Breakfast was amazing and extensive. The service was superb. Overall the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was stunning; the decor was incredible. The facilities of the hotel were amazing, from the gym to the dining area to the spa. Very aesthetically pleasing!

Front office staff were extremely helpful and very hospitable. The F^B staff were equally accommodating. In the front office, I will like to particularly commend Gyandeep Jha abd Rina Naincy Singh.

Pool and breakfast

Staff had severe miscommunication and gave embarrassment to the guest by repeatedly asking in public whether the guest paid for breakfast or not. They never bothered checking internally within the departments.

attention to detail. I was given a room full of paint fumes on c/in late evening and then had to go back and complain at the front desk to switch the room. Ideally a room would be checked for such things before allocation.

The experience at the hotel was extra special, as all the staff members are so nice and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. They even assisted us with a personal matter which was so much appreciated. Pooja fro housekeeping is a darling!! Would definitely return!!

Quite a big hotel, it was clean and the lobby + terrace floor was beautiful.

Rooms are quite small for a 5 star hotel, the washroom and shower, could also use an upgrade.

It was our third stay @Hyatt Pune and the place seems to be getting better with each out visits... the staff is extremely courteous and always makes you feel welcome... its a home away from home...

The food was served freshly hot and really tasty.. the staff and Chef is very accommodating. I really loved the ambiance.

Food was great at Hyatt. Staff were supportive and friendly too. Venkat rao at dosa live counter was friendly and made amazing dosas. Would highly recommend to try delicious food over here.

Particular to food, the Hotel provides best quality services. The south Indian Chef Venkata rao was making good dosas, pongal etc

Had such a lovely experience at Hyatt Pune, and a huge part of that was because of Siddesh and Siddharth. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out and made us feel so welcomed. A big thank you to both of them for taking such good care of us. People like Siddesh and Siddharth truly make the hotel experience special. ❤️

Location not far from airport. Rooms are good but the best thing is their buffet breakfast. Also the staff is very good. Special mention about Puja from housekeeping who was excellent in her job. Helped us make room good for a comfortable stay.

Spot on location. Good environment, rooms, etc however, with ordinary staff who are NOT on top of their game. So as long as you dont expect a out of the world service (especially about staff knowledge on food, the spread and the way it needs to be arranged), your experience will be ok.. yeah also the check out team , is not so great as well. Despite you give 1.5 hour heads up that you will check out, they will STILL EXPECT you to wait patiently, even though there is NO billing/add-ons for a business stay !!! So they are not one step ahead, or proactive.. very reactive and ordinary. So how will you get a 5 star experience, when someone doesnt over step and do a little more, especially when customer had done their part by informing in advance !! Well...

Location of hotel is very nice, excellent ambiance and grand lobby. Spotless clean, including room and bathroom. Caffe 88 had excellent buffet spread for breakfast and dinner . Mr Sanjay helped us a lot to get very tasty jain dishes. Provided us so many dishes without onion and garlic. In service, mr.Fahaad was very courteous and polite. Really enjoyed our stay

Great asian food and friendly staff at Baan Tao . Miss Chloe, Jyoti, who were serving us and Chef Abhijayal were making it a sweet experience. Definitely coming back for a yummy Thai curry. Good service overall !

Not a 5 Star hotel by a shot. Barely passes to be a 3 star. Staff seem disinterested (specially the concierge) and the property is aged.

Food was very nice, very good breakfast spread. Excellent and helpful staff, would particularly mention Arjun in the Cafe 88 restaurant, he was very helpful and attentive. Good Wifi in the hotel, good clean bathrooms.

Sound proofing of the rooms where I stayed is very very poor (16xx series), even if someone walks by in the corridor and is talking you hear everything clearly and loudly impacting sleep. I expected much better rooms from a Hotel like Hyatt.

Initially when I checked in, I requested that my bags to be sent to the room without delay and for 15min it did not arrive. I had to leave for a personal work and when I went to the reception I saw my bags were still there. Secondly when I had called he reception at 2 am in the Morning no one attended my call and it happend twice. I was going to leave the Hotel and go to stay in another one, when I told them that then they upgraded my room. But the upgrade does not solve the issue. I did stay back. I think being a great chain and we paying the price you ask we should be served in the right way.

The property is now old and could see the wear and tear, especially in the rooms and the corridors.

The chef at breakfast prepared eggs the way I wanted.

Awful / pungent smell in the lobby which o complained about to no avail. They charged me for an extra meal at room service - i realised moments after I checked out and despite calling them twice to rectify it, they didn’t.

THe room, the bed the spring in the bed was continuously making noise,the AC was very loud. the continuously running water from the commod , the phone to call reception was not working, had told the room service guy to ask reception to call us, we never got any call. The shower was very slow(pressure) . Smoke smell in the lobby while walking down the room . Very unhygienic/ unhealthy for a toddler or for a non smoker to breathe in that.

This is my go to in Pune for so many reasons. Any hotel that allows a guest to heat a packed lunch (with disclaimer) gets my vote. Plus the sauna, spa, pool, roof garden is superb.

Uber users get confused by the two Hyatts being so close together but separated each side of a massive 3-lane highway. Get that wrong and add another 30-mins to your arrival time.
