Tas, ka logu varēja atvērt tikai vēdināšanas režīmā. Vannas istabā bija par maz pakaramo.

Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und die Gastfreundschaft für unseren Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

ich empfand die Begrüßung an der Rezeption als sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war mir zu laut. Die Minibar war leer. Das WiFi funktionierte bei mir zunächst nicht. Das Frühstücksangebot war aus meiner Sicht unzureichend.

Central and close to the river and old town; very nice staff; lovely , clean rooms with large beds.

Pillows were a bit lumpy but we only stayed overnight twice, en route.

Изключително учтив и компетентен персонал. Местоположението е 10/10. На 2 мин. от хотела има метроспирка Konstablerwache. На 2 мин. е основната търговска улица. Магазини, ресторанти са на пешеходно разстояние. Закуската е 10/10 - невероятно разнообразна и с подбрани висококачествени продукти. Хотелът е безупречно чист. Бих посетила с удоволствие отново със семейството си.

Breakfast was an additional cost. Full breakfast for 3 of us would have been close to £80, which seemed a bit steep.

I booked 2 rooms at The Westin Grand Frankfurt, and the positive points are as following: 1- Fast check-in. 2- Special thanks to Ms. Lina at the reception for her professional services and genuine care for the guest. 3- Special thanks to the porters, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Hussain, for their helpfulness and excellent services. 4- The location of the hotel. 5- Comfortable bed. 6- The air-condition is good. 7- The high-speed Wifi. 10- The snack bar in the hotel lobby.

The negative points are as following: 1- Room 543 (Deluxe Family Room) was extremely hot despite reporting the AC issue at 5:30 PM and waiting for maintenance for 30 minutes but no one show. When I returned at 10:30 PM, the room was still very hot while our other room was properly cooled. Unfortunately, Mr. Dominic at the front desk handled my complaint in a defensive, rude, and unprofessional manner, simply relying on maintenance’s assessment instead of addressing the actual problem. The issue was only resolved after Mr. Hussein, the porter, intervened and asked Mr. Dominic to change the room. I have photos documenting the issue and clearly informed Mr. Dominic that his attitude was unacceptable. He urgently needs customer-service training, as his behavior does not reflect the standards of the hotel. 2- After moving to room 353 (Grand Family Room), there was a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom, along with more than five bugs/insect. The front desk was notified and advised that the issue had been fixed but the problem remained and the unpleasant smell continued to return. 3- The bathroom ceiling in room 548 need repainting. There are clear signs of previous water leakage, which gives the bathroom an unclean and poorly maintained appearance.

Personal war sehr nett und super zuvorkommend. Pool und Sauna Area ist sehr schön gemacht. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet.

Andere Gäste in diesem Hotel waren sehr unfreundlich und ungeduldig.

La struttura è pazzesca, veramente curata nei dettagli. Ottima permanenza anche se solo per una notte. Molto bello! Colazione molto ben organizzata, zona spa perfettamente manutenuta e pulitissima. Il prezzo non è indifferente ma ne è valsa la pena!

The bathroom in the room was very nice, fully renovated and well maintained. The gym was also a positive aspect of the hotel. It was well equipped, with a good variety of machines and equipment, and was one of the facilities that met the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. The parking garage was also very good, convenient and well maintained. However, I found the price extremely expensive, especially considering the overall experience. The hotel itself is attractive and the facilities have potential. The location was also conveniente.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the stay that were far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The room was for four people, but the beds were surprisingly small. In addition, the mattresses sink at the sides, forcing you to sleep more towards the centre and making the usable sleeping area even smaller. For four people, this is simply not adequate. The bathroom in the room, although beautifully renovated, has a very impractical layout. The door is positioned in the middle and, when open, makes it almost impossible to pass through. A sliding door would be a much better solution. The Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our stay. We were told this was because there was a problem with the surnames on the reservation, which had apparently been entered incorrectly. I find it completely inappropriate that an issue caused by the hotel’s own data entry should be presented as though it were the guest’s responsibility. The payment procedure was, by far, the worst part of the stay. I have stayed in many hotels, including numerous five-star hotels, and I have never experienced anything like this. Four months before our arrival, €284 was held on my credit card without me ever being informed that any advance payment would be required. According to the booking conditions, the stay was supposed to be paid for at check-out. Nevertheless, on the first day I was charged for the entire stay, plus an additional €200. It was not until check-out, five days later, that I raised the issue with reception. The response was completely inappropriate, and I was told to write an email to the hotel director to make a claim. I eventually managed to speak to the Head of Reception, who explained that this was their usual procedure because they could not rely on the credit card provided being valid or having sufficient funds. I find this explanation even more concerning.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Einrichtung insgesamt sehr wertig. Bequemes Bett. Großes vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffett. Sehr netter Kellner in der Hotelbar.

Bei Ankunft roch es in der gesamten Lobby stark nach Kanal, das war sehr unangenehm. Die Preise im Hotel sind leider unverhältnismäßig. Für einen Cocktail in der Hotelbar müssen 15-17 € eingeplant werden. Auch das Parken ist unverhältnismäßig teuer, wir standen keine 24 Stunden im Parkhaus, dafür wurden uns 40 € berechnet. Beim Frühstück lag eine große Menge Brotkrusten auf dem Boden direkt vor der Kaffeemaschine. Wir saßen bestimmt eine Stunde dort und es wurde nichts gesäubert. Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte das nicht vorkommen. Der "Wellness-Bereich" hat leider den schlechtesten Eindruck hinterlassen. Umkleide sehr eng, nur ein Föhn. Die beiden Saunen sind nicht gut genug vom Poolbereich getrennt, in der Sauna ist es deshalb extrem laut. Der Abfluss der Duschen war verstopft, Haarbüschel sammelten sich dort. In einem Zeitraum von 2 Stunden fand durch das Personal offenbar keine Kontrolle statt, der hygienisch bedenkliche Zustand war beim Verlassen nicht behoben. Trotz schriftlichem Hinweis am Eingang gingen mehrere Gäste mit Badekleidung in die Sauna. Auch hier keine Kontrolle durch das Personal. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt OK, aber für den Preis waren wir tatsächlich schon in besseren Hotels.

Globalement tout était très bien, le buffet petit déjeuner était l’un des meilleurs que j’ai goûtés!

La salle de bains est mal conçue! Pas assez de place pour être sur la toilette, impossible d’ouvrir la porte si une personne se trouve dans la salle de bains, très difficile d’y être à deux. La réceptionniste qui a fait notre check-in était assez désagréable, probablement fatiguée en fin de service. Le reste du personnel était sympa.

Zentrale Lage!

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Unser Zimmer wurde offenbar doppelt vergeben. Plötzlich standen fremde Gäste in unserem Zimmer. Hinzu kam, dass das Bett für zwei Personen viel zu klein war. Als Paar konnten wir nicht vernünftig nebeneinander schlafen, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Außerdem herrschte im Hotel ein unangenehmer, merkwürdiger Geruch. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir zunächst das Frühstück, das geschmacklich wirklich gut war. Leider schien das Personal mit der Anzahl der Gäste deutlich überfordert zu sein. Viele Tische wurden nicht rechtzeitig abgeräumt und zeitweise war kein sauberer, vollständig eingedeckter Tisch mit Servietten und Besteck verfügbar.

Location: Exceptional Room: Modern, very clean. the beds were super comfortable. Like sleeping in a cloud. Breakfast: was very very good. Plenty of choice. The staff were amazing. Bar has an excellent cocktail selection that i think i tried almost all of them. And an excellent whiskey selection too.

Im not sure anyone really thought about the shampoo and conditioner location at the bath time. :P if you go in the room you will understand the dropzone. I could suggest the concierge service for parking be a little better. When we arrived there was no one there and a little confusion about parking but that was sorted after 10 minutes.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war hochwertig und alles war sauber. Das Zentrum und den Main konnte man auf kurzen Wegen zu Fuß erreichen. Mit der S- und U- Bahn waren auch das Stadion und der Palmengarten gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert!

Die Anfahrt zum Hoteleingang und die Tiefgarage waren nicht gut ausgeschildert.

If you are not a member (I am) AND if you do not book through the hotel chain itself (use a 3rd party like booking) then you do not get free WiFi. In this day and age that is a ridiculous practice and is the only reason they did not get a 10 of 10 rating.

Everything was great!!! Especially the bed; the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the location was great, and the small pool and sauna allowed us to relax.

No such thing, I liked everything very much.

A busy modern, clean and nicely renovated hotel with large crowds of guests that included tour groups, conferences and families. Not congenial for solo guests or couples seeking a calm or romantic experience. The lobby and public areas are very large spaces in direct contrast to the bathroom in our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but the people who designed and approved the bathroom should be sacked. The door opens vertically into the bathroom hard against the toilet behind it, cutting it in two like two old style telephone boxes. You must squeeze between the open door and shower and then pivot and squeeze past the basin, turn around and close the door to access the toilet and full area of the basin. The staff were aware of this problem. Breakfast on 2 occasions was disappointing in that we anticipated calmness. Instead the room was packed with families and screaming children. Though its in a good position and staff were nice we would not return.

Camera davvero impeccabile: spaziosa, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il letto è ampio e comodissimo, con lenzuola davvero morbide. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la presenza di accappatoio, ciabattine, un set completo per il bagno (shampoo, balsamo, gel doccia, crema corpo e sapone mani) e un’ampia dotazione di asciugamani. Ottima anche l'illuminazione, sia in stanza che nel bagno. La posizione è molto comoda, a pochissimi passi dalla fermata per l’aeroporto.

Unica nota da considerare: l'acqua della piscina era un po' troppo fredda per i miei gusti e durante il mio soggiorno è stata monopolizzata da bambini che giocavano vivacemente. Meglio considerarla come una piscina per famiglie/divertimento piuttosto che un'area spa e relax. Nel complesso, comunque, una struttura super consigliata!

Saubere, moderne Zimmer, tolles Schwimmbad (Hallenbad). Wenige Hotels haben zwei Doppelbetten in einem Zimmer - perfekt für Familien. Es gab sogar einen Sommerferien-Rabatt für unser Familienzimmer. Personal war hilfsbereit, besonders beim Frühstück zuvorkommend (Pam, vielen Dank!).

Unsere Begleitung hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße, das war am Freitagabend laut, durch viele Einsatzfahrzeuge.

The hotel lobby and the rooms are clean and contemporary, and feel relaxing after being outside. The sauna and lounge area is really to have! Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Our flight had us there earlier than check-in time but we were able to get into our room early -- a huge bonus!

The location is the main downside, not the prettiest part of Frankfurt, but it's an easy walk to Altstadt and Sachsenhausen.

Great location where most things are at walking distance. Lots of restaurants and food shops around. The room was very clean and well maintained and it felt like you were the first one staying in that room. Staff were kind and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and sauna was nice and kids enjoyed it.

The bathroom had a bit of bad smell, most likely from water drainage because after showering it would reduce a bit. Having electric charger fir car would be amazing.
