It was a big room. That was nice. The overall cleanliness was very good. There’s lots of parking.

The decor in the room was odd with a long shelf instead of a tv stand or dresser. It was okay but a little weird. The bed was a platform bed that seemed strange somehow. The faucet in the kitchenette had an aerator that sprayed water everywhere. There were no hangers in the closet. I assume someone stole them.

The bed was great! Linens were nice and the breakfast was good

No elevator to bring up our bags, we are older and it was fantastic the front desk clerk carried our suitcases up the stairs for us…but I had to carry them down when we left. I found that really inconvenient. You couldn’t just use the wifi for the evening , there was a cost to use it. No coffee pot in the room, lots off coffee and tea.

Everything was great. Thank you. Bagles would be a nice addition to breakfast, but was still good.

Slightly more attention to cleaning. Like the toilet paper holder.

Not clean, loud guests at night yelling in the hall and kicking doors. My 6yr old found drugs in a drawer, fake eyelashes in the bed so room was obviously not clean which is disgusting.

Had to go to housekeeping to get coffee replenished. Room needed cleaning. Old and needed upgrades. Staff not at front desk and had to wait 20 minutes to check in. No staff present for check out

Room booking was wrong, no bath towels, kitchen not equipped, hot tub was barely warm and pool was murky. Poor value for the cost of the stay.

The breakfast could have been much better; some had to fix the juice dispenser, there was no milk, and my daughter had to use coffee creamer as a substitute for milk. And the coffee dispenser in our room was dirty. My first and worst hotel experience ever.

This property should have been renovated 20 years ago. Beds are old style creaky, very limited power plugs, no plugs for usb at all. Bathroom vanity had burned out bulb, holes in the wall with tape over them, stained carpet, no elevator, bathroom fan would not go off. No hangars, dried out who knows what in drawers and counter tops. Fan unit extremely loud and dusty. Almost $300 US for that ? Awful.

Initially, the room we were given, was created/designed specifically, for a person with disabilities. We were NOT impressed, or happy with it...! Hotel Reception explained to us that because we booked through Booking.com, the room we were assigned, was based on the online pricing. We were reasonable with our complaint, and we were assigned a better room. We were very GRATEFUL.

Because we booked online - based on the advertised price - our understanding/perception and experience was, we were assigned a room of lesser quality.

my husband is disabled so it made it difficult to get his breakfast. long way from one end to the other and then up the stairs. I could do it and bring him his breakfast but it was still a long way.

The main reason we chose this hotel was access to the pool. Unfortunately pool was closed and had been closed for several weeks. There was no notification of this on web site.

Staff are not knowledgeable enough when I ask about the wifi, they do have a maximum gadget per room , not enough shampoo, and don’t even refill the water when we yesterday morning

This hotel is my favorite in the region. Great staff, clean, comfortable beds, indoor pool, affordable, great views of Mount Bucherie. I always recommend this place to my family and friends visiting West Kelowna. Sachin in particular has always gone above and beyond to make our stays ideal, but all the front desk and cleaning staff are great.

The room were super clean. Ask for more towels and coffee got them within minutes. PrabhJot was at the desk at night and could not do enough for us. She got the coffee pot in the lobby going in the am. Continental breakfast was so much more. Waffles (you could do them yourself) eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, hot and cold cereal. All kinds of jams, peanut butter and syrup. You could not ask for more. Sachin the manager took time out to explain the hot tubs jets to us. The shower was good and the two bathrooms very clean. We needed air in a tire and one of the staff helped us put air in. The service was excellent all the staff so nice. We would recommend the Super 8 Motel in West Kelowna anytime. It was quiet too. Close to everything we wanted to go to. A good price too. You felt welcome

Breakfast was the worst I have seen. Breakfast room was so run down. Hotel has definitely gone down hill since we stayed there 2 years ago. Definitely would not recommend staying here now.

Was ok for a couple of nights , but unfortunately I was under the impression that the rooms would have access to a balcony or patio to step out onto .

I shared a room with my sister , stayed for 4 nights and we had great sleep every night, My sister suffers from MS but all accommodations were made to assist her in having a great experience . We were here for a memorial service for our youngest sister. Sad time for us. Thank you for making us feel welcome and at home.

It was the only one closest to the area we needed to be in.

There is no elevator or a ramp to the second floor. There is no automatic entrance door opening. NOT good accessibility for elderly or physically challenged people. King bed was literally 10 inches beside the huge heat/air unit so one has to carefully squeeze between to get in and out of the bed. The bed pillows were five “tiny” (10 inch) lumpy throw pillows each inside oversized pillow cases.

Only hiccup was not getting extra towels apon request. Other then that it was great

Although I had a confirmation number. And a welcoming text message. From the hotel. The clerk would not check me in. Told me to go away and come back later. Rude, rude, rude. I have a pet but the room they gave me smelled like a dog like I have never smelled before.. really gross!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room smelt absolutely disgusting, the hot top wasn’t even functioning, the “gym” is literally an emptied out hotel room with the most ancient equipment. My kids and I were kept up all night long….literally until 5 am because the neighbours were extremely loud.. I was supposed to stay here for two nights and packed up and left the next day. I made sure to clarify with the manager that I would receive a full refund… and he did not follow up on his word. Stay anywhere but here…. This place was an absolute joke.

Great staff, very helpful .very accommodating. Will return. My window didn't have a screen, so it was uncomfortable to leave it open while in the room . The back yard need racking and clean up the flying debris.

The staff were very accommodating and kind, I traveled with 2 little ones and 4 teenagers and the staff treated us all with the besr hospitality! This was definitely the best choice for a hotel. I'm glad we stayed here and there is no doubt that we will be staying here again.

The hot tub could have been a little warmer, and the jets could have been a little stronger. Also, the breakfast was okay, but something hot would have been a bonus.

No elevator. We are seniors so bars in the bath tub/shower would be nice. Even a mat to stop slipping and falling in the tub.

Good location if you are staying in West Kelowna! Comfortable with friendly staff. Great if you are looking for a safe, simple, place to sleep while you are out and about during the day.

having to wait for front counter staff. We had to go looking for someone to check us in even though we arrived close to the time we said we'd be there. Even after cleaning staff saw us and alerted someone else, we waited a few minutes and still had to go ask them to check us in. This was a common occurrence seen repeatedly during our stay. perhaps staff is doing double duty, but there should be a way to see the front desk if people arrive

The breakfast wasn’t good at all. It did not provide any food for people with allergies such as gluten and diary. The hard boiled eggs did not look appealing at all. It was so disappointing as we had to eat out in other places.

It was a traumatizing experience. Most of the staff was inappropriate, most spots of the motel is not in a good condition, and we had a theft from our hotel room.
