Hôtel restaurant Oasis

This is a quaint hotel in a quiet neighborhood that is both close to the train station and an easy walk to the beach. The breakfast in the morning was ok - typical continental hotel breakfast.

This is pretty nit picky but the way the shower doors closed (accordion style) allowed a lot of water onto the bathroom floor which is a bit annoying.

シャワーの出が悪く、アメニティの揃えも不十分だった。 コップは紙コップで、部屋ではお湯を沸かすこともできず、コーヒーや紅茶も用意されていなかった。

Good location 6/7 minute walk to the promenade, 15 minutes from Nice ‘old town’. The room we had was large for an hotel with a coffee m/c and kettle. Was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We arrived too early for check in but was able to leave the car on the car park (I had requested a car parking space by e mail when I booked), which is probably worth doing as the car park is not very big.

All good.

Nagyon szép kis hotel, tiszta, praktikus szobák, jól megközelíthető tömegközlekedés.

A recepciós kollegák között sajnos volt egy mogorva, kifejezetten barátságtalan copfos úr. Mindenki más végtelenül kedves, segítőkész volt.

Le réceptionniste le jour de notre arrivée n’était pas très sympa. Le lendemain, une nouvelle personne si aimable et tout est oublié.

I was based in the main building and my room was clean, comfortable and had lots of character. The location was perfect.

Dit weekend was een belangrijke wedstrijd voor triatleten. Er was erg veel lawaai op de binnenplaats door dronken bezoekers vanaf 10.30 tot 02.50 uur. Er werd niet ingegrepen door management waardoor veel atleten en bezoekers niet konden slapen. Een waardeloze nacht waar dat juist belangrijk was. Helaas geen goed beleid en geen excuses.

das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen; der gebuchte Parkplatz war auch für uns reserviert; wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer nach hinten - gebucht war eigentlich Gartenblick - aber wir waren nicht traurig und haben es auch nicht beanstandet, denn man konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen …. es war sehr ruhig; Betten ok, Bad ok; Frühstück ok.

die Herren an der Rezeption waren meistens sehr „beschäftigt“ im PC …. ein Bonjour oder Bonsoir oder sonst „Interesse“ hätte ihnen gut gestanden und das ganze auf eine etwas persönliche Schiene gehoben; schade, dass es keine Bar und kein Restaurant gab; als wir dort waren, gab es den World Ironman 2026 und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war exorbitant schlecht

Camera superba! Se vede ca a fost recent renovat tot hotelul, mobilierul din camera a fost nou-nouț . Camera a avut tot necesarul, baia a fost fooartee mare. Iar domnul de la receptie nota 10 pentru ca ne-a lasat sa tinem bagajele toata ziua la hotel.

Restaurantul era închis, dar probabil era in renovare si el.

Mycket bra läge. AC:n var tyst och effektiv. Prisvärd frukost. Lugnt och tyst i området.

The property is a gem, great location. Staff are friendly, the manager very obliging and nice. We moved to a deluxe room on our second night, which was a delight! Very accommodating with regards to leaving our luggages before check in and after check out. Good breakfast spread.

Klimatyzacja działa poprawnie bez zarzutów, personel miły, czysto, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu.

Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż ten który był na zdjęciach podczas rezerwacji. Łazienka katastrofa, malutki brodzik tylko z folią gdzie tak naprawdę było się ciężko wykąpać a podczas rezerwacji był prysznic z kabiną.

Si sono persi la nostra prenotazione e a mezzanotte quando siamo arrivati ci hanno lasciati senza camera. Avevamo anche pagato in anticipo.

Location was good and the rooms had space.

Unfortunatelly, very thin walls. It was really hard to know if someone was knocking or youe door or the door nexr to you.

エアコン、冷蔵庫が完備されていた。(廊下にもエアコンあり) 洗面所とシャワールームの間の床には段差があったため、カーテンの隙間から若干外に水が漏れることはあったが、洗面所が水浸しになることはなく、快適だった。

L'hôtel est bien situé, pas trop loin du centre ville tout en restant dans un quartier calme. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le personnel est serviable.

Nice location, with the beach in walking distance, also many shops and restaurants available nearby. Comfortable room with a big shower, and the refrigerator in the room was also a nice touch.

A little bit noisy at times, but still wouldn’t call it a big problem.

Hervorragende Lage, entzückendes Hotel in ruhigem Innenhof. Zimmer befand sich im Nebengebäude mit Balkönchen und Blick auf die Palmen. Frühstück seeehr gut in einem Wintergarten mit Möglichkeit, draußen im Garten zu sitzen. Für Nizza Verhältnisse zudem auch ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Und auch extrem sauber. Hier macht man keinen Fehler zu buchen!!

Old, little bit dirty hotel

Sehr nah zum Bahnhof, aber auch zum Strand und Altstadt fussläufig. Haben ein Zimmer upgrade bekommen (deluxe Doppelzimmer). Schönes Hotel, tolle Atmosphäre.

Haben leider kein Parkplatz bekommen. Frühstück war gut, aber nicht so abwechslungsreich.

What was good about the property was that the location is a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a 5 minute walk from Nice train station making it accessible.

Firstly, the pictures showed very different from the actual place. My room was extremely small, the whole interior is extremely old and un kept. The carpet is very old and dirty and so is the toilet. The toilet was extremely old architecture as well and some of the cabinet underneath the sink was all chipped. I can’t get started on the shower. It is so small you do not have space to stand. All of the water leaks out on the floor. They do not keep refreshments in the fridge for you at all. Mostly, check in time is at 3pm, and check out time is at 12pm which was extremely uncomfortable and difficult for me. Staff are quite unbothered and rude and will not have a polite conversation such as hello how are you. I wouldn’t consider staying here if you plan on taking a trip to nice.

We arrived early and were extremely tired after a long journey, without even asking, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was already ready for our stay The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast also offers a great variety of food. We really loved our stay here, but what stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You really feel well looked after here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

No quiero generalizar ya que imagino que son varias personas trabajando en la recepción pero al menos dos de los hombres de recepción si algo no se destaca es la simpatía y buena predisposición. Llegamos el 18/8 y lo que menos encontramos fue una sonrisa en las dos personas de recepción de ese día. Lamento no contar con sus nombres, ya que no quiero perjudicar a nadie que no se lo merezca, El día que nos fuimos, que fue muy temprano era otro el señor de recepción y ese si fue amable.

Mooi hotel, centraal gelegen en toch weg van de drukte. Kamer was prachtig, ruim, schoon, grote badkamer, leuk klein terassje ernaast. Bed was heel comfortabel. Airco en parking waren een grote pre. Ontbijt was goed.

Helaas bestaat het restauran en de bar niet meer, ondanks wat de beschrijving zegt. Jammer voor de misleiding.

The best hotel in Nice I've seen during many years of visiting the city. The unique atmosphere of real quiet and green oasis in the middle of a big city, just 5 minutes walk from the Nice Ville main train station. It's like a different world where everything is done like in the past - rich breakfasts of 4-star level hotel in the cafe located in nice garden; checkout time at noon etc. it's oldest acting hotel in Nice, it was opened in 1860, it has a big cultural heritage, many famous writers like Anton Chekhov stayed here. We spoke to the owner Alexandra who was happy to tell a lot of interesting stories about the history of the hotel. I'll chose Oasis for sure when I go next time to Oasis.

La falta de empatía del recepcionista Frank que en principio y con poca educacion se negó a dejarnos aparcar tres motos, pagando su precio, alegando que no cabían. Cuando nos ibamos a buscar un parking externo rectificó y aceptó nuestra propuesta de aparcamiento que no molestó a nada ni a nadie ni puso en peligro la seguridad del aparcamiento. El plato de ducha es mínimo. Tiene por elli, cortinas en lugar de mamparas.

I don't remember that i had any inconveniences. Maybe the thing that said that has parking and after i receive a email that told us that are no more left. But the rest of the experience including the city coverd that problem.

Virkelig et hyggeligt sted, man kommer ind i en Oasis når man går/køre igennem porten. Vi havde bestilt parkering og her kunne vi holde lige uden for værelset. Vi have bestilt med lille terrasse og levede fuldt ud op til forventningen om lille, men det var dejligt med mulighed for frisk luft. Vi benyttede os ikke af muligheden for morgenmad eller køb af drikkelse, men kunne se at det så hyggeligt ud.

Vi havde to værelser, et i hovedbygningen med terrasse og et i bygningen overfor uden mulighed for at gå ud. Begge værelser lugtede fugtigt, men værelset uden terrasse lugtede ret meget. Vores tøj var nærmest fugtigt, da vi tog afsted.

綺麗さの割にお手頃価格でした。

アメニティが埃をかぶっていた。部屋が暗すぎた。排水溝が詰まっていた。チェックアウト時に受付に人がいなくて、門にも鍵がかかっており、出るのに時間がかかった。

Le petit déjeuner moins bien que dans les Century 21 pour 5€ de plus par personne.

Personnel au top ! Emplacement au top. Literie impeccable. Petit déj self service très bien. Calme.

Chambre très petite par rapport au budget été. Salle de douche assez propre mais franchement pas génial pour un 3 étoiles !!! Équipement basique étagère un morceau de bois... Carrelage de douche manquante sur le pourtour, et traces de moisi noir aux joints... Pas génial pour un 3 étoiles ! Sinon, tout ok.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Yürüyerek sahile inebilirsiniz. Ayrıca otel temiz ve odalar geniş. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Otelin tarihi oluşu yeşillik içinde oluşu harika. Nice tekrar yolum düşerse mutlaka tercih ederim :)

Vicino alla stazione per visitare anche altri posti della costa. 10 minuti dal mare. Reception disponibili per eventuali problemi.

colazione normale, nulla di più rispetto ad altri hotel l'hotel è un pò vecchiotto avevo prenotato camera con balcone, il balcone non c'era, comunque la camera era molto bella e spaziosa e aveva un bel bagno.

Ottima posizione, ampia scelta per la colazione servita in giardino, staff cordiale e disponibilissimo, camera ampia e pulita e di ottimo gusto

La chambre très petite et en très mauvais état. Sdb à refaire, pas pratique du tout. Insonorisation = 0.

Un vrai oasis…tellement agréable de revenir dans l’hôtel après le bruit de la plage, un oasis de tranquillité, la petite terrasse offre de l’ombre et de la sérénité. Le personnel est très sympa et attentionné. La chambre etait petite mais très fonctionnelle.

Très bel Hôtel à grandeur humaine, on y dort au calme. Une grande chambre rénovée, propre avec literie confortable. Parking privé sur place (mais peut être un peu petit, pas beaucoup de véhicule) Proche du centre ville et sa célèbre promenade avec les plages.

Je ne met que la note de 8, j'ai trouvé le tarif nuitée un peu élevé.

Camera schifosa. Squallida e le poche cose (non si ponnp definire mohiki) presenti nella stanza, erano vecchie e rotte. La stanza è minuscola e nn spaziosa come descritta da booking.. Davvero orrenda.

Struttura centrale , accogliente con parcheggio interno a pagamento , ci hanno dato una camera migliore di quanto prenotato

Sehr schöne Lage mit tollem Innenhof, da wir morgens ein sehr gutes Frühstück serviert. Sehr nettes Personal, wir konnten unsere Motorräder im Innenhof parken, danke!

Unser Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig, die Klimaanlage laut und ineffizient. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind geschlossen. Schade.

Amazing stay

Emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes de la gare et 15 minutes de la promenade des Anglais . L’hôtel se trouvant dans une cour est très calme. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Le petit déjeuner était complet (des fruits frais, même du saumon gravlax). Le personnel est par ailleurs accueillant .

Neu renoviertes Zimmer, super sauber, und sehr gute Lage. Mit guter Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Viel extra Ausstattung. Gute Preis/Leistung.

Etwas hellhörig und man hört z.B. recht laute Geräusche von Nachbarzimmern (vermutlich von der Dusche). Fernseher könnte mehr deutsche TV-Sender enthalten.

In reception c'è un signore italiano cordialissimo e molto colto che conosce molto bene la zona e le storie, da ottimi consigli a me personalmente ha migliorato la vacanza tantissimo

Много удобрен и комуникативен. Бяхме на 5 Мин от плажа и гарата от където взехме и кола. Също така ако сте за по-дълъг престой с кола имат и паркинг. Закуската беше чудесна. Препоръчвам го!

L'emplacement ! La couleur de la façade, les coloris de la salle de bain ainsi que la déco en général.

L'insonorisation pourrie !! On entendait tout dans le couloir, l'aspirateur de la femme de ménage dans les autres chambres, les portes qui claquent ! De plus, ascenseur en panne le dernier jour alors que nous sommes au dernier étage !! La literie était médiocre.. ayant des problèmes de cervicales les oreillers n'étaient pas adéquates, la literie bof.. Parking très petit et serré !

The rooftop bar was such a cool space - we loved it. Easily the best spot to drink in Alcudia. The rooms were spacious, comfortable with great air conditioning. The hotel was in the absolute heart of the old town so was a great location to stay. The hotel also provides beach towels and umbrellas free of charge which is a lovely touch.

L'hôtel est bien situé: entre la gare et la plage: très bon emplacement. La chambre était très confortable, un très bon lit. Une machine à expresso avec des dosettes : super pour boire un bon café ! le personnel est à l'écoute et très réactif en cas de problème.
