ibis Paris CDG Airport

Very convenient to airport. Staff was exceptional.

We stayed at Ibis CDG Airport for one night during a layover, mainly due to its convenient location near Terminal 3. While check-in was smooth and the bed itself was comfortable, the overall experience felt lacking considering the high price point. The pillows were very thin, and only two were provided. The air conditioning didn't work, but thankfully we were able to open the window for some airflow. The bathroom was extremely small with minimal amenities—no extras beyond the basics. There was no luggage rack and no coffee maker in the room, which added to the very bare-bones feel. On the plus side, the room was clean, but the hotel overall felt more like a budget option with a premium price simply for being close to the airport. Fine for a short overnight stay if you need proximity to the terminals, but don't expect much comfort or value for money.

Rather basic no-frills room and rooms Are quite small. No hot water kettle either and shower is also very small enclosure.

Clean rooms. Extremely convenient for flying in and out of Paris Airport. Morning staff was not overly helpful in getting out luggage stored. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful

Check in went well until we reached the room. No AC and the room was so hot. We went down to reception and we were given a new room right away. It was a bit cooler but still very warm. Rooms are very plain and you wouldn’t want to spend much time in them but it was fine for a Very short stay

This hotel is very “bare bones”. It’s just a simple place to ly your head between flights. There is nothing extra in the rooms, no coffee maker, no extra linens or pillows, we didn’t even have a shower mat, we had to use the hand towel. The restaurant was decent, & the location good if you need to overnight between flights.

For a one night stay it was okay. Bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have a hand towel in the room, not just bath towels.

This was the perfect choice for us. We flew into CDG in the evening with an early flight the next morning to CDG. The room was small and clean, all that we needed for one night. We had a drink in the bar that offered many options and then had the buffet in the restaurant that satisfied both of us. We got up early, walked back into the airport and were on our way. Very convenient and efficient!

A great and convenient place to stay when flying out of CDG. Easy walking access to every terminal, train and bus station. Two restaurants, bar and a Starbucks coffee attached. Wonderful!

There was a 30 minute line for check in, but staff were working as fast as they could.

shower was a mess, there are holes and slits between he glass panels and the shower head does not stay in positions and turns so that water is sprayed all over the bathroom

It was another great stay other than the check in process… stood in line for over 30 minutes. Not enough staff last night to process all the guests.

Unfortunately, there are few options when you need to stay at the airport due to a very early morning flight. This room turned out to be a big disappointment. From the knowledgeable but definitely not friendly staff to the terrible dining options & most of all, the room the was SO HOT & miserable that we couldn't sleep. The staff was able to check us in quickly & answer our questions, but it was all very formal, no smiles, nothing at all to make you actually feel "welcomed". They just went through the motions. The server in the restaurant took our order & after waiting 20 minutes for him to bring our water, we finally went to find it ourselves. Turns out the water was self serve all along but he never told us. We waited all of that time for nothing. Additionally, the restaurant was only open from noon-2:30 and 7-10 PM. When traveling for over 20 hours and arriving VERY tired and hungry, we had to struggle to stay up and wait several hours for a food option to be able to eat. Once did get to eat, they had a buffet in the dining room that I chose to order because it was ready and I was starved. The problem was that none of the food in the buffet was labeled so you had no idea what you were eating. And the food was very sub-par; it reminded me of a cruise ship buffet. The worst thing was that the A/C in the room BARELY worked. I would estimate our room was around 75 degrees the entire time we were there with the thermostat turned down as far as it would go. It was miserable!

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is convenient to the airport.

Good restaurant "La Terrasse" for dinner (closes at 11 pm) and breakfast. Comfortable room. The registration employee spoke in monosyllables while chewing gum and hasn't learned how to smile at guests. Not the kind of person who should be at a front desk.

Very convenient airport hotel for an early morning flight- walking distance to CDGVAL tram. Try to do online checkin very long line otherwise

The hotel was very nice and the staff amazing but room was not worth the money we paid!! The bathroom was very small the shower leaked everywhere and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful to re-book a room that had been booked through a hacked third party website. Breakfast spread is fabulous - multitude of options and well worth the price. Best of all is the easy walk to CDG - just a few steps down the covered sidewalk to the CGDVAL one takes to Terminal 2 or 3

Basic accommodation at CDG - very convenient.

Very poor hotel, rooms extremely out of date, condition of rooms out of date by twenty years, will not be booking again.

It’s a fine place to stay to be close to CDG terminals. The only one unfortunate thing about it is the charge you’ll to pay just to keep your luggage safe while waiting for your flight after checking out. It should have been a courtesy to guests that most decent hotels would offer.

Temperature control was not working.

Couldn’t get the aircon down from 22degrees!

Stayed here three times already. Excellent for early or late flights from CDG.

Great resting place before an early morning flight. Slick and friendly check in. We were into our room very quickly and easily. Very convenient to CDGVAL for trader to the right terminal.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, good dining options and small supermarket inside train station next door.

For the price we where expecting a better room. Seems to be for those canceled airline passengers that get a one night room. We also had our room opened twice by maids in the morning, only one knocked on the door the just came in to realize we where still in bed. In addition we could not close the door from inside , needs repair. We have stayed many times in Ibis Hotels in the past this was not up to the same level. Sorry just being honest.

It’s a VERY BASIC, no amenities (ieKleenex, water, hand towel) Not very friendly at all.

At the airport,easy access, but the room furniture arrangement is not comfortable.

We arrived very late and were given a room which smelled horrible. The bathroom reeked and there was no hot water nor any pressure to take a shower. I always stay at the ibis Every time I come to Paris but I’m afraid this will be the last time. So disappointed.

OK for a short overnight layover. Rooms are basic bare bones, very small and cramped. If you are using Terminal 2, take a taxi. We decided to take the shuttle train and it took us almost an hour from T-2, L concourse to the hotel.

Staying at the Ibis in CDG airport felt like staying in a Formule 1 hotel. That's not a compliment. The biggest problem with this hotel is that my room was extremely overpriced for the very basic amenities provided. The phone system did not even allow me to speak with anyone at the front desk; I was thus unable to find out exactly where the hotel was, and how to reach it. I had to ask maintenance workers who barely spoke French to help me find the hotel. To top off this terrible experience, when I plugged in my computer to charge it overnight, which is a rather standard expectation when one uses a wall socket, instead of yielding a charged laptop in the morning, what was left of my laptop's battery charge had drained completely overnight. Very convenient location. 2 min walk to train to get to the terminal. Room and bathroom have the cheapest furniture and decor nd the bathroom is tires nd old. There’s one soap dispenser nd that’s it. Thin and cheap towels. Air conditioning barely works - I couldn’t sleep because it was hot. Thermostat is centrally controlled so not much use

Good hotel but room was so warm we barely got any sleep. Air unit in room set on lowest temp only blows air, not AC. Sweating in bed trying to fall asleep was not a great experience.

Quiet, clean. Stood in cue-line for 15 min. to check-in at the reception desk. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice.

Our Booking was for 2-nights. Initial room was in poor repair and cramped. Shower drain blocked, dirty drain cap dislodged, toilet roll holder broken away from wall, light fitting pulled away from wall & hanging on wires, water damaged doors.... The good news is the response of staff the next day on seeing photos of damage etc. We were provided a much better room for the 2nd night.

Of course, location is the greatest asset of this hotel. We booked it with proximity to CDG airport in mind. The room is small but clean with the basic amenities of a 3-star hotel. It’s right next to Terminal 3 so the level of traffic is high. Don’t expect a picturesque environment. Surprisingly, we were not offered free parking. We had to pay $7.50 for the first 2 hours, then another $16 for the overnight period. At a Campanile in Chaville, underground parking was free, and we could go in and out at will.

Small basic room, met our needs for an overnight at airport before morning flight. Lacked a proper wardrobe/closet/clothes rack. Great buffet breakfast and appreciated the Starbucks cafe onsite with late hours.

Great location we could walk to the airport and met our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend adding hand towels and a better hair dryer.

It was a bit noisy. I could hear when someone in another room was showering.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was included. When we went for breakfast they told us it wasn’t. Went back to the front desk and they said they must have made a mistake when we checked in. Went back to the restaurant knowing we’d have to pay and the hostess did not understand us wanting to charge to our room or they do not let you (credit card left in room as we assumed we did not need it). Got credit card and paid. Breakfast not worth the price. I’d recommend going elsewhere for breakfast.

Great option for an airport hotel.

The location is really handy and you can return your rental car in 10 minutes from the hotel. Problem is that their garage is quite a mess to get in & out until they fix the gates. Otherwise the rooms are small but have all you need for an overnight before getting to your flight.

Right next to the airport. Has nice lounge, two dining options, games for kids and very practical. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible air conditioning in the room.I complained about that ,they promised to send a technician that day and nobody showed up.Next day they offered a new room and guest what,same problem with the air conditioning.Do not cooling.

I find this hotel the most convenient to the airport. It’s to the right of terminal 3 as soon as you exit. How much easier could it get. There are restaurant options, during the warm weather, outside seating is available. Plenty of space on the main floor to sit and relax. It could use some extra love when it comes to the rooms. I do yoga, on my mat, I saw that the floors could use a major wipe, especially under the bed. I do enjoy the large rooms, plenty of space and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Reception staff need to be trained to be helpful, or at least try. Staff simply would say they cannot help. That is unacceptable and poor customer service. I asked twice for the manager. Managers very good at this property, took care of my needs.

Poor customer service. Water in the bathroom smell but no one care. No amenities (iron, fridge, microwave). Beautiful in the outside but real basic in the inside, very small room(for 3) and baby bed for the third person and not to clean. Not recommended to anyone, place to avoid. Not satisfy at all. The only good thing is the buffet breakfast, the food was good and good variety as well.

Check-in was slow. The room and bathroom were small. So much dust on the ceiling fan - A/C unit. The room didn’t feel very clean.

Room too bloody small for this price ,2 towels only,was not easy to find our reservation???not polite even do we speak perfect French,restaurant buffet that along story 85 $ and for 2 nothing good including service,no tab water available, breakfast worst next time we sleeping on floor at the airport!!!!we will save a lot of money, and we will bring aour food good…. In Canada a golden buffet 30/40$ lot of bad things……..never again also my baby’s bass where bigger 50 years ago….
