Very friendly and professional staff. Great location right in the airport - and next to train station. Very convenient
What a rip-off. Booked 2 rooms, then due to an emergency change, I tried to move both rooms to an earlier date, I wasn't even asking for a refund, but they would not move, kept the money for those two rooms and told us we had to book yet another room on the earlier date that was over $250 MORE than a comparable room at the Charles de Gaulle Hilton. How deseperate does a hotel chain have to be to NOT try to help with this emergency change? We instead booked at the Hilton and all of our future travels to CDG we will stay at the Hilton. NEVER STAYING AT A SHERATON AGAIN.
Stayed there one night to catch an early morning international flight. The hotel is adjacent to the airport and very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a one night stay.
Excellent location, impressive, nice restaurant , saves you a lot of time
Great location for flying out the next morning. Totally sound proof!
They need to update check in technology. Long lines of tired travelers. It took me 30 minutes to check in in spite of electronic check in and prepayment. They hand “enter “!all the passport data. I am sure scanner technology exists. Time to step up! Their unique location will allow this poor customer service longer. But then it will not.
Good hotel.
Did not do gym
Did not have long enough stay to give a valid assessment. Room seemed clean, spacious, well supplied.
Very convenient to the gates & to the train to go to Paris unless there’s an ongoing strike.
Nice hotel in the middle of the airport. Very convenient for our early morning flight.
Not Family-Friendly & No Consideration for Bonvoy Loyalty The policies here are rigid and not family-friendly, especially for guests traveling with infants. When I inquired about a reasonable exception, I received a formal response citing building permit regulations and “strict occupancy limits.” While compliance is important, other Marriott properties have demonstrated far more flexibility, guest care, and family accommodations in similar situations. This makes the property feel transactional rather than welcoming. The emphasis appears to be on maximizing occupancy and revenue rather than providing the hospitality, loyalty recognition, and family-friendly service expected from the Marriott brand. Many competing airport hotels at CDG offer both compliance with safety standards and genuine efforts to meet guest needs.
Clean room - great stuff
Tired and old rooms. Stained carpets, looked un vacuumed worn furniture , missing furniture and broken fixtures.
The room and bathroom are outdated. The shower door was old, toilet felt like it was going to break, the entire room felt like it was 1980s. For the price, one would expect modern fixtures and hardwood flooring instead of carpet which made rolling suitcases difficult. The only reason to stay is because it’s walking distance to terminals for early flights.
The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable, however a couple of updates could significantly improve the rooms. Utility connections for phones, computers, etc are out of date and really not compatible with modern devices. Also the carpet in the room was worn and stained and should be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very acceptable.
Very smooth and user friendly; the woman at the concierge desk was exemplary!
Very convenient for a traveller arriving at CDG late and departing early. Signage is not great and I was struggling to find it without realizing I was basically right in front of it. Check in staff was a bit rude - more interested in getting to the next customer than taking the trouble to explain why I was given a room with two beds when I had booked a king bed room. When I finally got to the room which was as far from the lift as possible, I realized it was triple, which was in effect an upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. It was a little tired though and in need of minor upkeep/repair and the minibar fridge was empty. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
Unique-it is right in a terminal. This property says it has Laundry facilities. It does not! We asked for different pillows and the women who took our request did not follow
Great to stay at CDG airport overnight prior to our morning flight - just a short indoor walk to our terminal post check- out. The room was very nice and noise - free. The hotel restaurant cuisine was very good as well
I arrived around 19 pm. I was told no hot chocolate at bar. Restaurant staff say they don’t provide. When I told restaurant staff that bar counter staff say no hot chocolate, one of them brought me to restaurant and gave me free cup of hot chocolate. Appreciate it as tired from long flight. Thanks to the staff who make the free hot chocolate! Furniture in room must upgrade. A bit rundown and electrical lights can be dimmed. Comfortable room. Stafff ok. Pillows can upgrade..
Lying to us at check-in. There were five people behind the desk and they just ignored my wife and I. They said the system was down and that we could not check in. We should come back in 10 minutes. It took them 10 minutes just to look us in the face And to tell us this lie. We returned in 15 minutes and again they continue to lie to us about not being able to check us in. I then put my foot down and said check me in. Suddenly, the system started working again and we were able to check in. I have pre-paid for the room. I am considered one of the superior members using Hotels.com. Cole disappointment lying to her face. Never again.
Convenient location at the airport, but not the cleanest. The bed was uncomfortable, and the food at the restaurant wasn’t great, but it does the job.
Nice room. Great upgrade
Wonderful hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and staff was helpful. The hotel connects to terminal 2E.
Very convenient if you need to stay somewhere close to CDG. Breakfast was extraordinary and service was excellent.
In the airport. Easy to find
Bathrooms could use a refresh but satisfactory
what could be better than just walking out of your hotel and already being in the airport and ready to fly!
There were horrifying zombie like people and homeless people right outside of the hotel. One had a blanket over his head on the floor rocking back-and-forth. It was very creepy. It was extremely scary and dangerous to even get to the hotel within the airport due to the homelessness and type of people laying around right outside the hotel room. The hotel itself was old and rundown in the rooms . Staff were nice and accommodating even offered late night service. I would not stay. I would be scared for my safety at this hotel. Needs updating.
Club lounge could be better
The room was quite comfortable and clean. I always appreciate a quiet room as well.
We stayed here for convenience after our flight intk CDG airport, and had booked the TGV train the next morning. This allowed us to fly in at any time and get up in the morning for a 10min train direct into Disneyland, to make the most of the day in the park. The room itself was nice and spacious, we had booked a king bed so our toddler can fit with us, although they noticed we'd booked a child and set up a bed just for him (he co-sleeps so we didn't use it but it was nice they recognised this and went to the effort). The windows are double glazed and then a gap & then another window, to block out the noise from the airport outside. The view was great for my 2yr old, he could watch the planes take off & land. The bathroom looked very nice and was tiled throughout, and consisted of a bath & seperate shower. The staff were welcoming and spoke English.
best place for the CDG terminal 2 The bed rooms need to be refreshed a litlle bit .
We always stay at this Marriott the night before Departure in Paris. The room was probably worth view available and room was missing chair but had the ottoman only. I was advised at front desk that although I was a Marriot partner, because I had booked on expedia- no points. Room service was excellent as always but have certainly had a better room and points.
First time staying here, but certainly not the last. Very convenient to the terminal and a great place to rest up before our flight the next morning. We were upgraded to a room that featured a great view of the runway and ramp, which is great fun for an airplane nerd like me, not to mention the surprising number of birds with a jones for slamming into our window. Also, access to the lounge was included which was great as we arrived just in time for Happy Hour. The A/C could've worked a bit better, but not bad for European standards. Being right there in the airport meant we had time for a nice leisurely breakfast before heading to security check-in. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
Convinience
Easy access to travel terminals
The upside about the hotel is that it is sl conveniently located inside terminal 2. Very convenient. . The hallways on the floors were quiet and serene. I really liked that. The bed was nice and the bathroom was Marble. But unfortunately, our experience, just one night was clouded with what we didn’t like. Like most airport hotels, this one was pretty dated. making it worse, it was clear that maintenance in the rooms was not particularly attentive. The carpeting the room was super dirty and stained. I can’t remember the last time I went to a hotel and didn’t want to take my shoes off. The shower stall had mold in the grout lines. This is an easy five minutes spritz by housekeeping with bleach or a mold, retardant and makes a difference between whether a guest feels like they are in a clean environment, or not. Additionally, simply getting a glass of wine to take to my room was extremely difficult. We went to the bar, as usual, to pay for one and was told that we had to order it for room service instead. So, Jetlag, as we were, we had to wait for the usual room service time just for a glass of wine. That was both inconvenient and unnecessary. When we checked in, we were asked by the front desk what time we expected to check out and we complied. However, from 8:30 in the morning until we checked out, we kept getting knocks in the door by hotel staff – – first housekeeping, then the bar man looking for the tray that served our wine the night before. All before 9:30.
Outdated and dirty floors room service in other rooms left out the doors all overnight and morning stinking the corridors
Adequate for a quick layover but the rooms are run down and depressing. The property needs a major upgrade.
Nice and clean and friendly staff.
The bath in the room did not work properly Otherwise ok
Love the room size and location
If you’re traveling out of Charles de Gaulle airport, this is a great place to stay. It’s walking distance to the rental car drop off, and then to the gates at Terminal 2. Nice restaurant and bar. Very comfortable. Nice staff.
This hotel is great because you can wake up and walk straight to your plane. It is very quiet and the bathroom is nice. I just wish they had drinks or snacks in the mini fridge. It’s a little frustrating when you are on a different time. They do have room service, but when you are dying of thirst and you order 2 drinks, you have to wait to get them delivered and the cans are only 6 or 8 oz. A little frustrating. Other than having to drink warm tap water it’s fine. Just bring your own drinks and put in the fridge.
Close to train and fates
Prefect for early flights
Convinient
Pros: The hotel location is perfect for flying out. We were an easy five minute walk to the Delta counter. Room was comfortable and quiet. Cons: Food options are limited and pricey. We actually used a meal delivery service and it was a bit tricky routing them to the hotel, but it worked. My major complaint was as the deposit amount required for incidentals. We had prepaid the room. The deposit charged was $200 Euros ($233US). I was shocked. Nowhere prior to arrival was that amount mentioned. I felt like we were stuck paying it because we were at check in and prepaid, and we are now waiting for the charge to be removed from my credit card.
I always stay at sheraton when i m traveling true Paris
This is a very good hotel if you need a hotel at CDG. Easy to reach from incoming flights and easy departure.
Fine for our overnight stay
Complete disaster. Expedia messed up my booking by double booking and never sent me any confirmation of the second booking, nor did it show up in the app The hotel wouldn’t budge and neither would Expedia. I am being charged double. I will never use Expedia nor this hotel. The staff was rude, the hotel old, furniture damaged, carpet dirty snd e design dated. So much stress for so much money and so much frustration. Hellish experience
Old
Very impressed Stayed many years back but it’s maintained standards and my room was great.
It was perfect for a law over in between flights.
This is a hotel located within the Paris International airport so that makes it convenient. It is good if you have an early morning departure. The room itself was decently clean though not large. We asked for two beds and we had two twin size beds, which was fine. The mattresses were quite hard, not very comfortable. The shower was a step up and in and I had to be careful getting out. Still, it all worked. There was a tea kettle for water in our room but there was no coffee maker despite being told that there was one. We ate dinner there when we arrived. The food was just ok. Mostly I was annoyed to find that we were charged 9 dollars for water. I had heard that tourists often get this charge. We said we wanted water and we got a bottle of Evian. I noted that the French speaking customers did not have 9 dollar bottles of water on their table but they did have glasses of water. So it seems there is a non French speaking tax. Other than that the staff was pleasant. It is good for what it is- an airport hotel. Check your bill and be clear about what you do and do not want.
Dinning was a huge let down. Tate dinning service a zero walked out horrible.
Keep up the good work
Convenient
Convenient ,clean and quiet.
Excellent and easy one night stay in CDG
Great location for international flights. Very calm hotel for a quiet night. The comfort is ok : pillows and towels would benefit from an update. Please note: if you arrive after 10.30 pm, plan for your diner before... Nothing to eat around the hotel in the terminal and the Room Service does never answer the phone...
Only one elevator working
Loved the big bath tub! 1 Elevator was out and had long wait time to get down 1 floor with the bags.
The staff was wonderful. We had a slight glitch with our room, and they took care of it directly. Would highly recommend this location.
Easy from train station to terminals
The view to the Airport is something I haven’t lived before, and I loved it. Incredibly not noisy
Convient from train to terminals and quiet despite being in an airport
Very well located in Terminal 2. Easy to get a train to go downtown. Exactly what I was looking for.
Great staff, good restaurant and bar. Ideal for TGV and rail transport users as well as being perfectly situated for other terminal connections. The rooms were clean and comfy, but could use a little update.
Very convenient for anyone passing through CDG airport.
I needed to be at the airport early in the morning for my flight, and staying here the night before meant I didn't need to allow an hour the get to the airport and then worry if I will get there in time because of unpredictable traffic. It also allowed me to get familiar with where I needed to go in the morning and how much time to allow.
Close to airport
We stayed at the Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel for a night after arriving in France, and it was exactly what we needed — clean, quiet, and incredibly convenient. The location couldn’t be better, especially for travelers flying in or out of CDG. Being directly connected to Terminal 2 made arrival and departure seamless, and we appreciated not having to worry about transportation after a long flight. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was well-appointed, spacious, and surprisingly quiet given its airport location. The bed was especially comfortable — perfect for recovering from jet lag. We also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the bar and restaurant, which provided a relaxing place to unwind without leaving the hotel. If you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable airport hotel with excellent access to CDG and the RER train into Paris, the Sheraton is a great choice. It delivered on all fronts and made the start of our trip smooth and stress-free.
Very helpful the staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable.
Great location near lazarre
Great location
Great stay if flying out of Charles de Gaulle as it is directly in the terminal. Very quiet.
The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was great and food delicious
The Sheraton at CDG is conveniently located and budget friendly. The hotel is in good condition rooms are spacious and clean and bed is comfy. Perfect location if you need to be close to the airport for early travel .
:)
I did not think it was worth the price per night.
Effective and available staff
Located in the airport terminal!
Nice airport hotel
Quick check in despite a late arrival - Friendly staff professional- Nice room clean and large bed.
Lo mejor para esta listo a tomar su vuelo el día siguiente cuartos excelente y restaurante top.
In a pinch, this is the best hotel in CDG as it is within the airport. Rooms are small but the bathroom was nice and spacious
The property was the airport
Very conveniently located in the International terminal of Air France and the TGV station. No shuttle needed.
G
It was conveniently within the airport which was important for our flights.
Excellent location to stay for the night before flying out the next day. Public area of the hotel look renovated but the room was a little dated than expected. Overall the stay was good. Soundproof was awesome. It was very quiet even though it was right by the tarmac/runway
Water pressure nonexistent - Shower and tub. AC was barely working. Ventilation needs work. Other than that - great staff and convenient property.
The hotel was very quiet - especially for being adjacent to the airplane runways!
I love the CDG Sheraton whenever I have a layover in Paris. The beds are comfy and the hotel is so quiet. I love seeing the planes out the window.
