Provider-sourced guest reviews.
We had a 4 bed family suite for our Disneyland trip. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk and housekeepers were friendly. A short walk to the park and the family suite with a decent price makes this a perfect place to stay.
Very clean and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast clean as well very well stocked. Our 1st time at this hotel do not regret. Staff very nice. Thank you.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. Right across the street from the Harbor street entrance to Disney, so you can’t beat that location. Staff were super friendly and had no issues. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to make your Disney trip easier and will definitely stay here again in the future!
Perfect location, friendly staff, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend for your stay.
We had a great stay. I'd stay here again
Rooms are basic but the staff are very friendly and location couldn’t be more convenient for Disneyland.
Very clean. people working there very polite and helpful. Very spacious
It was clean, beds were not very comfortable as well as the bedding, not very comfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor and near the ice machine.. very noisy a couple of times.. Front desk was great! Loved that we could park our car there early while we went to Dland. And the walk to Dland was literally right across the street of Main gate.. 5-6 min walk
If you are visiting the Disneyland theme parks you cannot beat this location for an off-park hotel. This is not Disney luxury: it is family friendly, with an indoor pool, breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Denny’s is on one side, and Cold Stone Creamery and IHOP are on the other, for off park quick bites. And the Parks entrance is directly across the street: during our visit, most of our family went back to their room at some point for rest and rejuvenation midday, when the sun was hottest. It couldn’t be more convenient, unless you are staying at a Disney park hotel. But a much more affordable option.
I recently brought my granddaughter. Same age as when we brought our kids 30 years ago. Still love this hotel and have stayed several times over the years.. Walk to Disneyland, restaurants next door, very nice hotel staff, indoor pool, and simple, clean comfortable rooms. Loved the rooftop fireworks viewing!
Great location to Disneyland area with clean, nice rooms at a fair price with good service. Whole Inn area was very clean and daily breakfast was excellent with good support staff. Best thing we had was great water pressure for a nice shower!!
We were delayed checking in because rooms weren't ready. They got one room made up so we had a place to hang out until other room was ready. There was no self parking spaces, but valet parked without additional charge - and had car sitting at top of ramp when we went to check out - nice! Continental breakfast was minimal - would be really nice if there was a waffle maker! The location is very handy to Disneyland - just across the street. There's a Walgreens and CVS a couple blocks away which was handy. There are also several restaurants nearby and a cold stone. Regarding Disney, be sure to catch the color parade and fireworks at Disney and the water show at California Adventure. There is a viewing deck on the roof - can see fireworks from there, but we suggest sitting by either the castle or it's a small world to get the full effect.
Location was perfect. The rooms were simple but clean. Staff were very nice and i appreciated the indoor pool. There is few self parking and valet is,available.
Unfortunately, my stay started on the wrong foot. At check-in, the front desk associate pulled up the wrong reservation, which belonged to another guest. Because of that mistake, I was initially charged the incorrect amount. Although the error was corrected, I somehow ended up being charged more than the rate I had originally been quoted. When I asked for an explanation, I was told the discrepancy was due to newer employees who "didn't know what they were doing." I found that response unprofessional and disappointing. The hotel advertises a continental breakfast, but guests should know there is no real dining area. You're given something to eat, but your only options are to take it back to your room or eat outside in the parking lot. Parking is another challenge. There are very few self-parking spaces available, and if the lot is full, you're required to use the valet service. Finally, the mattress was much firmer than I prefer. If you enjoy a very hard mattress, this may not be an issue for you, but I found it uncomfortable. Overall, there were several avoidable issues that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. If the shutters are open you would be able to see in any other room, there are no true blinds. The only thing I can say about this hotel that is good is the location to Disney.
We celebrated our parents 60th anniversary with a reunion with all six siblings in a two room suite. Our second time staying, and it won't be our last!
Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The location alone deserves five stars—being directly across the street from Disneyland was an absolute dream. It honestly couldn't have been more convenient. After spending a full day in the parks, we were able to walk back to the hotel in just a few minutes without dealing with traffic, parking garages, or shuttles. It made our entire trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The room exceeded every expectation. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived—not a single detail was overlooked. Everything felt fresh, clean, and incredibly well maintained. We were traveling with five people, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The two queen beds plus the sofa bed provided plenty of comfortable sleeping space, and we never felt cramped. There was always enough room to move around comfortably, organize our luggage, and unwind after long park days. One of the things we appreciated most was the daily housekeeping service. Every single day we returned to a room that looked just as immaculate as when we first checked in. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping everything clean, replacing towels, making the beds perfectly, and making sure the room always felt fresh and welcoming. The daily parking fee also includes complimentary valet service whenever you need it, which was such a nice convenience. The continental breakfast was another highlight. It offered a great variety of options and saved us both time and money each morning. The on-site laundry is $4 per wash and $4 per dry. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. From check-in to check-out, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt right at home. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again on our next Disneyland trip!
The Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites is located directly across from one of Disneyland, California Adventure park, and Disney Down Town. We found the beds to be comfortable and rooms clean. The bathroom set up was convenient for getting ready for our adventure in the morning. We would definitely recommend this hotel
Everything was great wish the breakfast was better but great location to Disneyland will be back
This was probably our 5th or 6th stay at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites, and it has yet to disappoint. The location is perfection, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be staying here again for our next Disney trip.
Always a wonderful experience. This is our go to motel. Very comfortable and very clean.
We've stayed here a handful of times. We appreciate the customer service. It's always good. Our groceries arrived before we did. They held them for us. We let them know we wouldn't be in until 1:30 am. They made sure to hold our room and not mark us as a no-show. Being directly across the street from Disneyland is great. The price was affordable. The room was clean, had a fridge, and a microwave. We had a parlor suite A. It worked well for us. Denny's, IHop, McDonald's, & Tony Roma's are right next door. The Anaheim Garden Walk is about a 10-15 minute walk. We will stay here again. The location is great and so is the price.
Victoria at front desk didn’t do very well at check in. She wasn’t not pleasant! Everyone else we encountered were very nice!
Nothing is better than walking right across the street after closing the park for the night! Everything was clean and staff is so friendly!
Great location, older hotel with furniture but had everything we needed. Breakfast was later especially on a Monday with limited options. Staff was nice in the front desk and valet. Lady in the common breakfast area was not very friendly. Love the roof top view of the fireworks. We have stayed here multiple times.
First time staying here. The hotel and valet staff was great. The room was nice and all we needed. The location is unbeatable. They could get by on location only, but they still have first rate staffing and hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Polite staff, clean pool and rooms, and great location near Disney!
If you’re planning a 1-2 night stay for Disney, you can’t beat the location!! It’s all families staying here; I felt safe. There is 24 hr valet parking so staff are around the property. I’ve machines were working great, there is a viewing deck for fireworks if you happen to not be at the park and overall it was clean given it’s not a high-end place. The only negative is the “hot breakfast” is a joke. Don’t even bother. Boiled eggs and some imitation little Debbie’s in packages, along with juice and coffee. Other than that, we stayed for the location and it was amazing to walk across the street from Disney and be able to lay down and rest when needed. Staff was amazing too and they were super accommodating with parking.
We arrived very early before check in, but they happily offer to store our luggage in a secure area so we could goto Disneyland. The room was very clean.
Overall, we had a great stay. The location is perfect and made it easy to get where we needed to go. The room wasn’t anything fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family. We especially appreciated the extra little room, which was great for the kids and gave everyone a bit more space. Parking can be a bit of a situation, but if you aren’t constantly coming and going like we were, it’s manageable. We ended up leaving our car parked until checkout. The fact that valet is available 24/7 is definitely a nice convenience. My only major complaint was the noise from the room next to us. The guests decided to throw a surprise birthday party at 12:30 a.m., complete with singing “Happy Birthday” and blowing party whistles. It woke up everyone in our room, including the kids who had already been asleep. Other than that, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.
The perfect location for Disneyland! It is just a basic room, nothing fancy, but just want we needed! We were only in the room to sleep and get ready in the mornings, we didn’t even have time to use the pool. I did think the hours on the pool was great! I also didn’t get to use the roof for the fireworks but that’s a nice option as well!
This was the 2nd time we stayed here. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The location is perfect! It’s right across from the parks entrance! We had a suite which was basically two hotel rooms with a separate area/pull out couch. We felt it was very clean (although I’m still just the type of person who disinfects everything when I get there anyway)… the beds were firm and VERY comfortable. It’s very quiet and you don’t hear people in rooms next to you like other hotels. The blinds in the windows let some light in, so if you need it super dark, this may bother you at night. The continental breakfast leaves something to be desired but it’s convenient if you’re not picky and don’t want to go to Dennys or iHOP which are both literally right next door. For the location, cleanliness, and price, this hotel is a WIN for us! Perfect for families, especially for quick afternoon trips back to the room for an afternoon nap or swim.
Great experience! Staff very helpful and reservation was easy!
Great location and very close to the pedestrian entrance to Disneyland on Harbor Blvd. Clean hotel.
Location wonderful. Walking distance to Disneyland and other restaurants. Atmosphere was good. The room was comfortable. Had minor issue with toilet and they fixed it immediately. The price was reasonable especially having 2 queens and 1 full size pullout bed. The complimentary continental breakfast was okay...not a lot of variety but it got us through. Dennys and IHop steps away. Definitely would stay here again.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to park entrance. Good breakfast. Good amenities. The family suite with two full bathrooms is awesome! My only advice is they need brighter colors in the rooms. Brown is not a magical color 😂 Overall a good family hotel.
Everything was amazing, the front desk staff was very polite and answered any questions we had. The building is older BUT in such good condition its not a problem. Very very clean! Even in the corners where some places get forgotten nope not here! Hot tub was amazing after a day at the parks. Breakfast was meh, its super crowded and not a big selection but with Dennys and IHOP litterly next door its not a huge big deal. We will be booking again for our next trip!
The room was very clean and so close to Disneyland. We appreciated the staff, they were friendly and willing to help when needed. Breakfast was very basic, we chose to eat out several mornings.
Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! Rooms were serviced every day and sheets were changed every three days. Even the corners, under the sink counters and the grout in the tub were clean. The outside door mats were hosed down and the pool was throughly cleaned every day. The staff was friendly as well. Location to the park is perfect. They offer a small continental breakfast but if you want more, the hotel has a Dennys on one side and Ihop on the other. There are other restaurants in the area as well. I would highly recommend and will be staying there again if we return to Anaheim.
Love this hotel! Great location, clean, safe, spacious, great staff and a nice breakfast included!!
I had a booking with my family for May 26th. A few days before we were set to leave, the chemical leak occurred in Garden Grove. We live out of state, and followed the news closely to determine whether we should cancel the trip or not. I called last Saturday, four days before we were set to leave, and was told they would be "flexible" with cancelations due to the situation. We decided to cancel Sunday nght, so I called nad was told I could cancel, but that the charge of over $200 for te first night would not be reversed. Also, I could reschedule, but only if I chose dates within the next 30 days. The manager I spoke to told me that the situation is fine now, that Disneyland had never been under the evacuation orders, was "pretty far" away and that there was little to no danger. I don't live in Orange County anymore, but was born there and I'm familiar with how close Garden Grove is to Anaheim. Basically, she acted as though everything was fine and there were no extenuating circumstances at all. Disappointed and annoyed I am now out $200. I will make sure to not stay here when we reschedule the trip to Disneyland.
The location was amazing - a short walk across the street to the parks. The room was quiet and clean, despite its lack of a few amenities like trash bags in the waste containers and directions for how to work the TVs. The price was definitely worth it though and the staff were amazingly helpful when needed. The breakfast was a little lacking - they stated it was a continental breakfast, but there were only 2 kinds of pre-packaged fruit pastries and a few basic cereals.
Love the location! Wish the windows were darker at night. Need more seating at the breakfast area.
I had a wonderful experience at the Anaheim Desert Suites. From the friendly desk clerks to the housekeeping staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Since I was traveling alone, I was in room 198, a corner room with a king bed. The room was very clean, well-stocked, and the air conditioner worked GREAT! There was no tub, but I didn't need or miss one. The bathroom looked like it had been newly renovated, and there were plenty of washcloths, hand towels, and large towels. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows, which I appreciated. I was right next to the elevator, but I never heard it. My area was quiet and I felt safe walking back and forth to Disneyland. There are several restaurants within steps of the hotel, I highly recommend Calaca Mama's Cantina. I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and the kids in there were having a blast. There's a little market you can access for snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. It took me four minutes to walk from my room to Disneyland Security. I flew in and took an Uber from the airport, easy peasy both ways. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when I come to Disneyland!
Great time! Perfect hotel for those traveling for Disneyland. It was the shortest walk to the front of the gates and there is food options all around incase you didn't have enough churros at the park. Staff were friendly and accommodating!
The location of the hotel is great- such a quick walk to Disneyland! Our room was located next to an ice vending machine and other guests constantly used the machine throughout the day and night. It would be better to have this enclosed to reduce the noise. Additionally, the windows had nice updated blinds, however they did not block the light that was outside or window. We had to use the decorative bed spread to hang on the window and act like darkening curtains. Also, gardeners should not utilize loud equipment until at least 10am.
Desert Inn and Suites is ALL about location! Such a quick and easy walk to Disneyland. Great value as well.
Love that it is so close to Disneyland, no shuttle bus to worry about. Room is clean and comfortable. Includes microwave and fridge. Price is cheaper than neighboring hotels. Breakfast is ok.
Clean and quiet a must stay if you must be across street
Anaheim Desserts Inn and Suites is the best place to stay near Disneyland. Conveniently close to the main gate, clean, decent continental breakfast and the parking charge is reasonable too.
Love this hotel! Great location, clean, friendly staff. The rooms are plenty big and it feels like a very safe area.
This is our preferred Hotel every time we go to Disneyland and stay in Anaheim. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check out was very easy. The rooms are very spacious and great for our large family, which the other hotels in the area do not have rooms that can accommodate about 10 people. I think the only issue I have was that the carpets felt a little dirty and the water pressure could be a little better. The cost of the rooms felt a little high but I guess you're paying for the convenience of being just across the street of Disneyland. But all in all we had a great time being at this hotel, I would make this our first choice every time when coming back to Anaheim and Disneyland.
Anaheim Dessert Inn and Suites is our go to motel. Right across from the entrance to Disneyland, sandwiched by Ihop and Dennys - it's perfect. Daniel at the front desk is amazing.
We stayed here for pur family vacation to Disneyland and it was such a great experience! Super friendly, room service every day with tons of good towels stocked in the room at all times, the pool and spa was nice for mid day reset and the location was 5 minutes to the gate! Price was great for how close to Disney and free breakfast was nice! Beds comfortable and rooms very clean and big. Will stay here as many times as i can book! They tend to be reserved or full alot but if you check their actual website every day you will find something.
Great location. Clean rooms, friendly, efficient service. Right across the street from Disneyland. Highly recommend!!
Had roaches in our food, disgusting. Talked to front desk and manger and agreed to a refund. Gave us the run around for days and had to call booking again. They told us on three separate occasions that they would give us a refund and days later. I had to follow up with him because booking Could not get a hold of them. I got a hold of Danielle the manager and he said to call them again because he didn’t get a call or email I did and I was on hold with them after speaking to Daniel a few minutes ago and they got a hold of him and he said that they had to wait until the fumigation came to see if there was actually roaches in there, even though he saw the proof of the pictures and we even offered for him to go to the room to go see them. He declined and said that he was really sorry and that he would get a full refund, including our parking. So he lied to us when we talked to the higher up I’m not too sure some naïve younger girl that’s running the place said that they can’t give us a refund and he had no authority to say that, but that’s not our fault and at the end of the day, you can see that there was roaches in the room. We did do a back charge with our bank. She was implying that we were lying and that to protect themselves they had to see if the fumigators would find any roaches in there. Absolutely ridiculous so it didn’t only ruin our trip but also ruined our Disney day that day and on top of it gave us the runaround for days so wasted our time and made us really frustrated and then we talked to her with no sympathy and pretty much called us liars Even though there’s proof in these pictures. I would not give them a sentence and I’ve left reviews everywhere I can think of and I’m part of a lot of Disneyland groups and have a small online with Disney creators and I’m spreading the word and thank God a lot of people are receptive.
Right across the street from Disneyland entrance. Incredibly convenient, great rooms, great rates, friendly staff. All in all, can't beat it.
This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. It really is a fantastic location being only a couple businesses away from the entrance to Disneyland. We also love the suite. It has a closed door with a pull out bed and another room with two queen beds. The fan that goes between the rooms is a life saver. It helps to drown out any noises and helps us all get good sleep. It has always been clean, and the service we receive has always been good. I even had some items mailed to the hotel that arrived a day earlier then they were supposed to. They so kindly held them for me until we arrived the next day. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.
This was our first stay here,Location was great, check-in was a breeze. We did arrive a bit early so they did let us store our oversized luggage in their storage room while we went to downtown Disney until our room was ready. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, hotel staff was great and helpful. Noise level wasn’t bad granted I was on the third floor. Continental breakfast exactly as it describes , bread, pastries yogurt, coffee if you’re wanting more of a traditional breakfast IHOP and Denny’s are right next-door. And Disneyland is right across the street, if you choose to eat breakfast at the park. Will definitely stay again.
The hotel is clean, fairly comfortable, friendly staff, and VERY close to Disneyland. Nothing extravagant but very nice for what we needed.
I loved it here. It was convenient, clean, comfortable, affordable, everything about it was so nice. It's right across Disneyland so super convenient. It's not a huge hot breakfast but it definitely got the job done and the workers were friendly will definitely recommend and stay here again. And let me tell you pur maid did AMAZING!! She went in every night and cleaned up our mess made sure my kiddos cute little stuffed animals were on the bed we wished we could meet her because she truly made the experience that much better. Thank you anaheim desert inn you all rock!!
We had a C2 family suite which was perfect. Very spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. All we had to do was take a walk in the crosswalk to get to the parks. This was so convenient especially after walking miles and miles all day!
Our family has stayed at this hotel for over 20 years!! We love the room styles for all our needs... giving privacy for parents and children. Breakfast options are awesome
It's always a great stay at the Desert Inn and Suites when going to Disneyland! Love how close it is! Although the room and our stay was great, I just have a couple suggestions to make. 1. Putting trash can liners in all trash cans. 2. Installing a hook in the bathroom on wall or back of the door. Thanks for another wonderful stay! Can't wait to return soon!
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, from parking attendants to front desk to housekeeping. When you call about a reservation, you actually talk to an on-site staff member at the front desk. Though their location immediately across the street from the Disneyland entrance makes convenience a top draw, you sacrifice nothing in the way of cleanliness or comfort… the rooms seem newly redone, spotless and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, mini coffee pot etc, all as you’d hope. Noise level is moderate even with the place full of kids; while our room was next to the ice machine and elevator, it did not interfere with a good night’s sleep. The grab-and-go breakfast is an adequate start to the day, but Dennys is right next door. Make sure to reserve parking… even so, loading and unloading and navigating the narrow property can be a challenge during busy hours. Families seemed to enjoy the pool and spa, and there’s access to the roof deck for a partial view of the fireworks show across the street. My stay exceeded my expectations and the location was ideal.
Nice staff. Great clean rooms, super close to Disney entrance, and a breakfast that does the job. Good rates and good communication leading up to the trip and all charges. We’ve stayed here twice and look forward to returning.
Clean rooms as close to Disneyland as possible. Perfect for rope dropping, afternoon naps during busy park times, then going back til the park closes. Room service daily was great. Continental breakfast available daily.
Very nice staying so close to Disneyland entrance. Easy to go back and fourth to the park multiple times a day. Not the best blankets on the bed. We do ask for extra and they quickly gave us some. They also stored our bags for us before check in an after check out which was very helpful. There was a small amount of ants in your room. But it wasn’t too bad.
Very close to main entrance. Near the places I frequent.
We’ve stayed at many of the Harbor Blvd hotels across from Disneyland. Most are fine. A few are nicer than you’d expect. Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites is absolutely terrible. The main issue we had was that our room was not fully cleaned upon arrival, but we arrived around 11pm, so there wasn't really time to do anything about it that night. The next day we left our room early to head into the parks. When we returned around 11pm that night, our room had not been cleaned. We stayed for 4 nights total, and our room wasn't cleaner any of those days. We had to clean the room ourselves, and had to fetch towels from the nearest cleaning cart we could find on afternoon. When we told staff, they were nice enough, but nothing actually changed and no one ever arrived to clean our room. When I brought this to the hotels attention via multiple emails, they ignored every single email and have yet to reply. This is totally unacceptable, and therefore I highly recommend you avoid ever staying at Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites. Some other issues: Actually sleeping in this hotel is very difficult. The beds are hard as rocks. I slept on a fold out couch, which was not comfortable, but was better than the rock hard bed. Noise is also an issue. It’s a motel, but with 6 or 7 floors - that means it’s an open railing out to the surrounding parking lots, and the higher you go the more you can hear - so all the noise from every surrounding parking lot is audible at all hours. Terrible noise levels. And there is so much artificial light coming from outside the windows, with completely inadequate means of blocking out that light, that the room was almost fully illuminated all night. Staff are friendly, but clearly inept at actually providing service. Every other hotel in the area provides free bag storage for the day you leave - Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites does not; you have to pay with quarters to use storage lockers for anything smaller than a large check in suitcase - this was a very frustrating thing to learn on our last morning before heading into the parks a last time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What makes it the absolute worst is the hotel’s total lack of response - I’ve sent them 4 emails and they haven't replied to any of them. DO NOT STAY at Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites.
We stay here a lot and have never had a bad experience. Front desk staff is always friendly and efficient. Ryan was a huge help for us when we checked in. The room was clean and our request for 1st floor with a crib was accommodated which means they actually take the time to read through those and do their best.
Brought my daughter and grandson to DCA and Disneyland for grandson's spring break.Everything about this place was perfect! Best part was the location! We could get away from the heat too take a short nap and go back to the parks. I would highly recommend Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites!
This is the best place to stay for your Disneyland vacation. The prices are very reasonable; they have some rooms with a couch that folds out into a bed (which is perfect for my family of five). And you can't beat the location, just about 500 feet from the crosswalk to the parks.
I stay here all the time and it is fantastic each and every time!
Great friendly staff. Great parking. Breakfast could be better. Add bagels and waffles. Beds need up dating! Definitely would stay there again
Location was perfect,, beds are outdated and so is the bedding. Water smelt very bad but I feel that’s what it is in that area.
Great location right across the street from the park. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Air conditioning is very loud and we could hear plumbing in the walls so recommend ear plugs. Continental breakfast is fair. We were very disappointed to notice scratches on our car from the valet when we got home.
Best location on South Harbor, right across the street from Disneyland's main entrance. Beautiful property, very well maintained, clean, lots of towels, friendly staff. Indoor pool perfect for for an afternoon break from the park with the kids. Great free breakfast. Definitely recommend for families. Suites are a great value for larger families.
I liked that it was right across the street from Disney park entrance . We don’t need a car or to park at the Disney parks because of how close it is (4-5 min walk) to entrance. I loved that they allowed me to park my car there even if check In was at 3 pm and I arrived around 7am.
Paying for parking , but I will say the price is cheaper than other hotels .
La ubicación inmejorable!
Friendly staff
Didn’t like the breakfast The lockers were old and some were broken No change machine available for quarters and we had to go to an atm at another hotel to get cash and then get coins at the front desk. Big hassle
Sorry I mixed these up The closeness to Disneyland was the best part
The location
The breakfast, people talking outside my room
Love it
Location
Nothing
Great Location. Right across the entrance to Disneyland.
Continental Breakfast options. Coffee/ OJ, toast, boiled eggs & apples. No meat.
Super close to Disneyland
The breakfast was terrible
It was our first time staying here. We’re DLR regulars and usually stay at a property a little further away. I loved how close this was to the entrance of the resort. I felt super comfortable walking back and forth with a kid. Excellent staff. Super helpful and you can’t beat the location’s proximity to the parks.
This is tough, but the room was just not clean. The nightstand was covered with something sticky. I’m Glad I brought shower shoes because you definitely needed them in the room. Our AC unit was filthy. Our door didn’t shut properly and I couldn’t use the top lock which made me very uncomfortable since our room was on the first floor. The smoking section of the property was near our room and it was so gross to wake up to the smell of cigarette smoke. This one is probably my fault for not checking but the alarm clock went off before 6am. We needed sleep after along park day and ended up leaving the hotel earlier than we planned because we couldn’t fall back asleep after the alarm went off.
Noisy fridge and breakfast didn’t go for long enough
Great location and good size room
Location. Staff was kind and prompt.
The carpet needs to be changed. Very depressing.
