Wonderful staff and customer service, hotel is in the middle of historic downtown.

Must stay when in Querétaro.

6hrs para hacer el servicio de limpieza no fueron suficientes para que el personal del hotel lo hiciera, no hay lugar para equipaje, y todo queda en el piso, no hay una mesa para poner un vaso, dentro de la regadera pasa lo mismo, tus cosas quedan en el piso. El personal del turno nocturno no sabe tratar al cliente, si llegas tarde pareciera lo levantas de su cama para abrirte y eso le ocasiona una evidente molestia; porque no hay nadie en recepción. Por otro lado es visualmente bonito y vale la pena conocerlo.

Habitaciones limpias solo un poco pequeña la que me asignaron, la ubicación para turistear en el centro histórico es excelente, a pesar de no tener estacionamiento, tienen un convenio con uno aprox a unos 400 metros de distancia. Buena relación precio-calidad

I planned a quick three day get away with my kids to queretaro. The hotel was just perfect, well located in old historic center and close to just about everthing. Good vibes very clean and comfortable.

Es un hotel muy bien localizado cerca del centro a unos 10 min de distancia , muy seguro y a pesar q no tiene parking hay mucho en la calle

Pues no hay nada que rescatar, la atención es mala desde que llegas, está en muy malas condiciones, la limpieza no es muy buena, la TV no funcionaba, definitivamente no recomiendo el lugar.

Very clean and beatiful place!

It was clean. Not many amenities but close to the historical district. Didn’t have a window in my room which was odd but we weren’t in the room much. Overall decent place with no frills.

Wonderful and creative adaptation of a Spanish colonial Building. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite clean. The shower was a high point of the room, with a very artistic glass, painting backlit into the bedroom. There was a choice of restaurants within a few blocks for breakfast and dinner, and it was a very easy walk to many places in the old City. The walls were covered with pop art and mostly Modern art pieces by local artists and aside from the fixed paintings were mostly for sale. I would stay here again.

Very clean and good size rooms

Renté una de las habitaciones más caras y mis expectativas eran altas. Pero al llegar, la puerta de la recámara hacía un ruido horrible porque ya se estaba cayendo y ni siquiera se podía cerrar bien. Sólo había un control para ambas tvs y no servia un botón y no las pudimos usar. Bajé a recepción y parece que la señorita se molestó cuando le pregunté si me podía prestar otro control y sólo me dijo "no, es el único". El hotel tiene cuadros lindos Y YA. Pero la atención es terrible.

Le falta mantenimiento, tiene problemas de humedad y sus colchones son MUY suaves, tuve que pedir un cambio de habitación porque no pudimos dormir la primer noche; nos comentaron que todos estaban iguales y que a la gente le gustaban… pero bueno, no es mi caso. Prefiero un colchón más firme. La ubicación es muy buena y son muy amables

This is a bit a mixed review. We had booked the Andy suite almost one year ago in advance. When we arrived, we were put in a different suite. It was also very large, but no windows in any of the rooms except ones facing inside the hotel. It felt very claustrophobic despite the large size of the room. Sort of like staying in an underground bunker. The double head shower however was nice and shower was hot after few minutes. The large king size bed was very comfortable. The suite had fun design features. The suite shows some wear as it was probably cheaply made though it looks great. There were no other guests ever which I found weird. Our original suite had apparently been rented out to somebody for several months. We did complain about our switch in rooms and the hotel was very receptive after I got Booking.Com Involved. They offered to refund one night or give us two extra free nights which I thought was a fair deal. The staff at the hotel were a mixed bag. Some super friendly, some persistently annoyed by us, and some who did not speak one word of English.

My new favorite place to stay in Qro. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Great location for exploring Centro Historico. I'll make this my home base when I visit.

This chic botique hotel in downtown Queretaro is great. It's on the edge of the downtown neighborhood. It's a great option if you need a nice place to stay for a quick trip. I've stayed here a few times in the past and the hotel rooms could use an update. A new coat of paint would go a long way.

Nice place, pool is not available for the season, it’s not heated. Our room was good but with no windows that’s the only part that we don’t liked . But in general it’s a good and centric place to stay.

CONVENIENT LOCSTION AN FRIENDLY SERVICE

Rooms all opened onto the main lobby which was pretty noisy. Elevator was painfully slow and woman at reception when we checked in at 5 pm yesterday was not friendly at all. Not enough light in the rooms. Pretty dark and small for a standard Queen. Also NO hot water at all

Es un hotel con interiores muy lindos. Eso sí el internet o wifi vuela. Sin duda una de las mejores opciones para el área centro de Querétaro. Su personal muy amable. Tiene una terraza para ver los atardeceres vale la pena

El servicio fue bastante malo , no había agua caliente había que hablar para que encendieran el calentador. Se nos dio un vino sin manera de abrirla ni en que tomarle literal la botella. Elevador sin funcionar adecuadamente. Tenía un poco de olor el cuarto no tan agradable. Servicio no del todo cordial sobre todo de una chica.

Hotel convenientemente ubicado, caminando llegas a todas los lugares turísticos del centro histórico. Hay que contemplar que no cuenta con estacionamiento pero nunca batallé para encontrar estacionamiento cerca. Falta presión al agua caliente. Buen hotel, si lo recomiendo.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y bonito, el único detalle es que no tiene estacionamiento.

Me gustó lo tranquilo, no me gustó que llovía y estaba todo mojado el piso y riesgo a caídas.

The rooms can be a bit noisy, arranged around a central patio next to the hotel front desk and main entrance. Its staff should remember to speak lower, and the hotel consider playing softer, perhaps new age music, instead of techno. Also reserving a parking space on the street, for smoothing arrivals and departures, as it is located on on a narrow street corner. My complimentary wine was a semi-sweet Spanish rosé. It’ll be nice if they offer at least one alternative. Apart from that, reasonably comfortable option, at a agreeable distance from the hustle and bustle of the prime city center.

The hotel is located closed to the city centro. I was able to walk to events, restaurants, museums, banks, hospital, and everything.

Solid affordable hotel in an excellent location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Upon arriving a young girl greeted me and we started the conversation in Spanish but, I got some a word statement she made and asked her to repeat it. She said in English, “we speak Spanish here. You are in Mexico you should be speaking Spanish.” She lightened up after this and proceeded to speak to me in English even though I would explain things in Spanish during the stay. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. The rest of the staff seemed pretty friendly. With the exception of a confusing incident where a staff member asked me if I was going to use the pool after arriving at the hotel passed pool hours. He seems to have an attitude but, I don’t know why. The room I received was slightly different from the picture because it did not have a desk. Which I was looking forward to for work. Later in my stay my room had a toilet leaked and I was moved to a room with a desk. The cleanliness of the original room was ok. There were a few things here or there that I caught. The second room actually still had someone else hair in the bathroom. I don’t know if this is because they wanted to accommodate me and move me from the flooded room quickly or not. The amenities were ok. They had a small pool that nobody was using. The pool itself needed to basic maintenance like skimming and such. Some of the tiles that edged the pool were loose as well. The had a roof top lounge area with no shade. It is too hot in QRO right now it even consider that usable. Out of characters now sorry

The Andy Hotel in Queretaro was a great option. It is very close to the centro and the hotel itself is beautiful. The Andy Suite is very modern. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful when we booked our tours and also gave us ideas of where to eat and shop.

My time at The Andy was great. I stayed for my birthday. They provided me with top service and made me feel extremely welcome. The hotel was so nice and different. The top of the hotel has an open vibe to it where you can just open your door and feel the breeze from outside. Very very nice. Thank you!

The room that we stayed in had no windows and the ceiling was very low. It made the room feel very closed in. Also, we found a dying cockroach outside our door when we entered the room. All in all, we would not stay in this hotel again.

We upgraded to the loft suite which was very spacious with a couch, refrigerator, 1.5 bathrooms. It was nice to have a place to relax after long days of walking the city. We felt very safe since there's someone at the lobby 24 hours a day and the front door of the property is always locked evern during the day. The hotel decor is very unique and artsy. Nice rooftop deck for views of the area. Lobby staff was friendly and helped us arrange a tour to wine country.

Los cuartos son relativamente pequeños… podria mejorar la limpieza, no habia kleenex en la habitación a pesar de que hicieron la limpieza un dia despues. Fuera de eso, muy buena experiencia

Uno de los hoteles más bonitos que me he hospedado. La recepción muy bonito llevo de hotos de dibujos, nuestra habitación muy bonita. Los del hotel fuerón muy amables, nos sentiamos como si estuvieramos en casa muy comodo.

Increíble, un Hotel excepcional , su atención al cliente sobresaliente. El hotel tiene temática , sus habitaciones hermosas , sus camas increíblemente cómodas, así como su ropa de cama. El hotel impecable. La atención fue lo mejor de la estadía, por ser socio Silver nos obsequiaron una botella de vino.

Excelente estancia , fueron muy flexibles conmigo y el trato del personal es muy bueno . La ubicación idónea , camas súper cómodas y las habitaciones son amplias

Es un lugar , lindo minimalista diseño pop art, personal muy amable, la habitación huele un poco a humedad , sería bueno que la calidad de los productos de aseo fuera mejor : shampoo, acondicionador. Tiene una terraza linda y alberca , los alrededores muy tranquilo totalmente accesible al centro de la cd. Hay comercios y restaurantes a 5 Min del hotel caminando
