Was a little bit of traffic noise, but not bad.

Good communication with checking in although didn't meet any staff as serlf-service. Large 2-bedroom room with a sitting area and balcony. Appeared to have a good range of utensils in the kitchenette. It is on a main thoroughfare which I was nervous about with noise but it was fine for us.

Good location to access the Bay, CBD, main highway etc. Good sized apartment. Bathroom was large which was nice and had good ventilation/heating. Nice to have a balcony!

Noise - it was noise from the apartment above that sounded like a herd of elephants arrived back at midnight. The other thing was the doors in the apartment rattled something terrible - even just moving around the room/opening the bathroom doors etc made any doors that were closed (including the main door) rattle. Some door seals would solve this quickly.

Easy walking distance to eateries, shops, facilities. Well-appointed, spacious, a lovely spa bath, comfortable bed. Good parking

Wonderful friendly lady , very helpful and very welcoming.

The lights in the lounge and bedrooms were insufficient for reading. The unit could sleep 6 people but there were only 2 cereal bowls .!

Maybe a toilet brush supplied would be nice just so you can make sure loo is clean for the next user!! An odd request I know.

Very Noisy - close to the main road and sadly a cold bathroom.

The cedar dose it just a little bit better the stay was ok.

It was really easy to find and the continental breakfast was really good.

Location not so great on busy busy main thoroughfare with big trucks, but having ear plugs helped and apmt was reasonably soundproof when doors shut. Making up for the noise was the very comfy clean bed with lovely bedding. Climbing into that after a big day and a shower was just HEAVEN for me. Well done Bay City

Need a chopping board in the kitchen otherwise the bench cd get damaged. Also more than one teatowel please. The towel drier in the bathroom didn't work, neither did the bathroom fan....needs maintenance.

Bathroom cold, heater was too small for the room to be able to heat up air conditioner placed in wrong position to heat up large room

Everything was perfect where we were located it was a good view. Spa was good ans the bed was so comfy didn't want to leave. Will be back for another stay

No lift access and the name and pictures are deceiving. There is no bay view and it's right on a very busy road

Location wax great, easy walking distance to park, beach, restaurants and bars and not much further to shopping centre. Furnishings were lovely, big television, comfortable bed and roomy with a balcony.

Even though it was double glazed it was a bit noisey being on a main highway.

When we arrived my partner walked inside 1st and saw the bathroom with a bath. Went start to the office and the owner was happy to change our room to a shower very greatful. Was walking distance to cafe's and Caroline Bay the room was clean and roomy.

Didn't realise that a main highway was right outside the accommadation, which we had to cross the road with traffic lights.

The heating was good and the place was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.

The whole room and bathroom smelt very strongly of dampness or mildew. It was very overpowering and not pleasant at all to sleep in. It was too cold to have the windows or door open but we had to just to dissipate some of the smell. Not impressed for the price. Not great value at all

stairs to room , cobwebs and spiders in plain view in corner of room , shower dispensers didn't work . climbing into bath to shower no hand rails . you could hear every door shut in the complex which is annoying at 6am

It was a short stay. Convenient. The kitchenette was well set up. We ate out but it was possible to cook your own food. The breakfast was good value.
