This was a beautiful hotel, stunning g rooms surrounded by lovely gardens. Staff friendly and bent backwards for assist you.

Room was immensely spacious! We actually had 4 chairs! Generous with the bath towels with 4 sets for 2 persons. The reception staff (wished I got her name) was extremely helpful. First time I ever got an offer to help us load our baggage, and we had a lot of small bags and we were thinking had to make several trips. This lady pushed the trolley to our car so we can load up and pushed it together with us to our room. Was most grateful as it was a tiring day for us already. Room design may look a tad not very modern, but every fixture was new looking and very clean, especially the cups and glasses. Not a fingerprint or smudge on them. The coffee machine was also very helpful. Very nice tolietries and even provided a cornstarch shower cap. Spacious shower area where needn't worry about water splashing out. We voted this the best hotel of the 7 we stayed in our NZ trip. 5 min drive to the airport so we didnt use the free shuttle service. Also we enjoyed the steak and food at hotel's Pattersons Restaurant. Prices were very reasonable and not ballooned cos of hotel setting. Service was also very good. Excellent stay.

Easy parking. Exceptional facilities on premises and plenty of room to enjoy them. Dining very easy. Ordered a pizza at the bar and retired to our room to enjoy. No problem. Full casual dining if required.

I am traveling a lot, and I have been to many 4 and 5-star hotels in my life. Airport hotesl are usually horrible, the only plus is the proximity to the planes. This hotel is great! Spacious corridors, lobby and huge rooms. All super clean, friendly staff. A large bar and restaurant with decent food and views into a beautiful garden. 5 stars for this one. Pity it’s out of town and close to the airport 😉.

Away from city center - but what do you expect?

I appreciated the free airport shuttle and how nice and well-equipped the rooms are. The pool looked nice, too; though, it was a quick stay and I didn't get chance to try it- I actually would have, because it looked clean and sleek.

It's not far from the airport, but it is from everything else. There isn't much for vegetarians at the restaurant, no vending to get drinks or snacks. I ended up ordering in, which, to be fair, was a fraction of the cost of the restaurant.

Wonderful, accommodating staff on our last night in NZ before flying out and a lovely clean and spacious room. Dinner was delicious and our buffet breakfast with coffee the next morning was one of the best we’ve had. Your staff member, Jackson drove us directly to the airport the next morning and he was a very kind, courteous and hospitable young man. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t fault the property

An amazing pool. Housed in a huge conservatory with views of the bush like garden.

Friendly staff- good on-site restaurant. Room was clean and well stocked , bed was comfortable . Handy to have an airport shuttle.

My room was a long way from reception and restaurant- I noticed I wasnt the only guest a little lost regarding what direction to go. The main reason for selecting this accommodation was to use the sauna- at no time during booking or check in was I told it was "unusable due to undergoing upgrades" I was extremely disappointed when I went to use it to find a note on the door saying the above. All other facilities were excellent.

Clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing ! They take a genuine interest in their guests. The food at Pattersons restaurant was really good too. Bed was among the most comfortable ever

Indoor pool, Restaurant and Bar on site,wheelchair friendly, handy to airport and shuttle if needed.

Laundry location not on website or was difficult to find but not a big downer as I was grateful for them having one. Sauna was down when I was there.

The radiator in our room unfortunately was making a noise and the sauna out of order. But so much else made up for it.

Sauna broken. No option of a lift. Probably not necessary as only 2 floors but even a ramp would help lug heavy suitcases down. No decaffeinated drink options

Close to the airport and although we didn't use ourselves, their airport shuttle service looked reliable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from.

A bit dated but very tidy. The spa pool wasn't as warm as it should be, but the pool was nice to swim in.
