Courteous staff and variety of food

There were small insects on the table where buffet breakfast was kept, This looked extremely unhealthy

There was operational pool

Its old looking hotel like its from past. We had asked for non smoking room but room stinked of smoke. Light in bathroom did not work

Breakfast was good the lady and Gent serving me were polite and courtous and the offering were adequet.

At check in no one helped with the bag or created a welcome atmospher from the guard to to reception almost dismissive, Hated the damp musty corridor to my room which was in the corner 529, Long corridor with all kinds of furniture along the corridoor blocking the passageway. While the room seemed very outdated. Lights kept coming on and off at random, lots of electrical switches were not working. Bed was hard, the Bathroom area was disgusting, broken and cracked tiles the sink was dirty and actually had black mold at the back saw it in the mirror, The shower stall?bathroom was really dirty from brown to black. The floor in the room was bubbling up. Informed reception when I check out at 9.45am

Thanks to the GM who moved us to a room with a working air conditioner.The service was horrible quite unlike my stay a few years ago.

Check with all your guests on the day I was there. You will get the same feedback or they will not bother to respond in disgust.. This hotel needs a total revamp from management outlook to day to day execution with trained staff in all departments.

Just the location, has alot of good food joints near by.

1. When we checked in, they gave us a room on 7th floor, and the that floor was under construction. There was alot of noise and construction sound, which was very disturbing to rest. Then we had to call reception to get room changed. 2. New room on 8th floor, after 3 reminders and waiting for almost 1.5 hours, they brought the extra mattress. 3. We were 3 people, but toiletries were just for 1 person. 4. AC wasnt working at all, inspite of reducing the temperature to 18° C, we had to keep the fan onn, it was extremely hot. 5. There were small cockroaches in the washroom. So basically not all clean. Even the shower curtain was wet when we first moved into the new room. 6. We checked out early, cause experience was so bad, while checking out the receptionist lady mentioned - “we will have to check the room, if you guys have taken anything with you” I am is this how you speak to guest who is paying to stay in your God forsaken hotel. To which I replied, “you might as well check my bag!” 7.I keep travelling to Pune, and stay in bigger hotels, because they were sold out, I had to book a room here and fell for the fake reviews. Honestly, it doesn’t matter if its a big luxury 5 star or not, the people and service matters. Here at this hotel The service is pathetic & lack basic human manners. I now realise, whenever there is a negative review for this hotel, they probably add positive reviews, so the negative review doesn’t come on top of the page.

Not worth ₹6,000 at all. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the amount charged, basic facilities should function without any problems. I had a very disappointing experience. The room maintenance was below expectations, and despite informing the staff about the AC issue, there was no satisfactory resolution. Spending a night in a room without proper cooling is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that charges premium rates. The service response was slow, and overall the stay did not provide value for money. Guests paying ₹6,000 per night expect comfort, cleanliness, and working amenities, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the maintenance of rooms, particularly the air conditioning systems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would choose other options in Pune.

AC was not working. Pool time is only till 6pm in this sweltering heat. Bad attitude of the staff

I found cockroach backside of the mirror and a big lizard at my entrance door. Since it was a corner room next to the cleaning room, it's not hygiene enough.

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. The pool was so bad I wonder how this Hotel has not been penalised by the health department. The changing areas were also very dirty. The pool had filthy water and there were little kids in the pool. Such a health hazard. Never ever will I step into a Royal Orchid hotel again!

For a private event the swimming pool access was denied to us. We chose this hotel with an intention to use the pool but no prior information was shared with us about this.

We had organised a 3 day Student Hacakthon event at the Royal Orchid Central and Suites properties from 15th-18th March, 2026. The event included 140+ students and teachers from the most remotest parts of Maharashtra staying at the hotel and participating in the competition. The experience of everyone about the hotel was outstanding. The service, hospitality, food everything was spot on. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every student has the most memorable experience of their lives. I want to particularly mention Ms Ravina from Royal Orchid Central who was instrumental in making this experience possible for everyone, right from helping us get the best possible group deal to accomodating all our last minute requests, she was super helpful. Mr Vaibhav from Central and Mr Navnath and Mr Himakar from Royal Orchid suites were also huge pillars of support, helping us with every small details across the 3 days. Truly a wonderful experience with royal Orchid and would definitely keep coming back for more.

I stayed here for a day and got a glimpse of this business hotel with 300 plus rooms on mumbai Satara highway on outskirts of pune. Very fine room dining and restaurant. Lots of things for kids to keep busy.
