This is a wonderful hotel. The sea views from the terrace, where breakfast and dinner are served, are superb. The staff are great too.

The interior design in the lobby

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the pillows very low quality. Is not a 5 star standard, the blackouts are see-through and the street light comes into the room the whole night. We couldn't rest or sleep at all. And payed almost 700 euros for a sleepless night.

Is not a 5 star hotel. Money for value is not acceptable, totally overpriced.. bed was the worst ever in a 5 star hotel. Smell in the room filled with overload of air refresher. Much noise during the night.

Unser Aufenthalt an der griechischen Riviera war einfach hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – Athen ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, sodass sich sowohl entspannte Strandtage als auch Ausflüge in die Stadt perfekt kombinieren lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Hotelpersonal, das in jeder Hinsicht eine glatte 10 verdient. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war vorbildlich. Die Zimmer sowie die öffentlichen Bereiche waren stets makellos gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, frisch und liebevoll präsentiert. Die Gastfreundschaft des Hauses spürte man jeden Morgen aufs Neue. Insgesamt vergeben wir für Personal, Sauberkeit, Lage und Frühstück jeweils eine klare 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nicht ganz überzeugt hat uns, dass die Außenbereiche trotz schönen Sonnenscheins nicht entsprechend vorbereitet waren. Die Terrasse war leider nicht mit Sitzpolstern ausgestattet, sodass man erst nachfragen musste, wenn man draußen Platz nehmen wollte. Das hat den sonst sehr positiven Gesamteindruck etwas geschmälert. Enttäuschend war zudem, dass der Rooftop-Bereich geschlossen war, obwohl dieser laut Information bereits ab April geöffnet sein sollte. Gerade bei gutem Wetter hätten wir diesen Bereich sehr gerne genutzt.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. A beautiful boutique hotel with large, elegant, and very comfortable rooms, a lovely balcony, and the most comfortable bed, I slept so well. The location is perfect: within walking distance of a beach where you can swim, with several restaurants nearby, and only a short drive from the city center. What truly makes this hotel special is the incredible staff. Every single person was exceptional. Domi and Diueitra at reception are so kind and welcoming, Apostolis by the pool was truly amazing and exceptional, always helping with everything and going above and beyond all expectations, and the three Georges, along with Irini, Marianni, Angelos, Evelina, Vasiles, John and everyone at breakfast and in the lobby, were wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, the food was outstanding, rich, fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Thank you to all of you for your warmth, kindness, and outstanding service. I will definitely come back, not only because of the beautiful hotel, but because of the wonderful people.

Les chambres manquent d'équipement : - bouilloire, thé - salle de bain très design mais manque de praticité - des volets roulants auraient été appréciés - La climatisation se remet automatiquement en marche alors que pas nécessaire pendant la période (mars-avril)

I was at The Roc Club only one night and I regret I have not booked all my stay there. Staff was amazing- welcoming and friendly. Room spacious and very clean, with nice view.m and high-end furniture and equipment. Hotel has a small but beautiful pool with a sea view. Breakfast was very tasty. Truly recommend this hotel!

I loved the fact that the room was cleaned 3 to 4 times per day and infact, anytime i wanted it cleaned.

Sadly, the Air-conditioning was centrally controlled. I wanted it colder but other guests wanted it warmer, so I didn't like that i could not control the Air-conditioning in my room.

Our stay at Roc Club, A Grecotel Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcomed and taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. * Special thanks to Dimitra at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional and helpful. She made our stay even more pleasant with her warm attitude and wonderful hospitality. * We would also like to thank the gentleman at the pool, who was always friendly, attentive and made sure that guests felt comfortable and relaxed. His kindness and positive energy made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. This hotel truly shows the meaning of famous Greek hospitality.

It was a beautiful property in an amazing location on the Athenian Riviera. Restaurants and a few bars were walking distance as was the beautiful Lake of Vouliagmeni. The beach was basically across the street. The staff were beyond hospitable and had a smile in their faces while making you feel very welcome.

Im impressed by the service of the facility. I had a huge issue with booking.com where my information got leaked. However the hotel management was very professional and helpful. They provided me with a complimentary room service and upgrade upon arrival. I definitely highly recommend it and I wish to be back.

The property is bright, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The view is beautiful, and both the outdoor pool area and the restaurant are thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the balconies and the level of privacy they offer. The bathroom was excellent, with a large walk-in shower, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Japanese-style toilets. Breakfast was also very good, even though I am not usually a breakfast person. The staff were happy to accommodate requests — I was offered a protein omelette as asked, with small single-use bottles of olive oil to season it myself, which was a nice touch. The food quality throughout was high: while the menu isn’t overly large, it is flexible, and the staff were happy to adjust dishes on request. I asked for a different salad one day and it was changed without any issue. I was also invited to a complimentary set-menu dinner one evening, and they accommodated all dietary preferences and changes, which really stood out. The real highlight, however, was the staff. Even though it was winter and clearly not high season, the service was exceptional — attentive, professional, and very international in spirit. The stay genuinely felt like being at home. I originally planned to stay for two nights but ended up extending my stay to five.

The main downside for me was the outdoor pool. I had initially expected the property to be closer to the beach, but it is slightly detached. While the pool is technically heated, during colder months (I stayed in January) it does not retain enough warmth to be usable, so I wasn’t able to swim — which was actually one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I would also have appreciated having a tea kettle in the room. There is a coffee machine, which can be used for hot water, but a kettle would be a nice addition. Additionally, the property does not have a garage; while this wasn’t an issue for me during this stay, I imagine parking could become challenging in peak summer months, although this seems to be common in the area. That said, although the situation with the pool couldn’t be changed, the staff handled it exceptionally well — offering an extended check-out, dinner, and other thoughtful gestures to ensure the stay remained pleasant, which I truly appreciated.

The Rock Club – A Grecotel Hotel to Live delivered the best hospitality we have experienced in a long time. From the very first moment, it truly felt like a king-and-queen experience. What impressed us most was the care even before arrival. The front desk staff, especially Mariami, contacted us in advance to make sure everything was prepared and to make us feel comfortable before we even reached the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with beautiful refreshments Greek sweets, soft drinks, and wine and personally introduced to the hotel and our room. More welcome treats were waiting for us inside the room as well. The hotel itself is stunning. The white-themed design, attention to even the smallest details, and the carefully chosen art and décor create a timeless elegance and remarkable sense of luxury throughout the property. Breakfast was another magical experience far from a typical buffet. A variety of dishes were brought to our table and explained to us, with the option to order additional items and drinks from a selected menu. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was truly first class. Once we arrived, we didn’t even want to leave the hotel. It felt like home, wrapped in pure luxury. We couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return to this hotel chain again.
