Gehört nicht oder nicht mehr zur Radisson Gruppe, grundsätzlich kein Problem ich hätte das nur gerne vorher gewusst. Entspricht nicht ganz dem Standard den ich in Europa von der Radisson Gruppe kenne, trotzdem insgesamt gut.

The place was Quiet we ordered Fish and Chips and glazed salmon from their restaurant and they were delicious although the fish and chips could be a little big on the serving.

There’s no near restaurant around the property so we drove around to find a nice place to eat.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec 2 grands lits Queen Size . La chambre disposait d’un micro-ondes. La literie était bien.

Le prix est trop cher, plus de 400$ une nuit avec petit déjeuner pour 4… mais la région de Palo Alto est très cher car autour de l’université de Stanford .

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were all so helpful and so friendly. The rooms were nice and the food was really good.

I wish the breakfast was included or at the very least explained that it wasn't included.

Ideal location for doing Park Run. Evening meals available. Spotlessly clean. Looked brand new.

Breakfast was good other than the sausages were disappointing and scrambled eggs were cold.

The location is great. However, the breakfast doesn't offer many options.

I liked nothing about this property. No hospitality nor welcomeness.

Receptionist scared us and taunting us to leave the property. Why? Just for requesting to change the room because one of the room allocated us had noisy AC? Receptionist (Name was Michael) repeatedly telling us about calling the police and put trespassing charge on us.

Stayed here for over two weeks, and was very pleased. The breakfast was great as was the RGB grill. Manny the bartender always made I was well taken care of! Would and have already recommended this hotel to colleagues.

Love dave ! He took care of me! Y'all should ask about him. He truly outdid all other bartenders! Amazing service;!!!

This was my first time ever staying at a Radisson hotel, and thanks to April for making my check-in process smooth and easy she helped me out by giving me a free voucher to the breakfast area, which was 10 out of 10. Hopefully my company will me here again soon. I had a great time and a relaxing stay.

I had a great experience at the bar thanks to David. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere right away. He took the time to recommend drinks based on my preferences and prepared everything with care and skill. What stood out most was his professionalism and positive attitude, even when the bar was busy. He made sure every guest felt seen and taken care of without ever making anyone feel rushed. The drinks were perfectly made, and his service added a personal touch that really elevated the experience. David is a great asset to the team, and I would definitely come back knowing he’s behind the bar. Highly recommended!

This is a good hotel, location is ideal for sports events or concerts at Levi’s. We were here for the World Cup and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was a little expensive so I don’t know what that was like. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Easy access to the freeway and close to Stanford and Apple. Good place to stay.

We came downstairs to the lobby to watch a World Cup match. Comfortable seating, large tvs with sound, and Karla the bartender was super friendly and helpful!

Mannie is a great bar tender. He engages with customers in a friendly and easy way that makes them feel welcomed.

Manny at the bar and grill was great. He was very helpful, responsive, attentive and welcoming. It made for a great dining experience.

The room is too clean and smells perfectly good

Wonderful hotel. Clean and modern, exceeded my expectations. Slept though the night with was unusual for me in a hotel. Will definitely be my go-to hotel in the area.

Abbiamo prolongato una notte e la manager ci ha dato i nuovi badge per la camera e ci ha confermato che non dobbiamo cambiare la camera; quando siamo tornati la sera, nella camera non ci sono più le nostre cose: zaino, borsa, computer, iPad, ect. Abbiamo chiesto a reception, l’impiegata di turno ha telefonato alla manager ma nessuno sapeva nulla. Dopo varie ricerche telefonate, ci hanno consegnato una busta trasparente da spazzatura con una parte delle nostre cose entro: zaino, busta vestiti puliti mischiati con quelli sporchi. Abbiamo contestato la mancanza di iPad e roba da bagno, dopo lungo tempo, ci hanno dato anche la parte mancante. Per questo episodio sgradevole non abbiamo ricevuto scusa né dalla manager né dalla struttura

Front desk checkin receptionist was not very warm or welcoming. It was as if she felt we were lucky to be there. Room was very clean. Bed was too hard for our backs but hotel was very quiet. DirectTV had movie channels and lots of stations to watch. Pool was warm and very clean. I loved the pool, but It had only 2 ladders to access it, no steps. This should be remedied. Breakfast should be included or much less expensive for registered guests. She said we booked through a third party to book so that's why it wasn't included, but Radisson makes you pay for breakfast too. Room.had only decaf coffee. I'd go back, but not if a better option was available.

Awesome experience! Very nice hotel with great room service. The food and drinks are excellent, and my boy Dave made sure me and my coworkers had a wonderful time at the bar. 10/10 would recommend (and make sure to tip Dave)

So I always come down for the buffalo wings, but tonight the bar tender was super attentive and friendly. We even picked up some genuine conversation. Mister Dave. Thank you man and great job !

Chef Prashant cooked excellent food at the Radisson and the hotel room we got was modern and air conditioned! Very nice!

Met several shifts of desk workers during my stay and all of them were professional, well spoken, courteous, and went above and beyond. When a cell phone had been left behind by another customer who checked in at the same time/nearly same time as me, they called my room to check if it was mine rather than wait for me (or someone else) to panic that it was gone.

I think that some of the signage could have been a bit more clear to navigate the hotel in general. We never had to backtrack but it was a little "oh I hope we are going the right way..." a few times.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and maintained. Check in was flawless. The breakfast was excellent. The staff member maintain the breakfast area was very friendly and well organized and trained. The eggs were superb and the French toast was like homemade. Thanks for everything.

Overall it was an uncomfortable stay. The only good thing is that it was close to our soccer event and it was economical.

Overall my stay was not great. I was not given information about breakfast not being complimentary nor if offered and how much was the cost. There was no complimentary water, our bathroom door did not work.

Dave at the bar was incredible. Super kind, respectful and fun. He took great care of us while hanging out at the bar.

After a long day in the office I enjoy a good meal from chef prashant.

I was in town from the East Coast for a quick one-night business trip and arrived completely exhausted—but the experience turned around instantly thanks to David at the bar. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and made the evening with a great dinner and a perfect glass of wine. Highly recommend—David truly made the visit memorable!

I asked for a quieter room facing the courtyard and Ana was so kind to accommodate with a free upgrade!

We came here for a quick work trip. The location was very convinient to the events we had planned, and was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Rooms are nice, the bed was comfy. I'd suggest this place to anyone visiting near here. Of special note, the bartender/server we had was awesome! Manny did a great job both nights we were here. He was quick, polite, and makes a hell of a cocktail. If you stay here in the future, say hello to Manny and tip him well!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and well-maintained. The dinner was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options from traditional bar snacks to delicious Indian dishes. We also really appreciated having both a bar and a lounge area to relax in.

One small downside: the door closer in the room was quite tight, causing the doors to slam shut rather loudly.

David was our bartender and waiter. He was very friendly, courteous and prompt. He provided excellent customer service. The food was good.

Hotel was decent (clean, updated, loud A/C though). bar/lounge area was wonderful, Dave is the best.

Very clean hotel, the room was spacious, the pool was perfect temperature, and the service at the restaurant was great! David was very attentive, welcoming and great to chat with.

READ IT ALL PLEASE! Clean and great atmosphere. Staff was great as well. The kids had a blast in the pool and overall very enjoyable experience. We brought 12 families with us for a baseball tournament so we brought a lot of income to the hotel. It’s sad that the final memory was breakfast…and Raddison should feel like absolute crooks charging me $43 for my 12 year old son and I to eat breakfast. Or what was called breakfast. We felt horrible within 30 minutes which was right about the time the boys started warming up for their morning game, so that sucked. I still can’t believe I agreed to pay that but we were in a hurry. We ate the equivalent of $6 worth of food. One boy got embarrassed after being called out by the staff for grabbing a muffin (his parents were checking out and the boy didn’t realize there was a cost, a high cost for breakfast) Just overall a real crappy way to end the stay for our team. We have 3 more tournaments at Twin Creeks from April-June and I’m not sure I will be organizing us to stay here again. Sorry to write such a blunt review but I just feel violated, and watched a boy get embarrassed by staff…again overall terrible way to end the stay. So who knows if our 12 families will be back.

Not many staff, reception personnel, a morning breakfast area and evening area with a bar. Never tried the bar or breakfast but once used the AI Robot for room service from the 24 hr mini-mini store. Very much appreciated the room design to assure absolute sanitization of the room. Spotless!! Loved the gym, pool, and laundry room - and didn’t really pay attention closing hours as I love a relaxing dip in the late evening😎 The Staff I did see were absolutely courteous and helpful. I hope I get the opportunity to stay again - 11 peaceful days!!

Great stay for SuperBowl weekend! The staff was incredibly accommodating and very kind.

The Radisson in Sunnyvale is the perfect location if you ever want to attend any events at Levi's Stadium. The atmosphere within the hotel and the friendly staff makes it all worthwhile. They are always so professional and helpful. The rooms are good size and always clean and you always get a great value for the rooms. The location is clean and very well maintained. Radisson Sunnyvale is one of the better hotels!

Went for the Super Bowl. The staff of the entire hotel were spot on and better than expected.

Very clean and comfortable property! Very friendly staff. They have a nice bar and restaurant too. We would 100% book here again. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked great with a cute patio with lights hung do the evenings. Nice place to lounge

Apparently recently remodeled as of Spring 2026, the rooms were surprisingly nice. The pool is still dated and the gym is a little small - but there is a decent running trail within walking distance that isn't bad.

Recently upgraded. Friendly staff. Decent bar and cafe. Overall great value. Some rooms facing the freeway might get a little loud though.
