Rude staff, poor service, dirty room

Hotel ótimo, ficamos em quartos bem espaçosos, limpos, bem estruturados. A localização próxima a estação central é perfeita.

Gerne wieder.

Alles super!

Closer to the train station. Easy check in / out. Clean and friendly.

The room was dark, but it was really not a problem. We arrive at night and leave the next morning. .

Bravi !!

Great location

A/c wasn't strong enough

Struttura consigliatissima. ---

Tesis konum olarak çok iyi

Tesisin odaları çok basık kapalı havasızdı o yüzden bunaltıcıydı

The location is good, close to the Milano Centrale. Accessible for buses and trains.

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing, particularly when it came to cleanliness, basic room amenities, and customer service. One of the beds in our room did not have a mattress protector. We reported this to reception, and when nothing was done, we asked again the following day. Instead of providing a proper mattress protector, we were given a flat sheet and it was simply left in the room for us to put on the bed ourselves. It was frustrating, especially since we had already asked twice. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell and there was not enough shower gel provided. In the end, we had to buy our own supplies. The staff were inconsistent when it came to customer service. Some were friendly and helpful, but others were not very welcoming. For example, when we had just arrived and asked one of the staff members for recommendations on where to find a particular place, as we were unfamiliar with the area, he seemed irritated and distracted by what he was doing rather than willing to help. This left us with the impression that customer service was not a priority. There may have been a language barrier contributing to some of the misunderstandings, but regardless, we expected better communication and more attentive service. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The issues we encountered were not necessarily difficult to resolve, but they made our stay less comfortable than it should have been.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, Literally stones throw from Centrale.

Close to Metro

This is not a 4 stars whatsoever. The rooms are basic, damaged furniture, bathrooms dirty and badly maintained, carpets dirty, no duvet, thin blanket only, plastic cups on the sink, very thin toilet paper and towels. JUST NOT COMFORTABLE for a 4 stars hotel.

Close to centrale station, friendly staff, nice room

Very Good!

Location is right next to the metro station and across the road to the central station. There are restaurants nearby and even a McDonald's! Breakfast was nice, beds were super comfy, air con worked well and shower was powerful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and bedding and re-stocked the mini bar. Really pleased 😃

We had a room for 3. My husband, myself and our teenage son. We weren't in the hotel that much so it was OK but the room was a big on the small side for 3 grown ups. Tv wouldn't allow English subtitles- it kept defaulting to Italian! Not the end of the world though! We didn't really have time to watch the TV! Also the room was a bit dark. The window didn't let in much light and if was impossible to do my make up next to the mirror as it had a downlight above it. Honestly though these are very minor issues. The hotel is great and we would stay there again.

Very helpful staff great location adjacent Milano centrale

We had breakfast early and some of the hot food was not very warm

Location and cost

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Room was small and quite dark. The air conditioning did not work correctly, it was 30 degrees outside.

The hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of the central train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out.

It would be good if coffee machines were placed in the rooms.

Posizione e spazio

Arredo freddino,parcheggio troppo esoso

It's really just opposite of the station Milano Centrale. Metro station is just a few steps away. Spotless rooms. Friendly staff, decent prices. Special requests were done reliably. Room cleaning was exceptionally good. It was a great stay and I will go back there. Tip: the reception can change your room temperature. Or turn the AC off and open the window (my window was towards a quite court).

Tamanho do apto e localização

Great room. Upgraded to duplex suite. Facilities brilliant.breakfast very good

Nothing

I liked how it was a good and comfortable location, and that the room were good and cozy and the bed were good.

To be honest, there's really not much stuff that l don't like because, every thing was good.🙂.

good location to Milano Centrale simply good place to stay functional air condition

mediocre breakfast

The front desk staff was friendly.

Please add a luggage ramp at the entrance, the stairs are really inconvenient with luggage. The AC in the room was way too cold, which is a shame for the excessive energy use it causes. It's possible to call the front desk to adjust the temperature but it would be good to set the temperature a bit higher by default and allow for individual adjustment in the rooms. The individual plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel should be replaced with refillable soap dispensers with ecofriendly soap to reduce waste.

Location, close to centrale and metro station with local markets, McDonald or Chinese restaurants nearby. Very convenient.

A bit over my budget.

Location, staff, clean.

Very uncomfortable beds, dented, hard pillows.

Excellent location and very clean

Our room had a narrow window and does not allow direct light to reach the bed. The lights in the room werr limited so the room was kind of dark. But this seems to be the theme of the hotel.

Formal Complaint – Serious Safety and Service Issues I am extremely disappointed with our stay and feel that the experience was both unacceptable and frightening. During our stay, there were two power outages, and there were no emergency lights available. The internet was also extremely poor, and we were left without hot water, meaning we had to take a cold shower. When I went to reception to complain and ask for assistance, I was repeatedly told to come back later, rather than being given any meaningful help or solution. Despite the significant disruption and inconvenience, the hotel offered no compensation and no real assistance. The most concerning issue, however, was the security of our room. The key cards were not working, so we were given physical keys instead. However, these keys did not allow us to lock the door from the inside. This meant that we had to sleep with our door effectively unlocked, which was extremely frightening and made us feel unsafe throughout the night. A lack of electricity, no emergency lighting, faulty room access, and the inability to secure our room are serious safety concerns. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s lack of urgency and failure to provide an appropriate solution. This was far beyond a minor inconvenience. We paid for a safe and functional place to stay, and that is not what we received. I believe the hotel should take responsibility for what happened and provide appropriate compensation for the extremely poor and unsafe experience.

Clean, good value, decent beds, good triple room

Room was quite small

Amplasare foarte buna langa gara. Foarte curat. Personal tanar dar foarte profesional. Desi langa gara zona e linistita, am dormit foarte bine.

The locatiom is very near the train station and underground

The lack of coffee making options in the room ( it was mentioned on the website). We didn't try to ask for. When I asked for an iron, the staff was kind enough to help me. The single bed wasn't that comfortable in that it was moving easily so I found it inconvenient.

Wygodne łóżko i czysty pokój. Uprzejma obsługa.

Perfect location: metro, central station, coaches for day out trips..all within a minute or two walking Nice, clean, simple. Matrace very comfortable. Yes, I was a bit cold in the room, but after talking to the reception, they have adjusted my room temperature and send up extra duvet. That was brilliant 👏 👌 Staff friendly, willing to advise on local transport links, held our luggage on the day of check out.. If I'd ever come back to Milan, I am definitely staying in this hotel again!!! Thank you to all staff!

Nice breakfeast, great location, excellent and safe parking.

Good location, nice room, comfortable bed and bedding, good value for money. Good breakfast

The room we were in just needed a little maintenance, there was a leak from the shower pipe going into the shower head, the toilet seat was loose and one of the electral sockets was loose- 5/10 minutes would easily sort those issues. We had another problem which was sorted with a smile.

The duplex room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent and the staff were really helpful.

Can hear the rooms next door unfortunately. And the stairs to enter the hotel are inconvenient with a baby stroller and suitcases.

Clean rooms, good locations

No coffee facility or complimentary water in the room. Pillows were hard.

EXCELENTE DESAYUNO, MUY COMPLETO
