Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Recently stayed and dined at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Viman Nagar, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and comfortable. A major highlight was the food—the restaurant offered a fantastic, fresh spread with a great balance of delicious local and global flavors. What truly elevates this hotel is its courteous and attentive staff. The warm hospitality and promptness made my experience incredibly memorable. A special shoutout goes to Rutuja for her exceptional service. Highly recommended for a seamless stay with top-tier food in Viman Nagar.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026The experience has been very sub par and not upto the expectations, specially for the price charged for single Person in a base room. Starting with, checkin, being a business traveller no big and decent hotel asks for full payment of stay at the time of check-in itself, but here it was forced to pay for the whole three nights at once.. at the time of check-in only.. with no proper reason given Coming to Room, Room size is ok, nothing too special but once you settle in the room, you find the shortcomings, first of all there is not even a single Charging/plug point at the bedside, for charging phone. If you have to charge while using your phone you cannot. As there is no bedside charging point. Second there is no cabinet or platform for keeping the luggage as is present in most hotels. You have to open your luggage on the floor like a Dharamshala.. Coming to buffet.. Major disappointment.. Only one veg starter (Manchurian) nothing else, only two dessert - one pastry and one gulab jamun, that's all.. pair it with very limited choice of breads.. There you have a perfect disappointment.. in no way it looks like a fare of a 4-star hotel which room rates are in 18 percent GST BRACKET.. So Avoid if you can.. only good thing is the location.. nothing else..

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026I recently stayed at Lemon Tree, Viman Nagar for 7 days with my family, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Hospitality is often part of the job—but the team here goes far beyond that. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine willingness to help felt heartfelt, not just professional. It made us feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at home throughout our stay. A special mention to Mrs. Rutuja, Mr. Prasad, Mr. Anuraj, and Mr. Rutik from Citrus Café—each of them was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. They were guided exceptionally well by their manager, Mr. Vinayak, whose leadership clearly reflects in the team’s service quality. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Sameer from housekeeping for maintaining everything so well, and Mr. Abhishek ,Mr Omkar along with his reception team for ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only efficient but also genuinely kind at heart. Because of them, our entire stay was stress-free and memorable. If you’re looking for a place where you can make a worry-free decision and truly enjoy your stay with family, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
