Grand Legacy At The Park

I like that disneyland was at a walking distance as well as had a few shops.Ice cream shops and food shops as well as a convenience store.You know, just 5 to 8 minutes away.

I didn't like that. They didn't have like a rulr or somebody keeping track of how long a party of ten was in the hot tub, my kiddos and I wanted to get in it.But all three days we were there.The hot tub was occupied by them and we didn't feel comfortable or the hot tub wasn't big enough to fit more than ten people.

ディズニーがとっても近く、周辺のホテルに比べると安い

洗面台に小さい虫(蟻？)がたくさん沸いた。エレベーターの前の部屋だったからか、夜中に外の人の声が大きく聞こえて怖かった。

I liked the short distance the hotel was to Disneyland park.

We always select this hotel and room for our stays and the room the was given to us was smaller than usual (same building as the lobby) the room was very crammed together. The AC unit was extremely loud during the night. Felt very humid The tv had only about 4 working channels. All channels were a black screen with no signal on it. Not enough towels definitely less than usual Lighting was horrible

The kids pool was amazing, did not realize it was so kid friendly. It was advertised as a regular pool but the splash pad and the shallow area was great for the kids!!

One of the best locations to Disneyland. Close to the pharmacy for essentials, lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, and under 10 minute walk to Disneyland (one traffic light/intersection to cross). The pool was good, had games available and tables to enjoy being outside.

Our only real gripe is the carpets were very dirty. I know many Americans will keep their shoes on indoors at all times, but we have a 2 and 4 year old who like to play on the floor. We realized quite early how dirty the carpet was and would keep their socks off until it was time to leave. Then we would use one of the towels to wash the bottoms of their feet before putting on socks, and it was black dirt coming off. We kept our sandals on the entire time in the room, but not as easy to do that with kids. Otherwise the rest of the room was quite clean!!

The Grand Legacy is conveniently laid out. Ample parking, rooftop restaurant, big pool, laundry onsite and coffee in the lobby. It is on a corner across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. Next door is Tony Roma’s, Denny’s, Stone Cold ice cream and IHOP. No need to use your car to get around to the theme parks or to eat.

Paying for parking when there is no one there ( hotel was not even close to full ) rooms are a bit dated and dark .

Todo estuvo bien, nada más que la habitación que habíamos reservado estaba al final del pasillo muy obscura eso me causaba ansiedad, fuimos y si nos pudieron dar otra (no del mismo tamaño) pero resolvieron

They didn’t clean the room each day - you had to remember to call and request the cleaning. We kept forgetting to do that so our room wasn’t as tidy at the end of the day

So convenient to visit Disneyland parks as it is about 10’ walking distance from them. Clean and roomy. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely visit again if we plan another trip to the parks.

It was clean, comfy and close to the park. I enjoyed the rooftop bar and was able to watch the fireworks from Disneyland.

ハネムーン利用と伝えたが、特に何もなかった。また、私たちの部屋だけカーテンが遮光しかなく(他の部屋は見る限り遮光ともう一つ白のカーテンがあった)電気も少ないため部屋の中が暗すぎた。カーテンを開けると通路が丸見えのため、開けることもできなかった。

ディズニーランドからのアクセスが良い。徒歩5分。 スタッフが親切。 プール利用中、ミニスムージーのサービスがあった。 ドライヤーが使いやすかった。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ完備で良かった。 フロントにウォーターサーバーがあり、ひと息つけた。

部屋の掃除が無かった。タオルなどは毎日交換してくれた。 洗面台の排水が悪い。 部屋が寒く暖房をつけたら焦げた匂いがしたので使えなかった。エアコンは問題なく使えた。

Location was excellent. Would stay again purely for location. Could see Disney fireworks from our room.

Rooms are very dated and budget. Expect no frills. Aircon sounded like a small plane on take off the whole night. Very noisy can hear cars coming and going.

The location was absolutely perfect for Disneyland, only around a five minute walk to the parks which made such a difference after long days. We were upgraded to a larger room which was a lovely surprise and the staff at check in were really friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and the hotel left some lovely little surprises in our room which was a really thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the pool area and really liked the free slush drinks they offered by the pool in the afternoon.

The pool food menu was quite limited and we found it expensive for what was available. There were also a few small things with the room. The towels were quite small and, strangely, we were given far more towels than we could ever possibly use! Would have been nice to have shower gel now bars of soap. None of these were major issues though and overall we had a really good stay.

We enjoyed the close walk to the park, our beds were comfortable and the room was big enough for 4 adults. The 5th on the roof was a wonderful way to take a break or finish our night.

It would be nice if there was betterment coffee served in the lobby.

Walking distance to Disney. Customer service was fantastic. Nice hotel!

The room felt tired. It's ready for a refresh. The mattress not as comfortable as it could be.

The shower was not great. Low pressure, but that may have been because we were on the fourth floor. Would have loved the car park fee to be a bit less.

The most dirty hotel I have ever been to in my life. Floors sticky and feet were black with dirt from floors. Had to leave and book another hotel. Parking horrible. No amenities and they don't automatically clean your room. The pictures on the website very misleading. So gross

The location was fabulous, literally a few mins walk from the entrance to Disneyland Resort, the room were incredibly spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly, plus the decor in the room and the lobby having Disney themes were great, I can see why it's a good neighbour hotel

Late checkout only being 1 extra hour for $20 + tax is pricey and the check in being late at 4pm

Staff were not welcoming you arrival—no greeting or smiling, she couldn’t have cared less to check me in and answer my questions. I asked for water from the lobby in the mornings and the staff told me no, they don’t provide water in the morning, only coffee (water is only in the afternoon). That is RIDICULOUS for families with children who don’t drink coffee and just want water before heading to Disneyland. Appalling actually

Walls and doors seemed very thin as we could hear every noise outside of our room. No breakfast offered like other hotels for that price in the area.

The property was super close to Disneyland, making it convenient for our family vacation. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was super easy. The daily texts with any property updates was also a plus. Super close to many restaurants and convenience stores, making grabbing food and other items easy. Within walking distance to many other things to see and do.

I did not like their housekeeping policy, where you have to call and request service. No one came to take our trash for the entire week and we had to find a housekeeper to obtain toilet paper after we ran out. When paying to stay in a room, housekeeping shouldn’t need to be scheduled. (To the properties credit, they apparently do send a text upon check in with this information, I just didn’t see it until close to the end of my stay)

It was right across the street from Disneyland. The staff was really nice. Rooms are clean. The scooter rentals are right at the hotel.

There is a lot of noise if you stay towards the front of the hotel. The fireworks from the park sound like a gun fight outside of the room. The valet is parking cars from the bar upstairs bar until late at night.

Nothing , it was a lovely stay! I did see one small cockroach in the bathroom. It didn’t bother me at all, but idk, maybe you guys would want to know.

We didn’t have breakfast we enjoyed the accommodations sleeping the showers and enjoying the pool. The pool was crowded but still not horrible.

The only flaw was the room always a bit small it was our 3rd time staying at the grand legacy and usually the rooms were much bigger. The fridge was also broken when we got there so we called maintenance and had it replaced. That’s it.

Proximity to Disneyland was excellent. We have a 6 year old with sensory issues and it was quick and easy to give her breaks during the day. The pool and area were awesome. Loved getting fresh towels and bath mat daily. Website pictures do not do it justice.

Really not a bit deal... When entering the room there was a strong smell of bleach. Opening the window and door for a few minutes resolved the problem. The room was clearly very clean.

The housekeeping carts are so very loud in the morning going by the rooms in the morning.

It’s close to the parks. The property is clean.

I liked the convenience of being across the street from the Disneyland parks. I also liked the early check in and availability of 2 parking spots.

Although we were notified at the time of booking that we were near the 5th floor rooftop bar prior to to the start of bar hours there was a lot of noise in the early afternoon with the room shaking and loud bangs. Apparently they were setting up for an event but other than the setup there wasn’t any other noise problem. The event was done with by the time we returned from the parks. In the hallway leading up to the room there was a weird smell but it didn’t bother us in the room so that was good.

Comfy and clean and right across the street from Disneyland! The pool was great!

The room layout was terrible. The two beds took up the space of the room, and there was very small and narrow walking space. The carpets seemed damp in the room had a moldy smell.

Nos gustó todo,pero sobre todo lo cerca que está del parque ,también he de decir que fue todo muy cómodo,porque pese a llegar antes de la hora del check-in ,ya tenian nuestra habitación y pudimos dejar nuestras cosas ...Y la habitación,pues que puedo decir ,era gigante,nos encantó,no le faltaba de nada,lástima que solo fuésemos a dormir y no pudiésemos disfrutarla más,y disfrutar de todas las instalaciones.Tambien el último día pudimos hacer el check-out y nos guardaron la maleta hasta la noche para que pudiésemos disfrutar de los parques disney.. .Es genial lo recomiendo al 100% de verdad!!

The Hotel was very close to Disneyland. I liked that it had plenty of parking. Did not use the pool but it looked nice.

The rooms were much smaller then the picture. We got 2 rooms one with the vanity outside the bathroom and the other one was inside the bathroom which was hard to use when you have a large family, we wish they were both the same. The drains from the sinks smelled when you would turn the water on.

Location was very convenient and adjacent to the park.

When I booked the room it showed me a picture of the vanity and sink on the outside of the bathroom, but was given a room with no vanity on the outside. Room was much smaller than described.
