next to a big mall, great location. Atmosphere : Comfortable lobby, iqos friendly bar, clean child pool with slides. Value : Typical 4 star hotel, but very worth it for the overall experience. Breakfast : The food is surprisingly good for a 4 star hotel, i have tasted every breakfast menu and none of them fail. Noise level : City sound can be heard from inside the room, but low enough to sleep. General noise in the establishment is very quite.

A very excellent service and a cozy place to stay.

We (me,my mom,my daughter,my sister and my little nephew) checked in at Four Points Tunjungan on June 20 and stayed for two nights. During check-in, we were assisted by Ms. Friska. The check-in process was quick, and Ms. Friska was friendly and very helpful. Thanks to her, we were able to upgrade our rooms and get connecting rooms. Our rooms wew located on the 20th floor. They were spacious, clean, and had good view.The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was very comfortable.But the wifi was bad 😵‍💫 Breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of delicious menu options and excellent services.During breakfast, we were warmly assisted by Mr. Alfat(funny and nice), Ms. Valda(helpful and nice), Mr. Edy (whose coffee was excellent), and Chef Aldo. Chef Aldo prepared wonderful dishes, and we even ordered room service twice because we enjoyed the food so much. The Chicken Grill Caesar Salad and Truffle Beef Yakiniku were both delicious. The hotel’s location is very strategic, near to Tunjungan Plaza. The hotel also provides a dedicated parking area on the 6th floor of the mall.But the parking area needs more space. We have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this was our first time bringing our own car. Four Points Tunjungan will always be our first choice whenever we visit Surabaya.We surely will come back.Thanks Four Points Hotel Tunjungan ❤️

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their hospitality really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Surabaya.

Breakfast was great with a lot of variety for different types of palettes. The staff during breakfast were super helpful and friendly, particularly Ros (I forgot the others' names, I'm sorry). Location-wise it is also a good place for whoever wants to go shopping at Tunjungan Plaza. The nightlife is also very active on the other side. Room-wise, it was satisfying in a sense where it is clean with good airconditioner, soft pillows and blankets with consistent hot water.

I would only have two complaints: the uncleanliness below the sink area, where we noticed dust and mold. We thought they would clean it the next time they cleaned the room, but the dirtiness was still there. And also, the trash bin in the hotel room was too small, especially with the dividers. Normally, we would put plastic bins in it so we could tie up for the hotel cleaners, but it could barely fit a few bottles in with the dividers.

Superb and Excellent. I always choose this property in Surabaya, despite other Marriott brands in the city. From check-in till check-out, all process was seamless. The best was at breakfast, from warm smile at the welcome desk until Daud who took care of our table, he was truly warm in asking what else we need. And during check-out, Mega, whom I knew since the very early days of Four Points TP Surabaya, she still remembers my name despite its been a while after we met. Kudos to Mega at the front desk who always shows the real hospitality and warmth. The best service ever. I highly recommend businesz travelers or family to choose this best Four Points in Indonesia!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Four Points Tunjungan Plaza. A special thanks to Amel, at the Front Desk. She warmly greeted me by name when breakfast, and helpful for inform some location for destination in Surabaya.

The staff went above and beyond to remember my Birthday. They gave me a surprise birthday wish at Breakfast. Overall the staff were attentive and ready to assist you if needed. The hotel is attached to a big mall "Tunjungan Plaza"; Food and shopping paradise. If you are lucky enough to be in Surabaya on Sunday Car Free day, you can walk out of the hotel and join the vibe of the local people on their walk, exercise or explore on foot the area close to the hotel. The kopitam coffee shop " Ahpek" is around the corner of the hotel across from the Hotel Majapahit. It's a must when visiting Surabaya. The buffet breakfast spread could have more Western choices, but it was tasty and satisfying. Golden blue Bird staff is available at the concierge if you need to rent a car hourly with a driver to see Surabaya in a nutshell. It's very affordable rather than a taxi ride to several places. Keep in mind that the city is rather big. But the primary cultural hot spots are not far from the hotel.

Overall, everything was excellent. During check-in, we were assisted by Friska, and since both my parents and I are Bonvoy members, we were kindly provided with complimentary afternoon tea sets for our three rooms. 🙏 The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with very attentive service. Unfortunately, I forgot the staff member’s name, but there was one server who even remembered me, which I truly appreciated. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful hospitality! My apologies if I have forgotten or missed mentioning anyone’s name. 🙏 This version sounds natural and suitable for a hotel review or feedback form.
