This boutique hotel was a gem. The whole layout of the hotel gave you privacy and provided an intamte setting in one of the most prestigious coastal area of Athens We had seaviews from our balcony and it was lovely. The staff were attentative and always ready to iffer assistance or answer any questions. You only has to cross the road to gover to the public beach to swim where there were plenty of sunbeds etc . It qaa cinveniently locted to a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We would definitely return here.

Very new hotel, exceptional staff, great breakfast

The room was very small, couldn’t barely open two large suitcases in it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff highly friendly and supportive. It is excellently located to do anything, from nothing, to a day at the beach, a visit to the acropolis or a trip to Poseidon. We didn’t need more. Thanks guys for all the hard work you do in making sure everyone is happy, and don’t forget „what makes you good at what you do?“.

Nothing really worth mentioning. As some note, there is traffic on the road, but it didn’t really bother us at all.

I had the penthouse the jacuzzi was not working , we were not told this pre arrival nor could it be fixed when we were there , however no offer of compensation or even a drink on the house

A truly wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully tucked away, surrounded by trees and nature, with the sea just nearby. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and impeccably clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the pool and surroundings are lovely. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and always smiling. A special mention to Stratos, who made us feel especially well looked after. We felt safe and welcome throughout our entire stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, the service is excellent, and honestly, there is not a single thing I could complain about. We were absolutely delighted and we will return for sure🩵

Breakfast was amazing and the nice woman who waited on us was so patient and had the best customer service ever. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great - able to walk everywhere. We walked to the lake and beaches and over to the Nautical Club.

While the window and door panes were pretty solid, we could still hear the street noise. That was the only thing that wasn't ideal. It over looks the main road, so location is great, but could do with just a little more sound proofing.

If I could rate this hotel 100 out of 10 I would. The location is excellent close to beaches shops and local attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff are absolutely sensational, all very professional and friendly. I also needed a doctor for my daughter and Stratos was quick to organise a transfer and Dr for us to see. Will certainly stay again. Highly recommended

Somewhere Vouliagmeni exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable — steps from the sea and perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful Vouliagmeni area. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with fresh, delicious options to start the day. The pool was a highlight: great for both swimming laps and simply relaxing in the sun. And the staff were amazing — warm, attentive, and always happy to help. We'd return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and rooms, very nice pool. The staff is exceptional! The food is delicious.

We stayed in the Penthouse as we were getting married nearby. We had a fabulous time, the staff all made a huge effort to make us feel special. The breakfast was amazing! We had a pre wedding meeting in the bar area and the staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. We appreciate everything and can't wait to return!

Somewhere Vouliagmeni is truly excellent and highly recommended - especially the staff (namely George and Stratos on reception) make it positively memorable. The breakfast is delicious and plenty of choices. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to us returning.

Big cockroaches in the bathroom. They 'managed' to change our suite to a smaller one. Just a verbal apology from a team member that I handed the cockroach to. The Regional Public Health Directorate should have closed this establishment. But I guess changing their name/brand is good enough.

El desayuno genial, muchas opciones y recién hecho. La habitación super espaciosa y muy moderna. La bañera grande y cómoda, la piscina e instalaciones muy bonitas, bien cuidadas y limpias.

Lo único que era un poco más molesto era el ruido, que al estar al lado de la carretera, se escuchaba como pasaban los coches. Pero no era demasiado molesto.

Das Penthouse Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot uns viel Privatsphäre . Die moderne Einrichtung mit dem durchdachten Design haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Highlight war der eigene Whirlpool , perfekt nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da dieses Hotel nicht so viele Zimmer hat , war das Frühstück sehr angenehm, in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war A la carte was den Vorteil hatte ohne Gedränge am Buffet völlig entspannt in den Tag zu starten.

Stayed in the penthouse suite -- room is amazing with huge balcony and privacy -- definitely recommended for couples. Restaurant exists in the property and room service when needed was quick.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff were not welcoming or friendly during my stay. When I arrived, nobody offered to help with my luggage, and the same happened when I left the hotel. I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service, especially from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the overall attitude of the staff made the experience feel cold and uncomfortable.

Wonderful one night stay. George really welcomed us and the breakfast and service were very good.

We stayed one night in the penthouse and had a lovely time. We wish we could have stayed longer. Great service from the staff especially the front desk!

Perfecte locatie pal aan Vouliagmeni Beach. Ik ben hier met mijn dochter van 16 jaar en we haalden wat broodjes bij Bakery Corner om de hoek en opgegeten bij het strand. Dit is ook een perfecte uitvalbasis voor de Tempel van Poseidon. Geweldig ontbijt met veel opties. En bovenal super personeel die echt met je meedenken ❤️ Ook een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Lake Vouliagmeni, een thermaal meer waar je lekker kan zonnen en zwemmen. Ga voor de privé tickets, echt een geweldige ervaring.

Breakfast excellent, staff in particular the ladies at breakfast. Beautiful design hotel, near beach and lake and restaurants. Comfortable bed, very clean

Room was teeny next to cleaning cupboard. Window very high up with view of street. Strange as other rooms appeared to have whole garden going on think the layout could have been better. Heat the pool! Beautiful pool too cold to use. Quite far away from Athens town centre. Didn’t appear to be much in the way of shops.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the Vouliagmeni area of Athens near the beach as well as Lake Vouliagmeni. The staff were fantastic and most accommodating.

Nicely decorated boutique hotel with great ambiance & lighting throughout. Big, comfortable room & bed with pleasant sitting area & huge bathroom. Wide selection at breakfast & very tasty. Pleasant & accommodating personnel. Located walking distance to some hiking hills with great views of the sea. Great location driving into Athens or to airport. Would definitely stay here again

The two balconies were very angular, alllowing room for only one chair & table so really couldn’t use. The hotel is on a busy street which can be heard though didn’t bother too much.

Wir hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer, erst das normale danach das Penthouse, es war einfach ein Traum. Room Service, die Mitarbeiter parken dein Auto ( direkt vorm Hotel ). Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Ja es ist etwas lauter, aber das ist in komplett Athen so.

Everything in this boutique hotel was thoughtfully placed and well taken care after ! The lounge and the restaurant were comfy and oozing the sense of home. Breakfast was yummy and abundant allowing you to make your own choices ! The rooms were spacious , impeccably clean and with nice views to the garden, pool and the blue sea in the horizon ! Stuff is wonderful, each and everyone of them! We stayed there already twice and the experience remains the same! We highly recommend it !

It’s a bit noisy from the street traffic. This is a busy Avenue, and the window frames are not soundproof enough.

The room was clean and warm. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was poor. There was not a variety of foods to choose. The prices too high compared to the service we got.

Everything! From the location, aesthetics, professionalism of the staff, beautiful room to the delicious à la carte breakfast. I particularly appreciated the wireless phone charger on the bed side table, brilliant!
