The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, and the towels were changed every day. The hotel’s location is good, close to all areas of interest.

Small bathroom, with a very narrow shower. You could hear the noise from the cars on the street. Luckily, the street is not very busy.

Овехтяли и недостатъпни мебели. Имаше някъкви много малки мушички в банята, които налазваха кърпи, козметика.

The bathroom seems to be straight out of the 70s. The whole decor needs a make over. A bit run down.

The location was superb n close to beach & restaurants, staff very helpful and nice, and allowed bag storage until room became available.

The room was a little tired looking, shower too small, the laminate flooring in room wasn’t clean for bare feet. Picky I know, but for the price this should be spotless.

La vétusté du mobilier et de la salle d’eau, notamment au niveau de la douche dont la température varie brusquement, sans aucune action de notre part, jusqu’à devenir très chaude, ce qui peut présenter un risque, notamment pour un enfant. Par ailleurs, les cloisons sont très fines, nous entendions clairement les conversations des voisins.

Location was excellent, close to the restaurants and beach. Room was a good size and comfortable. Air conditioning was great.

I found staff weren't as welcoming as I would have expected. I didn't get greeted with a good morning or good evening and I felt I was an inconvenience when asking questions. I wasn't able to have a bath which I was looking forward to as the plug didn't fit and the water drained away. There was mould around the plug hole and some dirt in the bath. There was a sign saying to put towels in the bath if you wanted them changing which I did, however I didn't get a replacement towel.

Camera pare mai mica. Am avut pat dublu, iar o latura a patului avea doar 10-15 cm pana la perete. Lucru neplacut pentru ca nu m-am putut urca in pat pe latura aia, iar noaptea cand voiam sa ma dau jos din pat dadeam cu capul de perete.

They gave me the wrong room key and it was someone else’ room with lots of their stuff. When i told the receptionist he just got mad at me. Not nice. Not right.

Très bonne localisation. Facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix, chambre simple, propre, climatisée.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w hotelu Busby w Nicei! Hotel ma świetną lokalizację — blisko centrum, plaży i najważniejszych atrakcji, dzięki czemu większość miejsc można spokojnie zwiedzić pieszo. Pokój był czysty, przytulny i dobrze wyposażony, a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Dużym plusem była również spokojna atmosfera i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie zatrzymałbym/zatrzymałabym się tutaj ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w Nicei!

Un hotel minunat într-un loc apropiat de promenada din Nisa. Totul de la hotel este accesibil pe jos, este foarte aproape de tramvaiul de la aeroport iar plaja este la vreo două străzi distanță, sunt o mulțime de restaurante în apropiere. Camera era ordonată, iar aerul condiționat funcționa bine. Personalul a fost politicos și vorbea bine engleza. De asemenea, gara Nice Ville către alte orașede pe Coasta de Azur este la 10 minute de mers pe jos, deci totul este accesibil.

Micul dejun ar putea fi mai variat. Iar baile ar trebuie renovate.

Good location. Close enough to the old town and sea and far away enough of the crowds, traffic, and noise. Good mattresses.

Exceptionally small rooms. The reception wasn’t the most hospitable but fit what we expected to meet: French arrogance. However, everywhere else, everyone was exceptionally friendly and polite.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Julkiset kulkuyhteydet lähellä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittoisa. Lyhyeen majoittumiseen ok.

Siisteys.. Lisäksi huoneessani oli toisen yön jälkeen muurahaisia paljon, mutta ystävällinen henkilökunta reagoi asiaan heti ja sain uuden huoneen.

The rooms and corridors are quite old and tired, in need of renovation. In my opinion, they didn't match the photos shown online.

Ma chambre est infesté de fourmis, et ils n’ont pas pu me changer de chambre parce que l’hôtel était complet. À la place, ils m’ont donné un insecticide toxique à respirer. Le volet de la fenêtre était complètement délabré et la fenêtre, donner vue sur un débarras. Le minimum aurait été de baisser le prix et de prévenir pour les fourmis de manière à protéger ses affaires pour ne pas les retrouver rempli de fourmis

How old and used the facilities are. I would expect something like this in a province but not central Europe.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very well located. It's within twenty minutes walking of the train station, the beach, and the old town. Overall had a great stay and would definitely return.

Only tea in the room, not coffee. The shampoo was included but not a conditioner or body wash. Breakfast was the same - more variety would be welcome.

Breakfast is very good. The beds are comfortable. I would rarely use AC, but it was welcome as the weather was very hot. The little gym was handy during a thunderstorm! The staff is welcoming and the hotel is in a great location - moments from the promenade, a short walk from the airport tram, a quick uphill march to the train station, an amble into the center and the old town.

This was a return trip to the hotel, so we liked it enough to return. Glad to have a bath in the room, but the shower curtain tends to gravitate towards you as you shower as the bath is narrow. A small annoyance rather than a complaint.

Ottima la posizione, al centro della movida a due passi dal lungomare. Buona la colazione. Le stanze ben pulite.

Stanza totalmente da rifare, rimasta agli anni 80. Priva di frigo bar, bagno con vasca adibita a doccia a rischio scivolamento. Prese luci non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante. Ombrelloni mare non in buono stato. Sala fitness abbandonata alla polvere. Un vero peccato hotel con potenziale notevole. Personale della reception gentile e professionale.

The air conditioning was excellent and much needed given the hot daily temperatures. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located in walking distances to sites, beach, restaurants and tram to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfektní lokalita, v blízkosti supermarkety, restaurace, na pláž asi 10 minut, historické centrum a tržnice nedaleko, vše dostupné pěšky. Z letiště je tramvají hotel asi 25 minut. Na recepci možno zapůjčit slunečník a podložky na pláž zdarma. Snídani jsme nevyužili. Pokoje jsou vybavené starším nábytkem, ale jsou čisté a denně uklízené. Na pokoji je centrální klimatizace, kterou lze regulovat. Cena za pokoj na Nice rozumná.

Gute Lage, im Zentrum und nahe Restaurants und Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grosses Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Gutes Morgenessen.

Wenn etwas besser sein könnte: Fenster nicht so gut isolierend gegen Lärm von Strasse. Badezimmer ok, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

On arrival at check-in the staff informed us that breakfast was included with our stay which we didn’t expect and were pleasantly surprised. After enjoying the breakfast for our 5 days at Hotel Busby at check-out a different staff member proceeded to inform us that breakfast was not included and we were forced to pay. We explained that at check-in we were told breakfast was included and if it wasn’t we would have gone elsewhere. The staff at check-out were very rude and not understanding. After such a nice time in Nice it was disappointing that our trip had to end like that.

3回目の宿泊になりますが、立地は最高。お値段もバカンスシーズンにしては許容範囲だと思います。

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and train station. Friendly, helpful staff and great restaurants close by.

The bed was comfortable but quite small. The walls were paper thin, the room above us was quite active during the night which meant it was quite noisy for us.

Great hotel in an amazing place in Nice. Everything from the Hotel is walkable, and it is very near the L2 tram from the airport. The beach is like two blocks away, there are a lot of places to eat nearby, and nightlife is active. The room was tidy, and the air conditioner was working well. The staff was polite and spoke English well. The room was very calm on the other side of the street, so this was really amazing and a good stay in a good hotel. Also the train station to the other cities like Cannes and Monaco is also 10min by walk, so everything is reachable.

The only thing that might be improved is adding a mini-fridge, because in summer you would like to have cold drinks from the shop and put them in the fridge.

Just returned from a super week in Hotel Busby. The hotel is in a brilliant location to explore. The old town is a 15-20 minute walk, and the beach (Plage de Carras?)is less than 10 minutes. We had a triple/quadruple room which was our sanctuary to return to after the heat of the day...really good air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice and it was served in a beautiful breakfast room. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially one elderly gentleman who took a shine to us and helped our transfer back to the airport run really smoothly, as The Tour de France Femmes final leg was running at the time and the roads were closed off. Nice touches were free beach towels, saving us from packing them, free noodles and beach umbrellas to take down to the beach. Lots of coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the streets around the hotel, as well as 2 supermarkets on your door. Loved Nice and would stay at the Busby if we return.

Nothing really. Splitting hairs here but maybe a bit more of a varied breakfast menu, but I couldn't complain with what was on offer.

Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig. Einige Mitarbeiterinnen waren nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gereinigt.

Es gab keine Schubladen und nur ein Fach zum Ablegen der Wäsche. Für 2 Nächten ist das Einzelzimmer ok, jedoch länger mit mehr Gepäck, muss man sich gut organisieren 5 Kleiderbügel, auf Wunsch wurden mir noch welche gebracht. kein Kühlschrank, was vor allem im Sommer von Nachteil ist. Betrifft den Strand: Badeschuhe sind von großem Vorteil- Strand mit größeren Kieselsteinen, deshalb schwierig ins und aus dem Mittelmeer zu kommen.

Het was vrij oud. We hadden een mierenplaag in de badkamer. Personeel is dit wel snel komen oplossen.
