Im Frühstücksraum hat die Klimaanlage so geblasen, dass 30 Minuten durchgefroren war. Sehr unangenehm! Auswahl Buffet gut, aber nicht überragend. Betten sind sehr gut.

Didn't have breakfast

Location, staff and facilities all fantastic. Its Germany, but the standard of English among the staff forr non German speaking travellers was outstanding.

Nothing to dislike

We got an upgraded room and that was a pleasant surprise after a long 12 hour flight. The breakfast was very good. One of the staff Sabi was extremely helpful in giving us directions on how to get around the area and ensured we had sufficient water with us as we walked around. Overall a five star stay for sure and we would definitely stay here again when we are next in Frankfurt again.

The bottles of drinking water in our room were not topped up fast enough. When I called Reception they said bottles would be sent but they did not arrive. No matter because Sabi obtained some for us. This was a small matter.

Beautiful property superb location

テレビのリモコンが壊れていた。 ティッシュが空だった。一枚しか入っていなかった。後でドア口まで持ってくるように、ホテルレセプションに言ったが、伝わらず持ってこなかった。高額な五つ星ホテルなのに大変失望した。

Excellent breakfast. Hotel well located for centre city. We were able to walk easily to train station - despite recent reports of vagrancy we had no problems. We were given room upgrade which was great to receive.

This is my second time here, it’s perfect as always. Location is convenient to everywhere by walk. And it’s surrounded by lots of good restaurants. Especially hotel staff, reception concierge and restaurant, all staff are welcome and warm, they will make your tour even better than your image. The lady of breakfast, Mona, she is the best, I like the way she say let’s find a nice table for your breakfast when we have breakfast buffet.

Needed a deep clean. Also temporary repairs looked rather old, hotel room definitely due a refurbishment.

Deluxe oda ayarlamama rağmen odanın manzarası iç tarafa bakıyordu, otelin mutfak bacalarını izledim. Kötü manzarayı kapatmak için camların dışına sabit kepenkler yapmışlar, o yüzden oda karanlıktı.

BAD on site restaurant. Food was s not at the same level as the hotel. Low quality. Ordered Spaghetti Bolognaise, appears on the in room table spelled as Spargetti - bland, and poorly cooked mince meat with zero flavour no bolognaise sauce. Onion soup was ok. Breakfast restaurant- hot food items are all cold, cold hard bacon, cold beans, cold and poorly cooked baby potatoes- just not what one would expect of a hotel like this. Rest of the breakfast buffet was good.

1番スタンダードな部屋を予約していましたが、部屋のグレードアップをして頂けました。シャワー室とバスタブとトイレが別になっていて、日本人にはとても使いやすかったです。部屋に用意された飲み物とお菓子も全て混みでした。フランクフルトに滞在したのが、日曜日でお店がどこも閉まっていたので飲み物が準備されていたのは有り難かったです。

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I chose this hotel expecting a luxury experience, especially given its reputation and price. At check-in I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, but unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. About four hours after checking in, I realized the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. Engineering confirmed there was an issue, and reception moved me to another room nearby. Unfortunately, the second room had exactly the same problem. When I called reception again, instead of focusing on resolving the issue, I was repeatedly asked why I had moved rooms and why I hadn’t checked the replacement room before moving. I found this frustrating because it is the hotel’s responsibility to ensure a replacement room is functioning properly before asking a guest to relocate. To verify the issue, a hotel staff member and I checked three additional rooms using a thermometer. Every room measured over 23°C, showing that this was not an isolated problem but appeared to affect multiple rooms and floors. By then it was already around 10 p.m. I eventually gave up, requested a fan, and returned to my original room. I never asked for an upgrade—I simply wanted a room with a properly functioning air conditioner so I could get a good night’s sleep before my journey home. The most disappointing part was not just the air conditioning issue, but how the situation was handled. I left feeling that my legitimate concern was being questioned rather than resolved. For a hotel of this standard and price, I expected much better service and a more professional response.

Tolles Haus mit großartiger Ausstattung und Komfort, sehr netten und hilfreichen Mitarbeitern in ausgezeichneter zentraler Lage. In meinem Zimmer war es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts erstaunlich ruhig.

Tesis, konumu, temizliği, personeli, şehir manzarası ile efsane. Fiyatı da buna oranla biraz fazla gelebilir. Şehir merkezinde olması Zeil ve Goethe caddelerine yakınlığı ile metro görmeden sadece havaalanı ve tabiat müzesine bolt kullanarak 4 günlük tatili bitirdik. Sabah kahvaltıları çok güzel. Kiraz yemekten içimde kiraz ağacı çıkabilirdi. Somon sürekli tabak tabak servise çıkartıyorlar. Hiçbir masraftan kaçınmamışlar. Ekmekleri ve croissantları çok leziz. Peynir olayı zaten anlatmaya gerek yok. Çok keyifli kahvaltılar ettik. Fitness bölümü çok güzel ve donanımlı. Ben en çok su sebilini kullandım.

Spadaki masaj çok ahım şahım değildi. Thailand görenler pek bir beklentiye girmesin. Saunaların nudist beach gibi olması hanımla saunaya girme hayalimizi resmen çökertti. Havlusuz çıplak girilen sauna ile bundan bundan hoşlanmayanlar için havlu ile girilen sauna olarak bir ayarlama yapsalar iki saunası olan mekan için doğru bir hareket olurdu. Bu kadar rahat olunmamalı düşüncesindeyim.

Convenient location

Over priced. I wasn’t informed about the security deposit in advance. I paid for it but didn’t get refunded in my account yet despite them saying it will take 3-5 working days. It’s 2 weeks now.

Frühstück und Bar waren perfekt.

Wir waren in den Zimmern 227 und 226. Da die WC´s sich aneinander standen, hat man zwischen den beiden WC Einheiten " Geräusche etc. " war genommen. Das war nicht schön !

The architect and furniture, wonderful staff at reception and concierge. Cleaning staff always were polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful but the hot food was not hot.

The hallway carpets were very dirty and are due to be either steam cleaned or replaced. We only went to the bar area once and the service was slow . We waited patiently only to see a staff member spill a drink all over the floor and the have a melt down and walk out just leaving a mess. The smoking room needs better ventilation and had no service attendant. The HVAC in our room leaked water onto the floor wetting our suitcase(no damage to the suitcase).
