La piscina essendo un 4 stelle penso che la devono modernizzare parecchio È poi che non hanno posti auto, hanno invece una convenzione con un parking a 22 minuti di distanza se ti serve L'auto lo devi comunicare 1 ora prima è che la sera max alle 11 la devi riportare

Good location with walking distance to Sorrento. Friendly,attentive staff who went out of their way to please. Super clean with a fabulous pool. Great value for money!!

The Pool should be kept open later than 6.30 we like to sit by the pool later in the evening.

La ubicación hay que andar unos 25 minutos para ir al centro y está muy mal comunicado en transporte público y estos días de calor ha sido muy desagradable y los taxis carísimos. Las chicas de recepción han sido de poca ayuda Tania la mejor

This was our second visit to Hotel Isabella. The hotel is spotless and the staff are friendly. The breakfast team Tania, Marika and Giovanni are fantastic. We were offered omelettes for our breakfast and they were fantastic. As other reviews said it is a 20 minute walk into Sorrento and if you don’t mind walking it’s not a problem. You can walk along the main road or walk along the road which looks onto the sea. We love this hotel and staff and are looking to go back next year again for another great week.

Wonderful staff, so warm and welcoming. Really lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. Only a short walk to the main town centre and great restaurants and a beach club nearby. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Exceptionally clean hotel. Fantastic shower. Great comfy beds. The pool was perfect.after a day exploring. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. Every staff member we encountered were always smiling and generally happy to see us. They all were always happy to help. They seemed to really love their jobs and it created such a happy and friendly environment and it made such an amazing atmosphere. I cannot comment enough on how the staff at this hotel are an absolute credit to the hotel.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tania in the restaurant who took good care of my gluten free diet. The housekeeping staff were excellent and were very obliging to making up the sofa bed.for me.

Room walls quite thin so noisy at times. Room was small with no cupboards or drawers.

- Always returned to super clean room - Location was a nice walk away from the busy part - Wasn’t super busy so always got a spot at the pool - Attentive to help with transfers

- Woken up in the mornings with loud radios in the corridors (seemed to be the cleaners) - Facilities felt very limited for a 4* hotel - No bar at the pool and very little attention when at pool for food/drinks - No kettle in room for coffee/tea in the mornings - Breakfast finished at 9:30

No shuttle services to and from hotel. Pool times are limited 9h30 till 18h30. Breakfast was a limited choice.

Breakfast was complete with sweet and savory options and attentive service. I drink a lot of espresso at breakfast and never went without. The location was quiet, with easy access to sant agnello beach clubs and via Roma. 15 minutes to the city center. Hotel staff was friendly and answered my questions readily. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off and socialize after a day of adventures, before heading into the sorrento nightlife. Everything I needed and wanted— Gratzie Mille!

Küçük havuz çocuklar için kurtarıcı oluyor. Geceleri vardiyada resepsiyonist gunduzleri havuzda güvenlik olarak çalışan arkadaş çok yardımcı oldu. Sabah kahvaltısıni hazırlayan şef ve eşi hanımefendi çok güzel bir kahvaltı hazırlıyorlar. La Marinella plajı da bu tesisa çok yakın ve süper bir deniz deneyimi sunuyor.

The breakfasts were wonderful Very clean and comfortable

I was disappointed i was unable to cancel the last evening I had reserved earlier. Evrn though my request was initiated 12 days earlier, a 3rd party ( Booming.com ) communication was difficult, time-consuming. And my request was not honored.

We stayed here for 10 nights at the end of May 2026. We found the location to be good and it took us approximately 20 minutes to walk to Piazza Tasso in Sorrento and a similar distance to Sorrento train station. Sorrento is a beautiful place but was very crowded with tourists and staying at Sant'Agnello was peaceful and relaxing. Local dining was also cheaper but as good as central Sorrento. Piazzetta Marinella is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and gives the very best views across the Bay of Naples. The hotel has good facilities including a swimming pool which was often quiet and our room had a nice terrace area. What makes this hotel special however is the people and the service. The hotel was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The housekeepers and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and in particular the cakes and pastries made by Giovanni were absolutely delicious. We also had an incredibly good evening meal at the hotel. Tania, Marika and Giovanni looked after us every morning at breakfast. They were so welcoming and friendly and I can honestly say we haven't had service quite this good at a hotel before. We would love to stay here again and would recommend without hesitation.

It’s a great base for seeing the local area. It’s 20 minutes walk from Sorrento you also get to pass a really nice lemon grove which you can visit Very friendly staff with Tania the Manager and her husband who is the head chef. Breakfasts were very good, had an array of cakes and pastries that were made freshly in house The room was good and the hotel was meticulously clean - excellent. They clean rooms every day It has a pool which was decent and some sun lounging facilities - my daughter loved it. We were served cocktails and snacks. It was not busy at all How the hotel seems to work is half of it is for coach parties that stay one or two days and they tend to leave very early and have earlier breakfasts. The other half is regular guests That leads me to my only gripe when we woke up and heard them people go at 7am (which we did every day) the shower is tepid at best for temperature. It’s like they use all the hot water. There are two very good pizzerias nearby one is at the end of the road and has great reviews however there is another older one nearer the sea which a local told us was much better. We took their advice The latter does take ways which was handy for us after a tour and was superb.

It was clean and tidy place.

Having a room that faces a main road comes with the challenges of noise, air pollution and lack of privacy. Especially, giving stated preference during booking for a quite room.

The 4 Star rating is questionable. Not 4⭐️ in my opinion. Issues were: 1. No hot water. 2. Faulty wash basin plug mechanism. 3. Front office staff friendly but not productive. Chose to communicate important departure times for our day trips via Booking.com app message rather than advising us at the hotel via phone call. We were literally 30m from the front desk. 4. Very crowed breakfast area with large tours feeling like a sausage machine rather than relaxing hotel. For the rate it seemed not value for money.

Frankly I don’t understand any of the negative reviews of this hotel. I have been travelling the world for over 50 years and have never stayed in a hotel as clean as this. Everywhere is spotless and I cant say enough about the friendliness of the staff. I have never been treated so well as here before and full marks to Tania, Maria, and Giovanni at breakfast. Yolanta our room maid was so hard working it was unbelievable. Now let’s address the ‘negatives’, The hotel is in St Agnello not Sorrento. Ok that’s true but the hotel tells you this on its website. Do your homework, Google maps or Google Earth may come in handy! Also why would you want to stay in the middle of noisy Sorrento when there is this peaceful oasis within walking distance? St Agnello itself has enough places to visit and sufficient restaurants, and if you cant be bothered walking to Sorrento there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel. Second, the so called lack of noise insulation between rooms. Ok occasionally I could hear next door’s TV quietly inthe background, but I found our room to be quiet and to be quite honest if a slight noise from next door bothers you earplugs are very cheap. As far as I was concerned the only drawback to this hotel is the lack of daytime facitilies. There is not much of a snack menu at the bar, and the services around the pool are non-existant. Contrasted to Hotel Florida next door which has a proper poolside bar and restaurant. We spent a fair time there and were puzzled as to why the Isabella would turn away custom such as this. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anybody. If you dont like walking or paying for a taxi then go and stay in the mad hustle and bustle of downtown Sorrento, if you like a clean friendly hotel this is the place for you. If you like a poolside bar there is one literally two minutes walk away where you will be treated in a kind and friendly manner.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and our room was lovely.

Las instalaciones perfectas. Buen desayuno, abundante.

El tema es la ubicación, está distante del centro de Sorrento y del puerto. Y todo se mueve en esa zona. O tenés que caminar o tomar un taxi, y no son baratos . Para grupos que se movilizan en combi o bus, está perfecto.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 10 days at the end of August. The rooms were spotless. Walls are thin though Breakfast has good choice - usual cold and hot selection. Pool was never very busy - I think the hotel has a lot of touring guests who are out day tripping. 15 minute walk into Sorrento Centre - but there were a few bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Recommend as a hotel without the hustle and bustle.

Still haven’t had our deposit paid back into the bank after leaving 2 and a half weeks ago.

You can only have food and drink at the pool that you purchase through the hotel - even water!

The pool was ok. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast ended very early. Seems like the hotel is catered towards one or two night stays. Also seems it is catered towards people who are getting up early and doing day trips.

The early breakfast. Very far from everything. Shuttle service was extremely expensive. We got a transfer quoted by the hotel at €170 and €150 for each of us. We then found a transfer that was €40 each from Getyourguide. As a result we looked for an early check out and the hotel refused to give us any money back. The receptionist was also quite rude on check out as she seemed to blame us for not telling her that we were checking out early even though we told the girls that were on the day before that we would be. Strange behaviour. I wouldn’t stay here again for a long term stay. If you want a relaxing stay, go for a hotel closer to Sorrento even if it is more expensive. There is also no dinner options in the hotel. This was a bit of an inconvenience. Only stay here for one or two nights max as a stop off before going to a better place. Even for that I think it would be not worth it for the money.

Pulita, accogliente e ben collocata. Abbastanza comoda per giungere persino al centro di Sorrento a piedi.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring Sorrento, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and the perfect way to cool down after exploring in the summer heat.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything exceeded expectations.
