The hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were a multigenerational family and this was the ideal hotel for all of us. The views were amazing, the food at the restaurant was outstanding, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our grandchildren ages 12, 16 and 17 loved the hotel and enjoyed the pool tremendously. We used the shuttle to get into town and it was always available even though we came in July. The air conditioning was excellent.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans l’hôtel Cristina et nous avons adoré cet hôtel . L’hôtel est très bien situé , calme et la vue sur le Vésuve est magnifique. Le personnel est très professionnel et très aimable . Le personnel parle français et anglais ce qui est très appréciable . L’hôtel est très propre et la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours . Nous nous sommes régalés au petit déjeuner ainsi que le soir . Le service est impeccable et professionnel . Bref nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel .

Super helpful and friendly staff. Hotel pool was a welcome relief in the heat. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was good with a good selection for a European breakfast.

The location was a little out of the way and they offered an hourly shuttle to the town centre (which you needed to book on as it got filled) it just meant you were limited to when you could go and return. Sorrento was nice enough but 3 days there was plenty.

Beautiful views and refreshing pool. The transfers in and back to town were essential to make the location work.

Breakfast was limited and facilities are bit dated.

Beh direi praticamente quasi tutto. Le camere moderne, i bagni belli, il personale super gentile, a partire dal personale di pulizia fino alle persone al bar/ristorante, davvero tutti molto gentili e premurosi. La piscina molto carina, comoda e con una bellissima vista.

Nelle ultime ore della giornata, quando siamo tornati in camera dopo la serata fuori, abbiamo trovato un cattivo odore di fognatura, non so da dove arrivasse, se dalle bocchette o da qualche sifone montato male, ma ho dovuto far arieggiare la stanza e segnalare l'accaduto al personale. Sinceramente però credo che possa capitare un piccolo problema tecnico, tutto il resto è stato perfetto, quindi ci tornerei comunque.

This property exceeded my expectations. Absolutely loved this place and cannot recommend it enough. That view from the hotel was amazing. The shuttle bus was so reliable to take you to and from Sorrento train station. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Everything. It is a great value for money. Great location, up on the hill. They have a shuttle service that takes you to and from the train station every hour. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The view is incredible. Just like a postcard. We stayed at the villa that was perfect! We enjoyes our stay at the hotel very much and we highly reccommand!

The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in a double room as a family with 2 kids (ages 9 and 12) and although it was a bit tight for us, the room felt super clean and modern, had a nice bathroom and beds comfortable. We used the shuttle to go into town every night and back- booking the shuttle was not an issue and very efficient. Our kids also loved using the pool after a day at the beach. We also had a rental car and really enjoyed that the hotel valet parked the car each time for us. Breakfast buffet offered all the staples.

The hotel was perfect! The hospitality was exceptional. The location is on a mountain, so you get to see Sorrento from high up. There are shuttles to the Sorrento train station, which is the center of interest. We thought we needed a car in Sorrento, but the shuttles removed that need. The hotel reception has a WhatsApp number, which makes them really responsive and accessible. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it!

Nice sunset views. A bit far from downtown but the shuttle bus offered helped with access.

I wish shuttle was running more frequently but taxis were also available.

The views were exceptional.

The rooms were dated, the bathroom was old and the shuttle to town only ran once an hour. It only dropped you off in the centre of town. It should have services to the marina as well.

Staff all very welcoming and friendly, pool and its location great with amazing views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius , free shuttle into town.

Only comment would be the lack of a fan in bathroom in our room but there was a small window instead, everything else was great.

It was lovely experience at Cristina hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants recommended were top rated by our family. We also enjoyed so much the scenic view at the fifth floor restaurant and the roof top swimming pool, both providing the best sea view of the town. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with lots of western food options. Even though we need to take hotel’s shuttle bus to the train station and the main walking street, it was super easy and convenient. We went to Capri island in one early morning and the staff prepared a few breakfast boxes for us, which was the most heart warming. Overall, it’s the best hotel choice for us on our first ever Italy trip. Will definitely come back again if we get the chance.

The location, size of room with great views, very comfortable and thoughtfully provided re-usable bottles of water and a fountain to fill up anytime . So responsive on WhatsApp and arranged excursions and transfer drivers for us. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. Would love to return

Śniadanie przepyszne, Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dużym atutem jest basen I restauracja na terenie hotelu .Cały dzień kursuje bezpłatny bus do centrum. Sorrento. To był cudowny pobyt i napewno tu wrócimy. Polecam!!

Room size was perfect with a huge balcony. The pool was great and it was nice to have a rooftop bar as well. The front desk team were extremely helpful in organising some trips for us. The courtesy bus was super helpful in getting to and from the centre of Sorrento. We are both fairly fit and the walk was not an issue either way, but it was particularly hot during our stay so if we didn’t want to arrive for dinner like a hot mess, the bus was a great option.

The service could be a little hit and miss, sometimes the team would completely forget our orders.

We’ve just spent an amazing week at Hotel Cristina, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth, and our room was even ready early, which was a lovely surprise after travelling. The room itself wasn't the biggest, but that really didn't matter. It was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was brilliantly cold, something we were incredibly grateful for during the heatwave. The hotel is beautiful. It's stylish without feeling pretentious, and the terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples are stunning. Being just outside Sorrento turned out to be the perfect location. You get to enjoy the peace and those incredible views, but you're still only a short walk from the centre whenever you want to soak up the atmosphere. The people at Hotel Cristina are what really make it special. We genuinely don't think the word "no" exists in their vocabulary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff always had a smile on their face. A special thank you has to go to Antonella, Alfonso and Francesco. They all went out of their way to make our holiday even better. Their kindness, friendliness, great sense of humour and genuine care for their guests really stood out. They're an absolute credit to the hotel. We normally only book bed and breakfast because we love trying local restaurants, but after eating at the hotel we realised we'd been missing out. Breakfast was excellent, and the lunches and dinners were just as good. Every meal we had was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, and everywhere in the hotel was kept immaculate. It's hard to put into words just how much we enjoyed staying here. Hotel Cristina gets so many things right, but it's the people who make it somewhere you'll want to come back to. We certainly will. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday one we'll remember for a long time.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Antonella, who was always so very kind. The breakfast spread was large and delicious. The van to and from town is great. It saves you a ton of time and money. I loved the space underneath the bed. Oh! And I loooove the updated plugs, so we could charge all our electronics without needing adapters!

The bed was hard and the pillows were either too fluffy or too hard that you couldn’t fluffy it. I also didn’t like the fact that in order to get clean beach towels we had to pay £3 for each towel during the whole stay. So if you need a clean towel everyday, you have to pay for it everyday.

This was such a great experience! The hotel is spotless with spectacular views of the bay. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I when I say staff, I mean the entire staff. The pool area was also amazing. I would stay here again without a doubt.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every way possible. The location gives beautiful panoramic views over the bay and across to mount Vesuvius, Pompei. It’s a view that will forever be imprinted in our memories. The hotel is sited at a high elevation and has several balconies offering various aspects to watch sunsets and sunrises. The staff are just lovely. Without exception, reception, waiting staff, cleaners, drivers, Nothing is too much trouble. Any and all requests are dealt with promptly and with a smile. It is very clean, with daily housekeeping to your room. The food is first class. A limited menu but top quality and in large portions. The shuttle into and back from sorrento town is very reliable, free and very welcome at the end of a long day being a tourist. A good quiet location. We had a standard room but it was great. Super king bed, mini-bar, kettle, TV, balcony and the best air conditioner ever! Remote controlled with silent mode that could run all night! The pool is quite small but clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff to all.

We were initially greeted by Antonella and Alfonso on our first day up at the roof top bar. They were so kind and friendly they made us feel like family! All the staff are wonderful and the view is absolutely stunning! We loved our stay at Hotel Cristina. So clean and the Shuttle bus made it so easy.

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Hotel Crisitina and we will continue to come back. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is the restaurant is excellect and with the improvements around the pool the best has just got better. I can’t remember all the staff members names but Francesco and the rest off the bar and restaurant staff are 1st class

This is a great hotel and the views are stunning. But what really stood out to us is the service. Violeta in housekeeping was wonderful. Chiaro (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful with information and planning where to visit. Last, but certainly not least, is Francisco in the restaurant. He is a wonderful person. He is kind, accommodating and such a pleasure. Bravo Hotel Cristina!

The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The complementary shuttle service was extremely convenient-always punctual, reliable, and easy to use. Our room was comfortable and offered beautiful views. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the dat. The staff and everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel.

We went as a 3 generation family trip. Great service and small but very nice, new, well designed and efficient rooms with great views. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast and restaurant are fantastic with killer views. Salt water pool is refreshing. Shuttle was easy to reserve on WhatsApp to get to Sorrento. Would 100% recommend, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

We stayed at Hotel Cristina for 10 nights in April. The location is great with beautiful panoramic views. It is a small distance from Sorrento town centre and halfway up a steep slope but the hotel offer an excellent shuttle bus service that is very easy to use. Our room was clean and bright with a very modern bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The roof top bar has a beautiful terrace with panoramic views. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was also very good. However the best thing about Hotel Cristina has to be the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and accomodating, it really made our stay a fantastic experience. A special mention of the breakfast staff and how friendly they were - particularly Francesco and Antonella, they really made us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Cristina. It is beautiful, clean, and extremely well maintained. The views from the hotel are amazing and the shuttle makes it very convenient to downtown Sorrento. The staff was wonderful too! They made us feel very comfortable and at home. We would like to especially mention, Francesco at the restaurant. He went above and beyond for my daughter who has a peanut and wheat allergy. He always had special food for her for breakfast and meals that she ate there. Eating out is stressful for her normally, but especially when she is not in her home country. She felt so safe and taken care of there. It was truely a pleasure staying at this hotel. We hope to return in the future!

Excellent views and very friendly service. The food and drinks were also very nice. It was a relaxing location.

Scheduling the bus to and from town is an extra step that makes you plan your days, despite being very easy to schedule and communicate through what’s app. When out do dinner or arriving by train, missing the pickup from town by a few minutes could cost you 1-2 hours.

Spectacular views, both from our room's balcony and from the multiple terraces available to guests. Employees were incredibly kind and friendly. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was excellent, too.

The hotel's layout isn't entirely forward-facing, so a few times when we were on our balcony, we glanced to the left and saw people changing in their rooms. The room also felt a little cramped. Dinner and lunch in the hotel's restaurant was fine, but not great, especially compared to the absolutely spectacular restaurants in town. (The breakfast was wonderful, though!)

The hill was steep and no footpaths so wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues or children as motorcyclists and cars go up and down very fast. The shuttle bus was excellent. Just returned from fabulous week in Hotel Cristina. Beautiful location in the hills with spectacular views. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week long stay at Hotel Cristina. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating and professional. Antonella, Maria, Francesco, Rosella and Laura, among others, provided exceptional service to us. We thank them for making our stay very special. We especially appreciated the birthday treat. We stayed in room 108 which is a sea view room with outstanding views of Sant’Agnello, Mount Vesuvius and the sea from the spacious balcony. The room was lovely, very clean, included complimentary water each day and was made ready for us upon our early arrival which we really appreciated. The daily, included breakfast was the best - excellent variety to choose from and fresh and delicious every day. Made to order cappuccinos were perfect too. Snacks, drinks and meals in the restaurant were very good and you can’t beat the view to enjoy while you eat and relax. The bus to and from Sorrento was easy to schedule and very convenient for getting back and forth from the hotel. We also appreciated that water was always available in the lobby. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Grazie mille to the staff!

Hotel was very clean and breakfast had a good selection. Courtesy bus supplied by the hotel runs every hour to the train station in the town, which is an added bonus because the hotel is situated up in the hill a bit but that's what gave you the stunning views..not a

Funcionárioseducadose muito simpáticos. Gostaria de destacar o Sr Francesco, que nos atendia com muita alegria e ficou sabendo que íamos sair muito cedo no dia seguinte e perderíamos o café da manhã. Ele fez um saquinho com coisas gostosas para todos nós e deixou cedinho na recepção. Na hora de despedir nos deu um abraço caloroso e sincero. São de pequenos gestos que os lugares se tornam especiais e o Francesco contribuiu muito para nossa avaliação nota 10. Queria parabenizar também as meninas na limpeza! Estava sempre tudo impecável e muito cheiroso. É uma surpresa pra gente foi o restaurante. Parabéns para o chef!!! A intenção não era comer todos os dia no restaurante mas adoramos tanto a comida que resolvemos comer. Custo benefício maravilhoso! Nossa experiência no Hotel Cristina foi excelente! Gorgeous property on the hill above Sorrento! The staff was so accommodating and helpful, the hotel was really unique - built into the Cliff - the views were gorgeous and it was nicely tucked away from the business of Sorrento but easily accessible via the shuttle.

Getting to the hotel via car was really tricky. The drive up was tight and nowhere to park. The staff was very helpful with parking once we were able to get out and get in the hotel.

The property is well located close to Sorrento but in a peaceful location overlooking Mount Vesuvius with spectacular views out to sea. The staff are all fantastic, and provide a really personal touch. They are superb with allergens and offer an amazing choice at breakfast, dinner and lunch especially for gluten free guests. The view is breathtaking.

There is nothing I didn’t like.
