Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Mainly picked the hotel due to close proximity to the airport and the complementary airport shuttle. Location is excellent for quick access to the airport. The room (Classic Twin) was very specious, clean and nicely arranged. Super comfy bed. Clean modern Bath/toilet. Variety of Tea & Coffee. The iron and the board came in handy. Excellent wi-fi. Good breakfast spread. Efficient, friendly, helpful staff. Quick & smooth check in and check out. Room Service by a Robot.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026very convenient location near the airport. accessible by a walkway to the hotel. plenty of eateries around from the spitfire square. I was there for only 1 night - in fact for less than 12 hours. But the breakfast the next morning was very simple for a 4.5 star hotel, but it did the job of getting you fed before your early morning flight.
check in area was a bit crowded when I was there. it felt like an airport. the actual check in process was pleasant but the queue for your turn was so chaotic with people trying to sneakily cut queue, big luggage just been left in the queue, large group leaving and coming back to the queue and somehow expected to return to their original queue spot, and some even just sneakily walked up to the reception without queueing and even tried to overtake the guests that were been checked in at the time etc. Reception staff were all busy with check in and there was no one overseeing to make sure the queue was orderly. Even though there was a queue but it felt like a 1st come 1st served basis and that was what I did. After observing for a while, I picked up my courage and just marched towards the next available receptionist for my check in. Had I not done that, I wasn't sure how long I would have to wait for my turn. Others in the queue were doing the same too.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026As we arrived at 12:30am we were tired and looking for somewhere to just relax. We had pre-booked the accommodation and their shuttle bus was available quite quickly. It was only a 5 minute drive to the motel and the check in was seamless. In the morning the staff were extremely polite and helpful and even provided the shuttle service to take us to the nearby car rental company. The staff both at check in and check out were excellent. Both my wife and I were overly impressed.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location was close to the airport, which was very handy for an overnight trip for the university open day, but I didn't hear any air traffic noise overnight. The hotel had a free shuttle bus which I just had to call when I had landed, and it was there within minutes to take me to the hotel. Very friendly bus driver and hotel reception staff. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which was very nice and had a comfy bed/pillows with great blackout curtains. I didn't hear noise from any neighbours or people in the corridors. I wasn't there long enough to try the restaurant or bar, but they looked good. A supermarket, cafe, pharmacy, sushi shop etc were two minutes' walk away. I would definitely stay here again.
