Booked 2 rooms for 8 nights. Was very comfortable, clean and safe. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location is excellent for beach club, public beach or the lake. Lilly provides beach towels daily. Easy cab ride to Athens for exploring major points of interest. Plenty of great restuarants around Lilly.

Was a little noisy at night, garbage truck picks up bins at 430am... punctual!

The toilet sink a bit small and not much space to put toiletries.

Amazing location in the heart of Vouliagmeni. It’s right next to a park and coffee shops, restaurants and the beach entrance is only a few minutes walk. The owner Thalia was so nice and hospitable. They offered a light breakfast that you can eat outside or in your room. And if you’re lucky you’ll see 2 of their pet turtles in the garden.

The room was small but manageable and you have a balcony.

This’s Athena from Saudi Arabia. I had an amazing stay at Lilly’s. The owner is a wonderful woman and takes care of the hotel as if it was her own house that she lives in. Very cozy vibes and super super clean! Breakfast was amazing and location is spectacular.

Súper bien ubicado en uno de los mejro d barrios de Atenas. Si ya conoces el centro y quieres estar tranquilo y cerca de playas es ideal. Para nosotros que teníamos eventos en la zona fue excelente.

Location was good for our last night. It’s close to the beach and some nice restaurants. If you’re coming for a more ‘nightlife’ or ‘shopping’ experiences, go up to Glyfada! It’s like 5-10 minutes with the taxi.

Clean room, nice bed, little balcony & good bathroom. It wasn’t big, but we knew that before arriving. The hospitality at the establishment was good and they arranged everything that we asked for.

Posizione eccellente a pochi bassi da bar/ristoranti e beach bar. La colazione non è a buffet ma prevede sempre soluzioni dolci e salate .

Lilly Apartments was excellent – very clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach. We especially enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet, with freshly squeezed orange juice every day and many other delicious options. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would highly recommend this place! And very nice staff!

Super easy someone met us upon arrival and showed us to our room. Host was lovely and had the cutest dogs!

We liked everything—from the incredibly kind owners and the housekeeper to the spotless rooms. Everything was exceptionally clean, which was especially important to us as we were traveling with children. The host was always available, attentive, and truly dedicated to her guests. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes just 50 meters away, as well as the best ice cream and gyros in this part of Athens, also only a 50-meter walk away. Highly recommended—10/10! We’ll come again!

We had a very warm welcome quite late in the evening from the host,Talia. Lovely property in a fabulous, convenient spot close to beach. Breakfast is an usual concept; a different array of goods packaged for you to enjoy either in your room, in the gorgeous garden (there is a resident tortoise) or you can take away and eat at the beach, which we did. Fresh orange juice was delicious too

Rooms were very clean. Useful hotel amenities provided. Staff was very kind! Breakfast goody-bag was nice!

We loved the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was super clean and we would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to visit Athens. The location is the best in the Vouliagmeni area. The breakfast was so nice as well and I love how you are welcome to enjoy it in the beautiful hotel gardens.

Gorgeous apartment ,beautifully decorated. Small touches everywhere that make a difference to your stay. Little kitchenette also if needed. Breakfast basket with local delicious bread and honey, and fresh orange juice given to us daily. Each day a different delicacy also included. The owners were so accommodating and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect on the square with lots of bars and restaurants around and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood and walkable to restaurants & beach. It's not luxury, but it is very nice for the price. I sent my 19 yo son & friend there and they loved it. It's probably not somewhere I would pick for myself, but great if you're on a budget!

It is a lovely family hotel with a beautifully decorated yard. Vana and her team are hospitable, welcoming and very forthcoming. Beds are comfortable and the apartment was clean. Everything we needed was in 5-10 min walking distance.

There was a daily breakfast basket, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast itself was a bit basic (orange juice, boiled egg and bread slices). It doesn’t need to be expensive but it could probably be made more interesting, say spanakopita with yogurt, or local fruits or something). Other than that, everything else worked really well.

Amazing host

Very good location, close to the beach and restaurants. The appartment for three persons was spacious and well equipped and clean.The staff was friendly and ready to help.

Breakfast is included ( a tray is offered with a juice, bread and some cheese and ham from a local bakery and some jam) but it could be much improved. The bathroom screen is not convenient as the water is always overflowing. For people with special needs stairs can be a drawback.

We left before breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but everything else was exceptional. After spending a night in central Athens, this was heaven. The host let us into our room right away even though we arrived at 9:30 in the morning. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk away and even though this apartment is in a more residential area, there were a lot of restaurants to choose from within walking distance of the apartment. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Zimmer sehr klein und hellhörig. Nachts lautes Motorenheulen von der Hauptstraße. Ab morgens um früh extrem laute Bauarbeiten direkt nebenan. Mussten mangels Platz dennoch auf dem Balkon frühstücken, absurderweise mit Ohrenstöpseln. Besteck war leider nicht sauber, auch Bad nur zum Teil.

The property was in a terrific location. Everyone who worked on site was helpful and accommodating with every request. I was here for a wedding and could not be happier with how terrific everything was . I highly recommend .

Schlichte Unterkunft , sauber und ruhig . Handtücher wurden laufend gewechselt . Sehr freundliches Personal , gut riechende griechische Kosmetika im Bad.

Das mit dem Frühstück ist ehe ein Hohn, sollte sie streichen . Man hat einen Korb mit fertig Produkten …

2 gece kaldığımız Lilly Apartments 'ı çok sevdik. Giriş ve çıkış gayet kolaydı. Ev sahibimiz her konu ile yakında ilgilendi. Hem tüm restaurantlara hem de deniz 'e çok yakın , havalimanından 45 dakikalık bir taksi seyahatinden sonra arabaya ihtiyaç duymadan güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Eylül veya Ekim ayında tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz.

Très propre et très près de la plage. Bien situé pour un séjour au sud de Athènes, et pour faire la côte vers l’est.

L’annonce indique que le petit déjeuner est inclus. En fait, on mets à votre disposition des petits gâteaux et biscuits du commerce enveloppés individuellement dans la chambre.

Location was good, close to restaurants and an easy walk to Lake Vouliagmeni, which is definitely worth a visit. The apartment was clean and had a modern bathroom with a good shower. The hostess took care of our luggage after we checked out.

Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. The apartment had a calm, coastal feel with thoughtful touches throughout. Thaleia was incredibly warm and accommodating — her hospitality made the stay feel effortless. The location in Vouliagmeni is ideal: peaceful, safe, and close to the beach and cafés.

Nothing worth mentioning — my only regret was not staying longer.

Excellent location - couldn’t be better - and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Both bedrooms had balconies with sliding door access. The building is nice and modern.

2 things: 1. No rooms other than the 2 bedrooms (with balconies) and a tiny kitchenette without outside windows. Therefore not suitable for longer stays, and 2. The price: Euro 322 for one night for one bedroom with double bed and one only single bed and no further space.

הזמנו חדר ושידרגנו לדירה גדולה יותר. מיטת היחיד היתה כמו קרש ולא היה אפשר לישון עליה. הקומקום הריח לא נעים ארוחת הבוקר שהזמנו היתה ארוחה ארוזה (נאמר לנו שזה כתוב) של דברים קנויים. כשממול יש בית קפה מושלם. התבאסנו, כי הוספנו תשלום על החדר הזה ולא הצדיק את המחיר. גם היה רעש מהמסעדה ה ליד בשעות לא שעות.. (של העובדים) ביום האחרון היה לנו ג׳וק בחדר...

Perfect location and lovely accommodation with wonderful hosts. Super helpful, friendly, kind and went above and beyond to help us out when our parents had to arrive very late at night and needed to be let in. It is a clean and beautiful set of apartments close to numerous restaurants and brunch places and of course pretty much across the road from the sea.

We had the best hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming and kind. The accommodation was very good with beautiful rooms that were tastefully decorated. They had everything you could need. What a great find in the perfect location in Vouliagmenis. We will be returning each year as come to Greece often and look forward to staying again. Bravo!

Frühstück war eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasseroberfläche sowie ein "Snackkorb" im Zimmer. Es war alles da. Hatten nur eine andere Vorstellung von Frühstück.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε αυτό το κατάλυμα! Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά προσεγμένα και καλοφτιαγμένα, με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα στη λεπτομέρεια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ενώ οι μικρές παροχές που βρήκαμε μέσα μάς έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η φιλοξενία και η ατμόσφαιρα του χώρου ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!

Koffiemachine werkte niet

The apartment was so clean and appeared to be freshly renovated. The price was so good compared to nearby spots and we were worried because it was so much cheaper, but it was amazing. The ladies were so caring and kind to us and our little 4 month old daughter. And the best part was the location - right next to the main hub in Vouliagmeni.

The quality of the mattress and pillows was below standard in my view and so a very average nights sleep.
